Comfortable beds . Very clean .

Seemed everything we asked for food wise they didn’t have . Very cold in restaurant. Staff not so friendly. Andrew the concierge was very friendly to my husband but just totally ignored me , felt invisible!

The restaurant's food taste and quality weren't comparable to its prices. Also, housekeeping staff attempted to enter the room at 8 am and again at 920am when checkout wasn't until noon. This disturbs clients, and if they struggle to fall back asleep, it reflects negatively on the establishment.

From the moment we made it to the hotel, we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 10AM and even held our luggage for us after checkout while we went and at ate lunch before our flight left! The space is very clean and the location is literally perfect! All of the places we visited were literally less than 1 mile from the hotel and we only spent a total of $120 for Uber services during our 3 day stay! You literally cannot beat that! 10/10 recommend!!

I liked the view and the room decor. Breakfast was the best meal I had. The people that brought it were always friendly & food was delivered in a timely manner. It's was a short walk to the venue.

I didn't care for the food offered for lunch and dinner and it was overpriced for the amount. I didn't like the pillows.

Beautifully curated hotel - gorgeous art everywhere - attention to detail was off the charts. High quality accommodations from the bed; bedding; bathroom and accessories, it was incredible! Beautiful bar area ; Fitness center was off the charts.

I thought the pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel and not really swimmable. More of a stand up and drink pool - which is what we observed.

Hello🤗 Ok, let's start off by saying YOUR STAFF IS AMAZING. Angelina was so helpful and attentive. I was not going to attend my friends 50th birthday staycation because there was an accident on my property the night before and I was sooo tired and stressed... My husband suggested I go and enjoy what was left of the weekend. I came in and shared this with Angelina and she said I will allow a food credit, which was great because all I really wanted was to sleep until our dinner reservation. Well... I got to the room and fell on the bed (SN, I would live there just to sleep in the beds😜).... I NEED a television to sleep, mine did not work, maintenance was called but it took over an hour, so I said no problem, I'll order room service. That took another couple of hours... I'm still up and we're at almost 5pm... I thie. Requested an Iron which did not arrive until almost 9:00 pm. I just expected better. Your hotel offers an AMAZING array of spectacular service and "things". Just make sure that it happens at check-in, DURING, and check-out. Best Wishes, Laketha Drummer (707)

I loved the the aesthetics, I did not get to see the pool area, which we all wanted to do but too crowded, and the hospitality.

Kitchen was shut. I think a better job could’ve been done and I did not think that the continental breakfast was worth $20

Excellent service, the room was clean and almost new, we loved it. the locations was perfect, very close to our son's apartment, we sure will be back

Location is great, our view from our room was amazing,the front desk helpers were great n everything was perfect for our night
