About this condo rental
The master BR comes with a King size bed on the water with balcony access (the largest balcony offered at the Grand Panama--20 x 12), and a private bath with a garden tub, custom walk in shower and double vanity. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The second BR comes equipped with a queen size bed, private bath, and flat screen TV. Sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to sleep 2. This condo is big enough for the whole family, with bunk beds in the hall. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You never have to leave the condo with a washer and dryer at your disposal. Also, high speed wireless internet is available, free of charge. Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Start with our photos below. From our brand-new upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf. Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.. Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

We had an awesome stay. The condo was not clean once I cleaned on it things were ok. I was glad I didn’t have another couple with me I would have felt bad for the condition of the unit
Since it was just me and my husband we sucked it up mainly because we had already paid for it. I do t feel I should have to pay a cleaning charge whoever is cleaning the unit needs to be replaced

we was pleasantly surprised how close we was to everything and the view from the balcony was beautiful. the host was very easy to communicate with as well!

Area was great. Condo was as described. We loved having stores within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were great. The only issues we had were the dryer handle being broken when we arrived and no bedding for the fold out couch. We contacted someone through the link texted to us a few times but never got the issues resolved. Other than those issues we had a fantastic time!

Overall, it was a great experience, just wasn’t the cleanest. Kitchen could have used more cooking utensils/ pots & pans. Would definitely go back.

The location and size of the unit was great. The unit could use some maintenance to the sliding door (was very hard to open and shut). On surface level the unit was clean but as other reviews have said it could use a deep cleaning (under furniture, ceiling fans, grout and baseboards). This is not the owners fault. The kitchen was stocked with basic items but could use some less worn pots and pans and some grilling utensils. A small sweeper would be nice to have to try and sweep up sand. We were disappointed that there were people smoking on balconies and our car was towed after our parking pass apparently fell from the mirror. Even though we registered and paid the fee they didn’t even stop to look up our tags and try to call us before they towed us. $170 we can’t get back. The parking pass was laying on the floor board and easily seen from the window. And again why register all our info if they aren’t going to use it. This is not a reflection of the owner but of Grand Panama resort. Our vacation was still great but wouldn’t stay at Grand Panama again.

Loved the way the condo is decorated it's so cute, we loved the property and we will definitely stay at Grand Panama again. We had a few things I let the property manager know about after our stay and they were very friendly and was appreciative that I let them know.

We were very happy with our stay! The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. We are from Wisconsin and we stayed during our Spring Break. We wish the weather was better, but our stay was great! We loved how big the pool was, hot tub was great location to the regular pool and the kiddie pool was perfect for our little guy. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax. Would recommend and/or come back! Thank you for a great stay!

The condo furnishings, the view, the location were very nice, except the rugs they all need replaced. The quilts on the beds are stained and need a good washing. The cabinets, doors, baseboards all need a good cleaning. The countertops had food/spill stains crumbs on them and in the cabinet drawers. They need more dishes, a Keriug, & a new toaster. The coffee pot still had coffee in it and it was molded. The shared bathroom shower liner is molded and under the soap dish. The master bathroom shower has mold.

Unfortunately, there was construction going on in a unit one floor below and one unit to the right of us. Started at around 8:30 am and stopped at around 4-4:30pm. Were talking about
a hammer drill and cut off tools running off and on ALL day long. I recorded it for effect. We left 4 days early. Was unbearable in the unit and it just as annoying at the pool. Gotta have better rules when all other guest are effected by one unit.

The resort had a view that allowed us to look at the Gulf each morning and the sunset in the evening. The maintenance service was excellent. The elevators were quick and very easy to use. The condo was clean and had a very practical layout. The price was very reasonable.

This unit was not as clean as pictured, the patio furniture was in the living room preventing us from using the living room and the patio was locked from the outside preventing us from being able to enjoy the patio area. Baseboards were dirty, beds, and stove were dirty.

We’ve stayed at Grand Panama 6 times. In the 17 years of coming to PCB, we’ve never had to write a bad review. Sadly, this unit was very dirty. In dire need of a major deep clean and frankly, a good simple cleaning, period. It appeared the cleaning in between renters had not been done either. The area rug had not been vacuumed, crumbs everywhere. The fridge had not been wiped- covered in greasy handprints. We found a cup in the cabinet filled with bacon grease. My daughter found a bra under the bunk beds along with dust bunnies. Kitchen table was sticky and had not been cleaned well, if at all. Ceiling fans were caked with dust as well as dust caked in master bedroom on walls and vents. Dust and dirty in every corner. Brown/red (I don’t even know what) on the wall next to the toliet. Balcony was covered in black dirt? I’m assuming it has not been cleaned in some time. I took pictures of the bad areas, as I could not believe how bad it was. We spent very little time in the unit other than sleeping, and eating breakfast. We love Grand Panama but will not rent from this company again. I don’t believe they inspect units very often. I offered to send pictures several times as I thought they would be interested in seeing it for themselves, but my offer was ignored. This leads me to believe they are aware and simply do not care.

Location excellent; however, unit had terrible mildew odor and is in dire need of a major deep clean. Vents, ceiling fans, walls and door frames were caked with dust. Shower curtain had mold also! Hats on wall for decor very dusty! Balcony also covered in black dirt. Expected a lot more since owners stated this condo has just been redone just in Dec 2021.

The layout of the property was perfect for us. It was designed nicely and was updated. It was cleaned. Linens and bathroom were clean and fresh. The place could use a little deep cleaning and some TLC. Ceilings, baseboards, balcony area were a little dirty. Living room sliding glass door was so hard to open and close. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

Maintenance was there to help us understand things like where the trash shoot was located (right across the hall); they replaced a broken coffee pot; instructed us on how to use the bedroom fan/light (it has a remote). Really clean, if we would have had a vacuum - we would have cleaned behind ourselves during the week (they probably would have come if we called - but the broom worked just fine). Could not have been happier with our stay! We loved Captain Andersons, Billy's Oyster Bar and Triple J's in PCB and Bud & Alley's in nearby Seaside Beach (upstairs is first come/first serve tables). Water is beautiful here and so much to do. Our May vacation beat the summer out of school crowd!

It was pretty clean and very spacious! Some things could be updated like the handle on the dresser in the bedroom as well the towel rack and wall in the en suite bathroom. We did have a problem with them not supplying more than one toilet paper roll in the bathrooms and only one garbage bag for the whole week, but those were the only issues. It was a nice experience and we really enjoyed the actual place!

Lock on front door broken. Husband had to fix. . No room in bedroom to walk around. Parking terrible. Will not stay again. Especially since we called about issues was ignored

Listen to the reviews! This place was nasty and under construction and had mold all on the ceiling. There was a nasty moldy smell and looked like it was not cleaned. I put my finger on the sink in the bathroom and there was dust all over it. They were suppose to give us some kind of refund and they did not and would not answer our calls back.

I have to say this is the worst condo that I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely filthy. If I was the owner I would want to be made aware of these issues: The smell upon entering the condo was moldy and mildew, Closet doors were dirty and dusty, Exhaust Fans Dirty, Mold and mildew in the bathroom, black you could not even see the white tile (I cleaned this with mold and mildew remover), Floors dirty, Crusty food on kitchen faucet, Sand in sink upon arrival, no lightbulbs in the master bath, second bedroom had lights burnt out and no balcony light, Mold/mildew on shower curtain, Blood on mattress pad in bunk room, Unknown substance on mattress pad in master bedroom, Master bathroom under construction, some mold and mildew in the shower, Ceiling moldy, Furniture dirty, leather chair arms are completely worn off, Dust and dirt around the water heater, Ceiling with mold and mildew, Balcony doors dirt as well as balcony floor, Night stand in master had an unknown substance, All appliances were dirty on the outside., No batteries in the remotes, some remotes didn't have backs on them, Rusty cabinet drawer pulls, Rugs are stained and filthy, All light switches were dirty - I cleaned until midnight after driving for 14 hours. They replaced the shower curtain and the mattress pads. They did not respond to me regarding a refund. All of these reviews are true. The management company still has not contacted me regarding all of these issues that I emailed them. I have photos of everything which will be send to the home owners association of Grand Panama.
