Newly built in 2019, 5703B Gulf Blvd is a modern beach house that will add luxury to your tropical getaway and elevate your South Padre Island experience! Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the spacious 3- story townhouse can accommodate up to 24 guests and is located directly across from the beach. The ground floor provides two guest bedrooms. The first one features two Queen beds and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Twin beds, each with a Twin trundle bed, and a private bathroom as well. The main level of the home located on the second level encompasses a large open concept living room surrounding a 75” Samsung TV, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen provides ample space for large families or groups of friends around a massive center island with bar seating for 6 people. Stainless steel appliances are provided including a refrigerator with icemaker and a dishwasher. The living room features a large flat screen tv surrounded by an oversized sectional sofa couch. Sit back and watch movies or sports with the whole group! The second floor also features the third and fourth guest bedrooms featuring a King size bed and two Queen size beds. Each has its own private bathroom and flat-screen TVs. Just upstairs to the third level of the home, you will find your luxurious Master suite. A cozy King size bed will lend itself to the rest & relaxation you deserve! Watch your favorite movie, show, or sports team on a brand new 65” TV in the master bedroom! A private Master bathroom entails an oversized soaking tub, as well as a shower and large vanity area. Our family of 14 absolutely loved the accommodations! We were on the beach in a matter of minutes and could walk both north and south for fun, sport, and food. The six bedrooms made it possible for each to have his own quiet space, and the spacious open living-dining-kitchen area made it possible for all to gather for family fun. The heated swimming pool was enjoyed by the grandkids (ages 17-29), the grill (after a little repair work) was convenient for grilling and for use a second oven; the utility room was a life saver; having four parking spaces was nice; TVs in each room were enjoyed; and the balconies offered quiet reading spaces with a great view.
Even though our family grew up in Southeast Texas, none of us had ever been to South Padre Island. We arrived from Seattle, Portland, Austin, Montgomery, and College Station by car or plane and found the island to be great fun - and not as crowded at Christmastime as I'm sure it is in the summer. We visited Boca Chica and SpaceX, took the 4-hour Port of Brownsville with Captain Murphy, went to the turtle rehab facility, took in a movie (Boys in the Boat), went to the Christmas Eve service at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, played volleyball on the beach, watched movies and played games in the condo, relaxed, and just had a great time. We'll be back, and we likely will choose the same accommodations.

Very conveniently located to everything. We (a group of 24) had a blast and would definitely stay here again when we visit SPI.

Our family has been coming to South Padre Island for 31 years,staying at various locations. There are now sixteen of us and we unanimously agreed that this house was the best place we have ever stayed! It met all of our needs and we will certainly be back!

I will start with the positive! Location, location, location! That was the best thing. Their after everything was not what I expected. The property was dirty the second floor master bedroom has a carpet and is extremely disgusting. It had HUGE stains and tons of pet hair. I had to call for maintenance to come and they just brought me a vacuum and basically left me to do the job. The grill was missing pieces to light up so we had to call maintenance to come and take care of it. In addition the grill is poorly maintained. I called the people from the property to come and clean the pool and of course they gave me the run around and told me another company does the maintenance and they were going to check if they were available. All in all they came but did not vacuum the sand out of the pool so what’s the point. The property is currently being sold so hopefully the next owner or next rental company maintains it better. It’s worth staying but NOT under this management.

And they fixed it, we were not doing anything wrong,,it did not have regular programs paid for. Why isn't there a lock onto the back swimming area door, not good,my wife wouldn't go swimming after dark by herself. I am sure you will make this RIGHT WITH us. We traveled 1500 miles to stay at your spot. Would you be satisfied??? Thank you very much.

For 20 years my husband and, our grown kids and grandkids vacation at SPI. We've stayed at a lot of different beach homes throughout the years. This year we chose Casa AMADA, and I can honestly say it's the best place we've ever stayed. Great location, large enough for all 11 of us, easy walk to the beach and the view of the ocean was amazing.
I recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect vacation rental.

We had a group of 14 staying , it worked great. Plenty of space. We were having problems with the tv & they had someone come over right away to help. We liked how close to the beach were & having our own pool. Great to have a washer & dryer.

Excellent
The house was spectacular! Large enough to host four families, including 8 teenagers and younger children. Ideally located within a few, short steps to the beach. From providing enough space to host a large family bar-b-que near the pool to allowing everyone secluded private spaces for sleeping, the experience was magnificent. Large island near living room allowed for plenty of space for meal prep, eating, and hanging out with friends and family. Will definitely repeat.

Hi hey I just want to let a review on what our experience was. CLEANLINESS OF PROPERTY could have been much better I think y’all need someone that does a better job on cleaning the kitchen especially could need a deeeeeeeep clean. The location was perfect. The manager was friendly and helpful.

Great access to the beach (right across the street) and on the second busiest street on Padre so great people watching from the balconies. The house is well stocked (plenty of towels, paper towels, trash bags). Every room has a bathroom which is great too. Great place for multiple couples. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this house and location. It was perfect for my family. The only downside we had was that the door locks did not work on any of the exterior doors except the front door (the back door and 3 balcony doors would not lock). This made me a little nervous about leaving my things inside, but my biggest worry was having a 3 year old and no way to lock the back door to the pool. Now she was never out of our site, but I would have felt better with knowing she couldn't get out there without one of us.
The home is beautiful and spacious. We really loved it.

This is house was awesome! There was room and space for the adults and all the kids. The location is great being right across from the beach! Waking up to the ocean and sitting on the balcony was so relaxing! The heated pool was great for the colder ocean days, and the extra toys and cooler was awesome! If I came back I would definitely stay here again. A short drive to resturants, stores, and activities! If I had any negatives it would be the trash was full when we got there, and they did ask for myself to take the trash to the road. I didnt mind but felt that wasn't my responsibility. Also, 2 of my kiddos got cuts on there feet from some bricks around the pool area that was up higher and uneven. Otherwise, it was a great vacation rental and truly enjoyed are time there!

During the stay we had internet issues, propane tank for Grill was empty, cooking vessels were missing, but everything was taken care by SPI rental promptly. Five star for there customer service. Property was amazing, kept very clean. just steps away from beach.

Everything was great, the place was very clean, the house look exactly like the pictures. A group of friends and i went drinking spring break and they didn't give us any trouble. I would definitely recommend this place 100%

Nice with a few flaws
Location, view and the house are great. But it wasn't very clean. Smudges on light switches and walls (like bathroom in master bedroom) that were brown.
The drain in the master shower is slow and the floor was dirty too throughout the house. I also think it's rather crazy that check in is after 4 and check out at 10 am. Not even hotels do that. Especially for this price, feels unfair.

Overall it was a great experience. There where some shortfalls. When 1st checked in, they could only find 1 key to the house and the outside garbage can was overfull. Called the office and Evelyn answered. She found additional keys and a garage door opener for us and got the garbage can dumped. When we need the garbage can dumped during the day nothing seemed to happen but when we got Evelyn later that evening she did make things happen. Speaking of the garbage can, it was so dirty inside that I spent time cleaning it out and then used 33 gal.. garbage bags to help keep it clean when we dumped our trash. There is a step up in the garage before you enter the house. It needs to be painted yellow with a watch your step warning. My wife (66 years old) tripped over it and scrapped her left knee and hand. She is not a spry as she used to be. Also, there is an issue with the fasteners used to attach the hand rails on the stairs. More than one of us had blood drawn from it because of the sharp corners that you don't see as you you use the handrails coming down the stairs. These minor issues did not detract from the great experience that my family had while we where there.

This is a great beach house. It’s in great shape, well maintained, lots of space, with balcony views of the ocean. We had 19 people, both adults and kids, and there was plenty of room. The beaches were clean, water was warm, people were friendly. Overall a great beach location.
