Beautiful property. Great location. Greg is an an absolutely amazing host. The carriage is small and cozy. It is perfectly comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Located blocks from the Botanical Garden, Piedmont Park and the Beltline. The cleanliness was far and above par!! Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy, safe parking. Perfect in my opinion. I will definitely be back for another in town getaway.

My wife and I came to Atlanta for the SEC Championship and stayed 2 nights at the cottage. It was perfect for us. It was clean and very comfortable. Located very close to Piedmont Park and convenient to a number of restaurants. Greg was a wonderful host! He was very responsive to any questions we had and personally greeted us and also personally said our farewells and wished us well when we left. We will definitely be back.

This property was perfect for us, and our host was very communicative which was so appreciated! The property is in a beautiful area with easy access to the botanical garden, the Piedmont and other parks and several public transportation options. We felt safe and secure here and really enjoyed the architecture and charm of this area. The host provided recommendations for eating and they were all delicious too!!! Excellent three days in Atlanta!

The room was very small but quite adequate. It had everything we needed, and it was immaculate. The bed was a dream, and I did not have a backache in the morning. That's probably a first for me. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and reminds me of Europe. The area is quaint, lovely, quiet and hard to leave. The owner is a wonderful host, very helpful, and we enjoyed our conversations with him and his neighbors. I have known of this neighborhood all my life and was not disappointed to be a guest there. I would love to go again.

Greg was an amazing host. Super accommodating, great restaurant requests, present when needed and invisible when not. And the property-- steps to my favorite place in Atlanta, the Atlanta Botanical Garden, as well as lots of great restaurants. The house is very very tiny... it had lovely high speed internet and a fridget and wine glasses and a coffee maker (Greg even left us coffee for our stay!). The garden that you walk through to get to the house was magical with hydrangeas and Japanese maples. Managed to feel secluded and intimate in the middle of the city. Definitely intend to stay again.

Greg's place is spotless, well equipped and stocked, and in a very nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. Greg was great - advised us how to get around with our bikes, and made some suggestions that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Greg’s place was once again a great stay. Communication was easy and even though we had a hiccup with checking out Greg was very adaptable. I would say the only issue is the gatehouse gets a little humid even with the AC on dry, but it’s not unbearable so it wasn’t a problem. A few blocks away from Piedmont Park and a bunch of other attractions, I definitely recommend this stay.

Greg is a very friendly host and very responsive. Also, the appartment is in a very good neighbourhood, situated in the garden of the house with a separate entrance. I loved sitting in the garden, looking at the beautiful neighbouring houses. The appartment is very clean. I was in ATL on a business trip, the WIFI connection was very good and stable as well.

Clean, quiet, and private. The owner was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He had a bunch of great recommendations on restaurants and local events! So many things were within walking distance like the famous botanical gardens. This lush and green property is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with a cute little park about a block away and Piedmont park right around the corner. Waking up there for a week was a dream!

To start, Greg is a top-notch host. Everything was flawless, from the fantastic, detailed communication, to accommodating my late-night arrival. The studio was thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is beautiful, as is the entire surrounding neighborhood and is perfectly situated along Piedmont Park. I look forward to another stay next time I visit Atlanta!

Great location

My primary requirements for any place are that it be clean and quiet. Greg's place gets 5 stars for both. When you are sitting in the backyard it is easy to forget that you are in the middle of a large city. The garden area is beautiful. And you are a very short walk from the Botanical Garden (which is well worth visiting) and Piedmont Park. The place is a short drive to downtown. And Greg is a great host. He is happy to provide information on the area. Thanks to him we walked the BeltLine and visited the Roof of the Ponce City Market. The views are amazing! Overall I highly recommend Greg's place.

Perfect place to spend the nights and catch some zzz's while spending a week in ATL taking care of new grand daughter while her parents returned to work. Proximity to Piedmont Park can't be beat for afternoon or evening strolls. Greg is a an awesome host of a classic Ansley Park property. Make sure to enjoy a night cap on the front porch.

This was the perfect place to stay during our short visit to Atlanta. The location is wonderful for exploring Piedmont Park, the Botanical Gardens, and the belt line (all just a short walk away). The host, Greg, is extremely kind, helpful, and personable! The property itself was tidy and updated. Cannot recommend it enough!

This property is a cozy studio in a beautiful garden setting. It is very safe, private and has everything you will need for a fabulous city experience. It is in a residential neighborhood but within walking distance of Piedmont Park, the gorgeous Botanical Gardens and many wonderful restaurants and shops. It’s a tiny oasis in the middle of the city.

Greg was not only a wonderful host with his bright smile and speedy response times but his property was beautiful, gorgeous backyard space, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good water pressure. He supplies a few water bottles and all dishes to eat on as well as clean towels. My boyfriend and I loved our stay and we will definitely be looking to stay again.

My daughter and I love the cottage. Just enough space for us. Really enjoyed the charm of the back yard and the decorative touches in the cottage. Host was wonderful to text a list of places to eat! Easy Access in and out. The cottage was spot less and very well stocked. Loved the quite nights! I can't wait to stay again.

What a lovely trip overall. Perfect location, drivable to anything and everything. My sister and I visited the GA Aquarium, Botanical gardens, did lots of shopping and eating, and even hiking trails which were about 15-30 min away! Owner was very communicative. House was so clean and charming. Would definitely recommend.

This cottage served our needs perfectly. After running around all day, we were able to stop and be in your quaint, very clean cottage. It was awesome to walk to your beautiful park - especially the day after our Thanskgiving meal! We will definately return!

What a perfect little find! The stand alone cottage and light and breezy. Communication with the owner was clear and timely (he’s a sweetheart). The property is right by Piedmont park and it looks the part! On street parking was plentiful (and free). The cottage is set on a hill which gives a large sense of privacy from the main house. It has been renovated and is the perfect size. I took pictures of the bathroom for my remodel. The kitchenette was functional and convenient. It would be a tight fit with more than 1 person but was more than enough for me. I felt safe and cared for. Will definitely try to book again!
