Now offering an EV charging outlet Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach toys. The back of the ground level under the home overlooks the lagoon and has a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool flanked with breezy white curtains and a glass tile waterfall wall. Just off of the pool underneath the home's upper decks is a large paver patio to cool off on with a chic outdoor sectional, 2 hanging swing chairs, sun loungers, a propane Weber grill, and a kids area with a gigantic outdoor connect four game. Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! First Floor: Features one master bedroom with a KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large farm sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.. The porch features a large swing bed to lye on and relax and a large sectional with a table for lounging or dining al fresco. The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end foam mattress that you will melt in while watching TV on your large flat screen tv. The romantic master bedroom features its own large porch for enjoying morning coffee plus a rocking hammock bed! The luxurious master bath is spa like with plush robes, a large RAINHEAD shower, a 2nd handheld head, a frame-less shower door, subway tile, granite counters and dual vanities. The master closet features double doors making it very open to the master, so we have converted a corner of that closet into a baby nursery with a full size crib and comphy company sheets. Also on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room. The top level features a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 full over full bunks, each with a pull out twin trundle bed. There is also a twin daybed with twin trundle. This room can sleep 12 kids. a play table for coloring and reading books , an air hockey table, a teepee to hide in, a large flat screen tv/dvd with a library of movies for all ages, and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat. Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest. Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.

The house was perfect for the 14 adults and children. We were especially pleased with the full compliment of equipment and dishes in the kitchen as we prepared all the meals for the week. The internet was not working well the first two days but once someone came to fix it, it was fine. The only addition I would suggest might be more kitchen towels! I would recommend it, especially for a close family group!d We could have had more than 14 and been comfortable.P.S. the kids appreciated the heated pool!

My family and I visit Hilton Head quite often. We always use VRBO for our accommodations. All of our stays are exceptional. This stay was no different. The house was impeccably decorated. The house was cleaned and very comfortable. The only issue was that the vinyl flooring in the 4th floor childrens room is separating andlifting in several areas.

We had a absolutely great time. We loved the property. One big concern the lake out back didn’t know it had alligators in it and the sign in the back yard is not visible. Needs to be move right I. Front of patio. Needs a gate so that guest can feel comfortable that the gators won’t come on patio and into the pool while kids are playing very scary. Also the picture of the back of the house makes you think the beach is right out back. Why are there benches out by the lake when you know there alligator in the lake/ pond. We will recommend and return. Thank you

This is an amazing beach house! The furnishings, décor, and kitchen/bathroom finishes are beautiful. The kids room was a big hit. We enjoyed swimming in the covered pool after a full day of sun at the beach. The screened in porch with swing and patio furniture was also a great way to spend evenings and early mornings. We would definitely recommend this home and had a great stay!

Wonderful stay - kids loved the pool and all beds were very comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk/ride to the beach (less than 0.4 miles). A great option/choice in Hilton Head.

Our family ranged in age from 69 years old to 6 months. We all had a wonderful time. The house was gorgeous and had all the amenities that we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the pool at the property was a big hit with everyone. We loved that it was covered so we didn't need to worry about sunburns! I would highly recommend this home to any family!

Our family totally enjoyed our time together at Folly Field. The beach nearby was so much fun for the kids and adults, too! The beautiful home had everything we needed for the beach and the salt water pool was so much fun for the younger ones in the evening. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more!

We had a group of 21! The kids enjoyed the bedroom and the pool! The adults loved the kitchen, the outside sitting areas. The large porch swing, and the space in the house! The house had everything that we needed! The stove is tricky and takes some getting use to.(only 1 meal ruined!) and we were never able to get in the garage using the code. Would DEFINITELY stay here again tho. Beautiful home.

The house exceeded our expectations! If you have children this is the place for you. It’s centrally located to all the great beaches and little shopping districts. Appreciated the beach chairs, carts, toys and extra towels! Will definitely stay here in the future.

I rented this house for the weekend of my wedding and my family absolutely loved it! I received a lot of compliments on my choice :). It's beautifully decorated and the pool area was a big hit with the kids. This house definitely has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It was spotless when we arrived and really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay again if we decide to come back to Hilton Head.

This home has everything needed for a week of fun in the sun. Plenty of beach chairs, dishes, towels, amenities. Our gas ran low for the grill, and Jennifer was quick to see that it was replaced. Jennifer was very prompt in answering any emails with questions. The beach was a nice walk. The neighborhood felt safe. 3 refrigerators really helped with food storage. We had a family of 17 there and had plenty of space to spread out. It was a great benefit to have the baby equipment in the home. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week staying at Jennifer’s house and would recommend it unequivocally. There were three families (8 kids and 6 adults) and we fit very comfortably. We made good use of the heated pool, beach gear (toys, cart, chairs), and decks and patio. The kids (ages 2 - 14) loved the playroom and time at the beach, about 0.5 mile away. The kitchen is very well appointed and it is obvious Jennifer has a flair for decorating. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

My group and I enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, as was the pool. We had no issues and everything was working properly. Jennifer was very helpful throughout the entire process and especially during our stay as we were there during the hurricane evacuation process. She was very good about keeping us updated as we were not from the area. I would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful house.

We rented this house for a family reunion with my grown children and grandchildren and absolutely loved it. The house and all the furniture, fixtures, etc. were clean and ready to go when we checked in. The grandchildren loved the kids room on the top floor and had so much fun together. We chose this house for its size and location and were not disappointed. We walked to the beach just about every day and some of our group went to the nearby pitch & putt too. All in all we had a wonderful week and would not hesitate to rent this house again!
