Great for extended stay business travelers, beach goers, family visits, and everything else Northwest Florida has to offer. Booking is reserved and firm when both deposit and rent are received. Non-refundable, non-transferable, non-reschedulable. Travel insurance covers many things that might make cancelation necessary. My stay was great. I enjoyed sitting by the pool early in the morning……was a very quiet neighborhood. I had 2 family events and the place worked out great.

AC wasn’t working right. Killed 2 inch cockroaches. Mouse poop. Sink in master bathroom was plugged had to go buy Drano. The toilet in the master stunk like pee, I scrubbed until I got the floor smelling good around the toilet. Windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them. There was no grill, like it said there was. So if you hire someone to come in and clean your getting ripped off.

This place is perfect for extended stays. Full kitchen. Two full bathrooms. A washer and dryer in the unit. Small private patio. Quiet neighborhood. Location is tucked away. Plenty of parking. Pool a short walk. Enough shady green space to walk your dog(s). While there is no gym, the parking lot is structured like a track. Running 4x around the lot is essentially a mile. Perfect for those who don’t want to break their fitness routine. Plenty of restaurant options (Texas Roadhouse, Dicks BBQ, Moes, Wendy’s, Vietnamese dining, Cheddars, etc). Located off 10 and 110. Mall is within a few miles. In relation to Pensacola Beach, it’s about a 20 minute drive starting from the 110.

Management was responsive to questions I had and assisted me promptly. Could ask for better accommodations while working. Would recommend to anyone that is needing a place to be while working in the Pensacola area.

From check in to check out, our stay was great. Very quiet location, close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals and the medical community and also convenient to I10. The space was clean and well kept with ample room. We would definitely rent there again in the future.

This is a perfect executive rental with great location. The 1,000' condo has a well allocated layout, with walk in closets for both bedrooms, ground floor location and parking next to the condo. The quiet friendly neighbors are workers in the community, and the complex is a very quiet neighborhood. The photos shown are a good representation. We think the pool is nice and cleaned often, though not daily as some vacation resort properties. We especially like this condo due to the great location (PNS airport, shopping mall, many Churches, executive fitness club, indoor pickleball clubs, tennis courts, discount stores, hospitals, and a short drive to the beach) and the ability to bring our small dog.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and clean condo. Pros: Simple and modern condo with super comfy beds, TV's in all the rooms, equipt kitchen. Convenient to airport, shopping, and pet friendly Cons: 30 minutes to the beach (not a big issue as we were here on mostly business). A bit over priced for the area though but it is spring break too. This condo had everything we needed. It is great as an executive rental. If you don't mind driving to the beach then also a great place. The owner was nice to deal with and I would stay again.
