Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $575 per night is a great option for your next trip. UNIT B - NOWALK TO THE INLET 211 Dorchester Street - Beautiful Sunsets with Bay View Located in the historical downtown area of Ocean City, MD. Our property is centrally located and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, harbor, amusement rides, fishing pier, shopping, bars, and many restaurants. We own 5 total units in downtown Ocean City and take pride in each one. We strive to keep our units clean and up to date in hopes that you will have the perfect vacation. You will be able to park your vehicles in two covered parking spaces and avoid the hassle and expense associated with downtown parking. Our 4-bedroom townhouse is located on three floors and has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home. Our units have Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. We also have Wi-Fi. We own 3 units in this complex. This is ideal for multiple families and large groups who want to be close to each other, but have the added privacy of their own unit. And remember in our downtown units, you can avoid the hassle of crossing 8 lanes of traffic to get to the beach, which is associated with the uptown condo's. Our cleaning crew is now offering a linen service payable through us. The cost is $150 plus tax. This is a one time service dropped off before your arrival. The service will provide sheets and they will also provide 10 towels, 10 washcloths, 3 hand towels, 2 bathmats, 2 dish cloths, and 2 dish towels to be used during your stay. Please let me know if you are interested in this service. Our cleaning crew is now offering a linen service payable through us. Our unit is pet friendly. Maximum of 2 pets. $40 pet fee per night per pet. We have increased the pet fee due to repeated pet damages. Must crate pet when left alone and at night. Pets are not allowed on our furniture, if this is a problem leave them at home. Please let me know what kind of pet you have, and how many pets you are bringing. Our units are non-smoking.

We always love staying at the Inlet. This property was in a perfect location. Far enough away from the noise and the boardwalk but close enough to walk to arcades, shops, rides, restaurants and even church. There was a market close by not to mention a fishing supply shop and places to fish also within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the Bay. The condo was well equipped. It was nice to have the option to purchase a linen service.

Great location. Only a few blocks from the boardwalk and right at the beginning near lots of great restaurants and attractions. Property was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing vacation.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. We loved being downtown within walking distance of everything. Great view of the bay. Being a couple of blocks from the boards, night time remained quiet. While there are many stairs in the house, 52 to be exact, we loved the fact that family members can go their separate ways if they needed downtime. Besides, we were able to walk off the extra calories from all of the food we ate. We will definitely be back.

It was a nice place but very disorganized. We filled out a bunch of leases and mailed them and were told she sent the wrong ones and had to do it all over again and got upset when we didn’t get them to her in time. When the owners got there on checkout day, they were very disrespectful to my child and her friends. Claimed that all their parents paid for the house when they all work jobs and work hard for their money and called them irresponsible to their faces and were cussing at them. I understand the frustration but they rented out to senior week kids so they should’ve expected many things and could have taken a different approach to things. Will never stay in one of these condos again.

This 3 story unit had everything we needed for our stay. Nice bedrooms, plenty of bathroom space, nice kitchen and sitting area. The communication with the owner was superb. The inlet, boardwalk, beach and shops are a less than a 5 minute walk. Which was exactly what we were looking for. The only con we had was all the steps to get to the Master bedroom and the water pressure was faint in the master shower. Other than that, it was a perfect.

The location was excellent. Quick walk to the beach & broadwalk. Condo was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. Also 2+ bathrooms was great. Our only disapointment was the floors could have been cleaner. They need a good washing. Everything worked well too.

Location was perfect for fishing and enjoying Ocean City. Unit was clean, check-in process was easy, and no problems with communicating with management. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

The house was clean except for the carpet. Our feet were black from walking on it. The size of the place was just what we needed. The tenants in C were loud, had fights in the parking lot, smoked weed all day long to the point where you could smell it in our unit, and they were outside on the balcony until 5 in the morning 3 of the 4 nights we were there. We know that you can’t control others behavior, we just wanted to let you in case they ever wanted to rent the place again. Overall, we had a nice family weekend. We just wish the carpet was in better shape and we didn’t have such awful neighbors.

It was pretty easy getting it all set up, really couldn't get response from the owner once there, if anything major would have gone wrong not sure how that would have ended up - Deck Marina Pony Bar - across the street - a definite must! Great food also, although a little pricey, short walk to beach but then another couple hundred of feet of sand to get to the actual beach. Close to the park/rides/boardwalk. Had a great time - protected parking (a little tight but good)
