Slice of Haven: Picture yourself in this beautiful, spacious, top-floor condo (the largest in the building), watching the world go by along the waterfront in Grand Haven, and enjoying spectacular sunsets! This luxury condo on the channel provides waterfront living at its finest. Brezza #9 is just a short walk from award-winning beaches and only a block from downtown shops and restaurants. 3 private decks allow you to relax and watch the boats, the sunsets, and the Musical Fountain. INSIDE THE CONDO This one-of-a-kind condo is located on the third floor of the Brezza Di Lago building (don't worry - there's an elevator!). The condo itself spans one floor and is accommodating for guests of all ages. Slice of Haven features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a TV with a DVD player, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. There is a private balcony as well. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a second full bathroom, with a washer and dryer. The main living area includes the kitchen with a large granite island and separate eating area, a spacious family room with leather sleeper couch and plasma TV, and 2 more decks with wonderful views of life along the waterfront. This condo is a top floor, corner unit filled with light and fantastic views of the channel and Lake Michigan. SLEEPING The unit sleeps 6. Bed linens are provided. Master Bedroom: Queen bed with en suite bathroom Bedroom #2: Queen bed Living room: Queen sofa sleeper EATING The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a coffee pot so you can stay in and prepare meals if you desire. Grocers are a short drive and there are several small markets within walking distance. PARKING There is one designated parking space for Brezza Unit #9 found in the back of the building. THE LOCATION Slice of Haven truly has an ideal location for enjoying Grand Haven to the fullest. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, quaint coffee shops, clothing boutiques, toy stores, ice cream shops, all within walking distance. The opportunities are endless! CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows: -100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. -50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. -No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment. We enjoyed our stay in the condo. We’ve been renting various condos in this building for 5+ years. It’s a great location , convenient to restaurants and downtown businesses. We felt like this condo needed a little tweaking. No hangers anywhere in the closets ( bought some at Walmart), extra bedding stuffed in closet and the dresser in the master bedroom. Could be stored in bins or taken out of condo until needed. Also the bed in the master was almost impossible to get in due to a very thick mattress pad. A stool is needed if you are 5’4” or less! It prevented the bottom sheet from staying tucked under. The railing on the balconies are in bad need of repair. None of this prevented us from enjoying our vacation but at the high rental fees charged , details matter.

loved the balconies to watch the boats and people watch. Clean place, lots of light being a corner unit. Convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Just unfortunate how much more the condo costs with all of the fees added-extra 54%!

Kept the other couple awake during a storm all night. Parking was tight but workable. did not talk to the property management since we did not think the sky light could be fixed.

Very convenient location. Size of the place worked well for 5 of us. Amenities were just what we needed. Building was quiet. The only problem is that the carpet is very dirty and the overall place could use just a bit more attention to the cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in. Elevator and rolling carts made 3rd floor condo easy to get to. Great water views! Watch nightly fountain show from balcony, you can even hear the music perfectly. Nice accommodations, roomy and well maintained. Ice machine available on first floor. Kitchen lovely and well equipped. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Pronto pups and ice cream shops two doors down, yum! Beach is a little further. It is walkable but if you are carrying a lot you might want to drive. Beach parking at state park entrance is $9. Nice bathrooms at beach and food trucks! Great long weekend trip with large group staying in multiple units. This condo was definitely the best. Would stay again.

Beautiful property with lovely view of the water and nightly fountain show from balcony. Shops close by. Doable walk to the beach, but you might want to drive if you take a lot. Unit was clean and roomy, perfect for us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four stayed four nights during Coast Guard Week. It could not have been better! The Condo was completely ready at our arrival (spotlessly clean, nothing out of place, broken, etc.). There were clear directions on how to use things such as the WiFi or TV. The App was really helpful for Arrival and Departure instructions. Location of Condo was fantastic. Kitchen was really well equipped.
