Hay que leer las peticiones de los clientes

Las instalaciones, la atención del personal y ubicación

Pues que indique q íbamos personas con movilidad reducida para acceder a habitacion en planta baja y cerca de restaurantes y entrada por aventura y me dieron en la 2 planta y muy alejado del ascensor. Luego hubo que rectificar pero con la pérdida de tiempo y problemas que supone

Замечательный отель в самом парке!

Замечательный отель, расположенный на территории парка. Заселение прошло очень быстро, номер дали сразу, не ждали. Выселение проходит автоматически, ничего не нужно ( карточки остаются для пользования парком до конца дня). В отеле есть ящики, где можно оставить вещи, пока Вы катаетесь на горках (5 евро большой (для чемоданов) и 3 евро поменьше). Завтраки отличные- большой выбор. Проходят по времени ( при заселении вы бронируете время завтрака), что очень удобно, нет большого столпотворения. Территория отеля очень красивая, есть где вечером погулять. Были 17-18 мая, бассейны еще не работали. Рекомендую этот отель!

Bien sauf l’organisation du buffet

Heure du buffet à améliorer. Le temps d’entrer dans la salle (grosse file d’attente malgré la reservation d’un créneau), il vous reste 20 minutes puis on vient vous dire qu’il faut quitter la table alors que vous êtes entrain de manger

Portaventura park oui mais hôtel bof

Chambre pour 3 adultes spacieuse mais le 3ème lit est un canapé lit donc pas confortable pour un adulte. Accès pratique au parc d'attraction avec possibilité d'y accéder même avant le check in et/ ou après le check out. Joli hôtel au décor andalou. Buffet assez varié et comprend l'essentiel. Parking gratuit.

Le personnel au check in qui ne donne pas assez d'information sur les installations, les horaires, les accès...comme on donne un QR code à scanner et qui des fois ne fonctionne pas bien. Le grand point négatif pour moi c'est l'absence de chariot ou voiturette pour transporter les bagages dans un hôtel immense et des chambres très lointaines de la réception et du parking. On a trouvé devant la porte de la réception un gars (agent de sécurité) très désagréable et impoli qui parle méchamment et qui ne nous a pas laissé 5 minutes pour déposer nos bagages devant la réception avant de rendre la voiture au parking. Hôtel loin du centre.

Pésimo trato, no cumple lo q dice, limpio pero apestoso

El parque de atracciones

Al llegar me hicieron esperar más de una hora por un error que ellos cometieron. Al entrar tuvimos que esperar otra hora más con las ventanas abiertas por malos olores (flatulencia, pero un olor horrible) En la noche hacia frío y querías calentar la habitación y solo salía aire frío. Te dicen q tienes como una nevera q MANTIENE la temperatura y traje bebidas congeladas.. Y al final del día al llegar al hotel estaba todo caliente. Les dijimos que veníamos de luna de miel y nos trataron horrible, si vuelvo, no será en hotel... Antes me compro el pase anual y cuando baje me piyo un Airbnb. Encima la directora d recepción, le dices si te pueden ofrecer un desayuno o la comida x las molestias y nada, ni un detalle.... PÉSIMO TRATO

La proximité du parc, très bel hôtel avec Piscines

Quand nous voulons manger, nous avons une heure montre en main, passé cet horaire. Le personnel est assez expéditif. On prend pas le temps de manger et de profiter de l’environnement.

Una estada còmoda i meravellosa.

Em va agradar molt ja que per una nit que ens hi quedavem, no vam tenir cap dificultat i era molt còmode per anar i tornar del Parc. L'hotel era molt gran i amb una decoració molt maca. Segur que hi tornarem.

Ens vam trobar unes quantes formigues a l'habitació que no sé d'on venien. Tot i així, la resta un 10.

Para volver mas veces

La cama fue lo mejor. Una cama de unos 180 cm, comodisima. Nunca habíamos dormido tan bien. La comida realmente de buena calidad y muy variada, había practicamente de todo. Lo tenian bien organizado, abriendo otro buffet para no esperar la cola. Todo el hotel es muy bonito y muy grande. La entrada al parque era por dentro del hotel y fue mucho mas comodo para entrar y salir. Muy recomendable

El aparcamiento un poco lejos de la entrada al hotel (Mas que nada por el equipaje pesado) y muy lleno siempre. Tuvimos suerte y encontramos aparcamiento rápido pero vimos a muchos coches esperar mucho rato para aparcar.

la habitación, el buffet variado y los juegos súper divertidos

perdí el almuerzo del segundo día (sábado) porque las colas eran larguísimas en los juegos y no me quisieron ayudar con algún tipo de compensación

Chambre spacieuse propre et confortable. Personnel très patients et à l’écoute. Très bel hôtel

Facilité l’usage de l’application quand nous avons plusieurs chambres… que l’on puissent rentrer les 2 chambres en même temps dans son espace.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Personal en general muy amable y atento. Buffet desayuno y cena abundante y variado.

Acceso a las habitaciones complicado por distancia y los pasillos parecían un laberinto. Tamaño de la habitación bastante justo. Baño con bañera muy alta y de difícil acceso. Turnos de comida muy cortos (40m en desayuno y 1h en cena).

Tiene conexión directa con el parque. Las habitaciones son bastante modernas.

Que nos dieron la habitación mas tarde de las 15h. El tiempo que tienes para desayunar. Que no tuviera acceso temprano a uncharted como si tenian los hoteles del far west. Tener que pagar para dejar las maletas

Only location and access to the parks

Strange booking system for breakfast and lunch, long queues when the cafe is empty all the time. Soft drinks not included, no still water, coffee machines, iron in the room. Safe box was locked before our check-in, water did not drain in bath, was not solved even after our request. Some staff members were rude and do not speak english.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic amminitys of the park and great pools/poolside restaurant.

Outstanding landscaping, beautiful vast clean pools, fantastic location and a very clever and unique architectural design

Air conditioning has been modified so as you can’t turn it down to desired temperature in the name of ‘environmental’ This is simply not acceptable when paying good money to stay here! Fair enough in communal areas but in your own room you should have the right to choose what temperature you wish. Corridors and stairwells should be cleaner to reflect the rest of the resort. Felt these areas were neglected.

Good experience overall. I would stay at this hotel again

Lovely hotel, excellent location for all three parks, staff friendly, food was good, well organised mealtimes as we went during a busy period and didn’t have to wait much. Park tickets included minus the aquapark

The self service ticket machines in the hotel are faulty - be careful as we ended up having to pay twice for the fast track ticket to Ferrari land and had no time to get refunded. Also travel links back to Barcelona aren’t great- waited almost two hours for a coach!

I didn’t take photos as my battery was dead but I’d never go back to that hotel it’s terrible the whole place is so dirt

The location

We arrived the property at 2am to the hotel corridors stinking in insects killer that was so over powering the hall ways was so dirty the carpet is really old and smelly the rooms are walking in ants! So we went back down to reception they changed my room which had the same problem! So on the money they moved me hotels to the callardo creek which is beautiful and spotless clean I could not fault it

Food was poor and overpriced with little on offer and no where to get a drink or snack at the pool.

Family holiday for the theme park.

Very close to theme park. Maite in the evening buffet could not have been more helpful for our child with allergies. She went above and beyond every day to help make sure he had food he enjoyed and helped with the other staff where English was not the first language. She was also helpful when we were arranging our transfer to the next part of the holiday. We could not be more grateful and would like for this to be passed on to her.

Things could have been explained more at the check in. The swimming pool has random rules such as no glasses - I am practically blind without mine so this was not helpful. Also no balls in most parts of the pool so loads of children trying to play in a tiny area...it is a family hotel so maybe an area without balls/ kids instead of the other way about??

Good resort for kids.

Buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of variety. Was very happy and the kids were satisfied too. Dinner buffet was ok, no drinks/coffee/tea included. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms are neat and tidy.

The resort is on far side of the entrance to the park, especially our room was at the very most end. It took us 15min to walk to the entrance of the park everytime we needed to go inn! No bottled water was given or left in the room. Resort water €3.50 .
