The place is good and clean
We were almost got kick out!!
We booked for 2 rooms. However, with the mistake of the reservation team, they record only 1 room in there system. At midnight, the check in manager has asked one of us to move to another hotel. This is a very bad impression.

The Breakfast spread of excellent , the staff was very polite and took time out to explain about the various dishes in the menu, spl mention about Mr. Ravi who took good care of all the guests .

breakfast was great. Room was quite fine. Generally, things were clean in the room, and in the lounge
The hotel garden/swimming poor area do not meet the mark. But this is India, people and places are pretty shabby and dirty. So this is all you get unless you paying with an arm and a leg.

The location was convenient, breakfast was good, and the hotel had decent facilities and views. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the service was generally okay.
The main issue was with the payment. At check-in, I was told that my previous payment had not been received, so the lady at reception said she would only swipe my card to hold the amount. Unfortunately, I was charged again, resulting in a double payment, and I am still waiting for the excess amount to be refunded. The mattress could also have been more comfortable.
