Alles perfekt.

Freundliche Begrüßung, Nähe zum Bahnhof, Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer nicht Standard, sondern sehr individuell gehalten. Frühstück gut sortiert

距離車站3分鐘內, 走路20分鐘內也到老城, 飯店斜對面的公園有遊樂設施, 對於有帶小小朋友的家庭來說很加分員工非常熱心溫暖, 如果有事情請他們幫忙, 都會熱情幫助. 房間內有咖啡機, 對於愛喝咖啡的人很友善枕頭有點軟, 但床單等材質是舒服的, 房間也很大、整潔早餐豐富好吃入住前就會寫信提醒, 房間也有迎接的小紙條和氣泡水, 真的是很不錯的

剛入房時房間有管線的味道, 但開窗散風後就沒問題了

расположен прямо в центре Праги возле всех достопримечательностей. Хороший завтрак, кофе не из чайника, а качественный, приготовленный бариста. Оригинальный интерьер в стиле лофт. в номере есть кофеваркам кофе, также чайник и чай. Заселение и выселение прошло быстро

При бронировании мы заказали место на паркинге, нам написали, что свободных мест нет. Учитывая это, мы припарковались на платном паркинге возле оперного театра. Когда заселялись, нам озвучили стоимость вместе с платой за парковку, на ресепшен очень удивились, когда мы сказали, что менеджер написал нам, что нет мест на парковке. На следующий день после выселения вдруг пришло письмо с сообщением «хотим вас обрадовать, нашлось место на паркинге»-интересно, зачем нам об этом сообщать, когда мы уже выселились, тем более через сутки после этого

駅から近い。　スタッフの笑顔や対応が丁寧。

階段や隣接部屋音がやや煩かった。スリッパや靴ベラ、ナイトガウンが無かった。

Great location in Prague 1 precinct with excellent service.

Reception staff very good; breakfast also very good and replenished regularly. Overall, this is a very good place to stay as it's off the main streets and enables a good sleep in a quiet environment.

Pillows could be improved; very lumpy & flat provided; bed was acceptable but also could be improved with a mattress topper or similar to improve comfort.

Excellent

Everything was clean. I like that we have a small kitchen in the room with coffee machine and kettle. Staff was great! Help us a lot. Very nice people. Location was excellent. 15 minutes by walk to old town.

Enjoyed our stay, great location and breakfast, shame about the confusion regarding maximum room occupancy.

Location and finished very well. Breakfast was excellent.

Booked for a family of five, kids aged 4,8 & 10. No issues with check-in, left our bags and went off exploring. However, approaching 1800 came back and went to the room. There wasn’t an extra bed so went to query with reception only to be told the room could only handle four occupants. Took a lot of persuading to finally get a mattress from a cot for our four year old to sleep on the floor. We weren’t trying to be sneaky, if the room was for only four people that’s fine, just don’t accept a booking from a family of five as that’s exactly what we asked and paid for.

Perfektes Hotel in der Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Prager Altstadt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und damit auch zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist bestens.

Great staff, great location in a great European city.

Close to the train station, close to old town, close to restaurants and bars. Funky, spacious and clean rooms. Very well priced and as a bonus included breakfast!

The shower screen was a little hard to use, the door was coming off the rails. Normally I would call for maintenance but my stay was just overnight so I put up with it. This was such a minor thing though.

Fantastisch verblijf op een top locatie met uiterst vriendelijke mensen.

De locatie is fantastisch, alles op loopafstand van het centrum. Super leuke trendy kamers met heel veel ruimte. (kamer met balkon 6e verdieping) Aanrader om de Kerstdagen hier door te brengen.

La struttura in generale, lo stile: la camera e il bagno, l'ingresso e la reception, la posizione, la zona della colazione e la colazione...

In camera c'era la possibilità di farsi qualcosa di caldo in autonomia grazie ad un bollitore, purtroppo però non ci è stato possibile perché sporco e con dei residui di acqua sul fondo

Un hôtel coup de cœur ou on reviendra

L'attention du personnel, la propreté des lieux et de la chambre. La déco de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général. L'isolation et la tranquillité des lieux. L'accueil avec une coupe de prosecco offerte, une note manuscrite de bienvenue dans la chambre avec eau et café à disposition. Le petit déjeuner to go avec café car on devait partir tôt le matin.

Hôtel que je recommanderais fortement pour les raisons citées précédemment.

La situation géographique. L'hôtel est situé en face de la gare.C'est super pratique. Cela évite de prendre un autre transport. Le personnel est efficace , aidant et aimable.

Certains aliments au petit déjeuner n'étaient pas assez chaud pour moi.

La terrasse sur le toit par contre une semaine sans vider le cendrier je devais le faire moi même

Personnel antipathique nous avons réserver pour 7 jours mauvais accueil ils nous ont changer les linges de bains une seule fois . Nous avons pas eu de sucre pour le café mis à disposition seulement 2 sucre quand nous sommes arriver .le bar n a jamais été re rempli de plus nous avons un petit linge et un grand linge pour 2 personnes il nous ont taxer 250 tchèque monnaie car nous avons 30 minutes de retard lors de notre départ pour Prague très chère et mal gérée nous ne reviendrons plus

Struttura nuova, molto pulita in posizione strategica. Ottima colazione

Il personale delle pulizie che al mattino urlava nel corridoio. Non ci hanno dato un letto matrimoniale avevamo due singoli attaccati e due piumoni singoli, non molto comodi.

it is a nice staycation, i will stay there again

Room is spacious, staffs are friendly, restroom is clean.

The aircon stops every like 20 minutes then it gets hot, it will then start and gets cold then gets hot again… It awakens me everytime it gets hot when it stops. Complimentary water is perliva. Better if neperliva voda. Not all guests want perliva voda. I am so thirsty that day so a bit disappointed with the perliva voda

Moje mesto u Pragu!

Apsolutno sjajno. Udobno i prijatno. Nezaboravna dobrodoslica, prijatan boravak, osoblje izuzetno i odlican dorucak. Hotel koji je doprineo da se u Pragu osećam kao kod kuće.

Eşimle ve oğlumla ilk kez ailecek seyahate çıktık ve otelde konaklamak çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Tavsiye ederiz…

Otelim konumu, odanın büyüklüğü ve temizliği, kahvaltı çeşitliliği, çalışanların nezaketi, kısacası her şeyiyle mükemmel bir otel. Tam bir aile oteli diyebilirim. Hem restoran çalışanlarının nezaketi ve güleryüzü, hem de resepsiyondaki arkadaşların yardımseverliği ve nezaketi bizden tam puan aldı.

Tesiste beğenmediğimiz birşey yok.

Amazing stay

Perfect location, very comfortable and spacious family room, high quality toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, even mini bar is complimentary! Highly recomended!

Traumhafte Unterkunft!

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Dachterasse und die Aussicht war ein absoluter Traum. Von allen Fenstern und der Terrasse heraus hatte man eine atemberaubende Aussicht, v.a. abends. Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und die Snacks und Getränke in der Minibar waren großartig und haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt. Alles war super sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und es gab viel frisches Obst. Der Hitzeleitern Parkplatz war sicher und für die Lage okay im Preis. Leider konnte man das Auto aber nur bis Max Check-Out-Zeit am Abeisetag abstellen, da die Plätze begrenzt sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel lief einwandfrei und man kann in Euro oder der lokalen Währung zahlen. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Das Personal beim Frühstück könnte etwas aufmerksamer und noch freundlicher sein. Das ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältbks stimmte und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Lage des Hotels, Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam

Für ältere oder auch kleinere Personen war der Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen o Baden zu hoch. Wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht, nur fehlte bei der Ausstattung einiges für die dritte Person (Stuhl, Haken für Handtücher; anderes konnte nachgeliefert werden -Handtücher, Zahnputzbecher)

-Super Zentrale Lage, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. -Super Parkplatz beim Hotel (kostet jedoch extra) -Frühstücks Buffet mehr als ausreichend -Die Suite war sehr geräumig, sauber und hat genug Platz geboten (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder - 4 und 2 Jahre) -Es war sehr ruhig für mitten in der Stadt
