Very good

The property is in the side street, but very close to the canal. You can sleep in peace to nurture your jet lag, but if you are awake in the middle of the night- the canal, bars and restaurants are 2 min away. Things are open at least till 2 am - plenty of time to drink yourself to sleep.

It’s nice and best suited to skinny people.

It was pleasant, clean, easy to find, the host was nice. I loved the big selection of tea and the little cafe downstairs served the most amazing pistachio croissants with the complementary breakfast. The canal is just around the corner and it was quiet at night. They offered daily cleaning as well which is not common anymore where we come from.

The bathroom was very small/narrow, the space to enter the shower was about as wide as my shoulders. My husband had to turn sideways to enter the shower. We are both narrow people. The towels smelled strongly of detergent which although not unpleasant could be hard for anyone with sensitivities.

Excellent, recommended for a couple.

Excellent location. 15-20 mins to the Duomo Sq. Moreover it is meters away from the Milano channels disctrict, rich with restaurants, bars and excellent atmosphere. The Host is great, very helpful and shiny. Grazie. Quiet and cozy apartment, absolutely everything you might need.

Breakfast included was not complete, possibly due to the nearby Cafe not doing its part. We appreciate the effort though.

Really excellent. Just be aware that if you come by the metro that stations are full of stairs and bridges (with stairs)

The photos don’t do it justice. I really left safe here and Andrea has added some lovely extras with the small fridge, toiletries etc. Also excellent pillows and cosy linen for a great night sleep.

Andrea helped with me get my suitcase up and down the stairs so there was nothing to complain about.

Andrea (owner) is friendly, and helpful with great recommendations for what to do and where to eat.

breakfast was small and although the bar it was served in is fabulous in the evening and early afternoon and great people watching, the food was one limp croissant and a thunder bolt thimbleful of coffee. The location however is incredible. On arrival it looks a bit concerning but the canal behind the property is just fabulous. Fabulous food drink, internationally diverse and on Sunday's an art gallery. Only a 45 minute walk into the city centre and lots to see along the way. A city that has managed to keep independent shops open and thriving. Will definitely visit again.

The local area on first arrival looks scruffy and is covered in graffiti. The traffic in Milan (we hired a car) is terrifying! Scooters and motorbikes overtake and undertake and the road system seems crazy. Drivers talk with their car horns and there are lots of battered cars on the roads. All part of the experience but SO glad it was not me driving. Phew!

This was a perfect two night stay at this lovely B&B. Room was spacious, very clean and cosy. Andrea is the most kind host I've ever met. He gave us all informations we needed. The location is perfect. We will come again for sure.

Andrea is a great host and has such a lovely and authentic place where you can park your car for free. Perfect for two persons. Neat and very clean. The place has a good bed, everything you need for a short stay including a Nespresso coffee machine. The airco was very welcome during our stay. Breakfast is simple but for us perfect at the bar a few metres from the accommodation. And Naviglio Grande is just around the corner with lovely places to eat and drink.

Well placed for seeing Milan and the owner Andrea was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations for restaurant

It was close to the canal where there are lots of cafes and restaurants and a very lively area and the city was a short tram ride away.

The outlook from the room was overlooking a garage and not very private had to keep blinds closed.

We had a 4 day city break in Milano and stayed at this really nice perfectly located hotel, in the heart of Milano’s res

The room was nice and cozy, centrally located yet very quiet. Our host Andrea made us feel vey welcomed, gave us tips and tricks about where to eat, how to reach faster the places we wanted to see. The hotel is located in a very nice area along the canal, Andrea provided us with coffee every morning, the room was daily cleaned. The close by bar where we had breakfast is really worth the visit, very nice staff, the place is amazingly decorated, you can have a great breakfast and the last drink of the day if you want to. We love to walk around when going on city breaks so we could reach everything we wanted to see by foot from the hotel, it’s nice to leave from the hotel and get lost around the beautiful streets of Milano. We greatly recommend El Brumista.

Great location and very clean cozy studio

Very clean, super close to metro and in excellent location at Navigli. Andreas welcomed me and gave some tips.. I very much enjoyed my stay at his studio.
