staff was so helpful and friendly! especially receptionist woman was really nice. they tidy up our room and changed our towels almost every day. location was okay, 6-7 minutes far from the lodi tibb station. very close distance there’s a big supermarket you can find anything. nice nespresso coffee was served. small breakfast was enough for starting the day, they’re doing it as a favor breakfast not included in the price. it’s small but nice.
unfortunately under the hotel there’s a hall which is used as a event hall on the weekends. on Saturday we couldn’t sleep at all coz until 1:30-2:00 the party was going on. hotel management was helpful and understanding they refunded us that night stay. and the rest of the stay was silent. as long as there’s no party or event it’s a silent area. the other thing is what is shown on the pics is not the one which’s rented for short stay. the rooftop apartments which’s in the pics they are only for long term rentals. so it was disappointing when we got in our room coz it was a small standard hotel room. we had to unplug the refrigerator coz it was too noisy.

The room was quite spacious and very warm. The air conditioning worked great. There were two tables so one we could use for work and the other for food and stuff. There were utensils and dishes for our use which were washed and cleaned every day. The room was kept spotless throughout our stay. Even our clothes that were on the ground or on the bed were hanged or folded and laid aside. Location was good as well because we had a huge supermarket right across the street and a lot of places to grab something to bite around.
The bathroom door was sliding glass door and it didn't hold back a lot of noise or smell. And if you are a bigger person like me (1,90m) you could find it difficult to take a shower without making a mess. Also the door to the hallway had quite a big hole on the bottom through which came in a lot of light in the evening and some noise as well.

the hotel was close to the Metro and local services including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. it was very easy to go to important historic and touristic sites by the Metro.
There was a technical glitch with the security system which left us and several other guests locked out on the street. The manager came within 30 minutes to let us in and the problem was fully resolved by the end of our stay.

Our train was detoured sending us to the middle of no where and all the trains coming back were cancelled. But the owner was so nice that he picked us up from the station. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfy. The location was also good and close to the public transportation.

nice and clean rooms and also, there was a small breakfast/refreshment with coffee in the morning.
close to Metro station with line to the city centre
there is no 24/7 reception
rooms are not quite well isolated. During our stay, we could hear a loud music coming from the ground floor of the pension, and also doorbells from other rooms

Friendly, smiling and welcoming staff.
Warm and cozy environment that makes you feel like you're in the countryside.
Breakfast is OK but quite basic, supposedly due to COVID (even though there are no more COVID restrictions in the country).
Reception is not 24 hours. Exceptionally, check-in can be as late as 11PM but that's a limitation especially for business travel. I arrived just before 11PM and didn't know that the password was displayed in common areas. I looked for it in my room but couldn't find it anywhere and couldn't ask anyone as the staff had left the property in the meantime.
In addition, the bathroom was not particularly clean (I found someone else's body hair in the shower).

Beds were very comfy, room was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly.
Reception was not available during the day, you need to arrange the arrival time. After we checked out we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel and it was not possible since there would be no one there late afternoon. Breakfast is very simple and unfortunately everything was industrialized. The showers don’t have doors which makes the bathroom a bit wet.

The manager of the property is fantastic - friendly, helpful and welcoming. We’ll most definitely stay here next time in Milan.

It's a great place to stay when you're in Milano. Close to metro stop Lodi on the yellow line and the Muratori street that has many restaurant/bar options. Cleanliness and comfort are also great, rooms are decorated in a modern taste and everything worked perfectly well. Check-in and out processes are easy and straight-forward. Staff was really helpful and kind.
Check-out is quite early, at 10am. So is the breakfast, I believe between 7:30-9:30. Especially for weekend trips, we'd have liked it to be pushed a couple of hours forward.
