The property was clean and had everything needed as far as bedding towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, etc. also liked the gated area just felt good to have that added security

Great Three Bedroom, Two Bath Condo in a convenient location with ocean views, pool access and private walk to beach.
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, ( bring your own spices, etc).
Washer and dryer worked well. Separate Ice machine was available but not working. Mgmt company was very responsive but we asked to have repaired after we left.
The pool area and hot tub were nice ( hot tub WAS HOT). The deck area was great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.
One comment about the Bedroom facing East, we would recommend some curtains as the sun is very bright even with the shades and there is a light at night that can be bothersome if you need a dark room.
We would definitely stay here again.

The location is good. The walk to the beach is easy and short. The overall cleanliness and property is nice and well maintained. Has most of what you’d need in the kitchen, but bring your own salt, pepper and seasonings. The AC works well and the in-unit washer and dryer were awesome!
Now for the not so great… my friend and her 2 year old got locked in the bathroom located between the front room and bunk room, but thankfully I was able to get the door open. The air filter vent has a bolt that constantly rattles and it fell down during the night. We used duck tape to try and stop the rattle and keep the vent in place, but it didn’t work.
The hand towel rack fell off when I was drying my hands in the master bathroom. The pantry shelf fell bc a bracket came out. The balcony door is difficult to unlock. The dishwasher had parts that fell off when we opened it.
There are no cleaning tools in the unit. The broom stick broke off from the broom head, so it wasn’t very usable. A vacuum and mop would be nice. They do provide a small dish soap and dishwasher pods, which is nice.
You will hear the fireworks at night around 9:15pm. You will hear people in the neighboring condos at night. I recommend a sleep sound machine or app. The beds aren’t necessarily comfortable, but they were fine. They also have construction in the building and neighboring buildings everyday, so drills and hammering were a constant throughout the day.
At the end of the day, it’s a nice place, especially for the price. It would be awesome if things were updated in a quality way. It just seemed like things kept breaking or falling apart. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! It is also in close proximity to a lot of places.

We loved the property, it was perfect for our group. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and they took care of it quickly. Loved the beach access and spray station. Our condo was very quiet. The only complaint was the need for black out curtains in the primary bedroom, as there are many windows and outside lights that stay on all night. Will be back!

Family Vacation
Our stay was spectacular with beautiful vistas of the the ocean everything was in walking distance. Our Condo was spacious and very clean and organized a very peaceful, relaxing location. We loved everything about our living quarters we are a family of 6 and everyone had their own private space. Definitely recommend to others and wile will be returning!!!! If we could rate it higher then a 5 star we would!

This should have been communicate to us and we would have rented somewhere else. The rental company did refund some of our money in an attempt to make it right and to be fair I did not ask for this so I give them credit for this. Once the construction is complete at the end of May, 2022 I would stay here again.

Good Value Large Condo in a Convenient Beachfront Complex
We had a great time at this three-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo. It was in a great location with secure parking. Great property! Very clean both inside and outside. Super friendly grounds keeper. Friendly atmosphere! We truly enjoyed our stay, very close and convenient to bars and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and the pool was a great temperature and kept so clean. Check in and check out smooth and easy!! Since our property was ready for us. We were allowed to check in a little early. The property management company was so great in communication as well! We had a terrific time and will be back!!!!!

Great winter break escape!
Great condo right on the beach. The deck is the perfect place to watch the action at the pool and beach while you have coffee or dinner. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple breakfast and dinners we made at home. The location was perfect for our family. It's s super short walk to Gravity Park, Laguna Bob, and the Meatball Cafe.

Fumes
We have stayed in this condo before and love the accommodations. The problem was the renovation going on in the unit below us-the paint fumes were absent horrible for three days-even Thanksgiving Day. Couldn’t even smell the turkey cooking.

Great property and location
In town for a wedding. The condo was great…very comfortable spacious and clean. A great ocean view and easy beach access. Check-in/out was an absolute breeze. Very secure and close to several good rest and attractions. Highly recommend.

Was a bit concerned at first because on the ride down was called and told the elevator was being worked on. We were not able to get to our second floor condo by elevator, but we were able to handle one flight. Condo was lovely and bedrooms quite nice. Was a great size for the five of us for girls getaway.

Really enjoyed the location and the property! Love the ocean views from inside cuz the big windows and the balcony seats! Although some kitchen items are dated, everything you needed was available! Loved the light decor and open feeling. Great place for a getaway

Everything was unplugged (tv’s, cable boxes lamps) but once we got everything connected it was good. Plenty of room ok the beach out front and the pool gets plenty of shade in the afternoon. The condo right under us was getting remodeled so there was a jack hammer going off throughout one of the days so that was a little annoying but they at least didn’t start too early and didn’t stay working too late

We stay at the Edgewater every summer and really enjoy the location and amenities, however on our last night there, our AC went out. When we called Padre Island rentals to get it fixed, they sent the repairman to the wrong unit where he instead fixed a TV and went home. When we called Padre Island Rentals for the third time that night trying to figure out what was going on, they said the repair man was home for the night and could not come to fix our issue. Because it was extremely humid and warm in the condo, we would not be able to sleep there with it in that condition, so per landlord-tenant law, we called our own company to come fix the AC, and we would bill it to Padre Island rentals at the end. It has been over two weeks since our stay and we haven’t heard from them about reimbursement. I understand things break down, but on an island, AC is important, especially when windows don’t open. If other companies can come fix it at any time of day, so can a maintenance person for a company that has a 24 hour front desk.

My husband and I met my sister and brother in law. We're from Chicago and they're from Seattle. We cooked more than we ate out. Close to everything. We took our morning walks on the beach. We all loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Clean and well maintained. Would love to stay in this unit again.

Location was great!! Can walk to the beach in 1 minutes! Condo was well equipped and very large. Beds were comfortable. Minor things in condo to be fixed.
