The staff at reception was extremely helpful and nice to us. We’ve been welcomed by a drink, offered an extra hour after check out. Really impressed. The beach is near.
It’s on the one of the main Chania streets, it has its charm but can be loud if you open the window

Everything! Great location, only 10 mins walk to the old town. The pool was lovely to relax at the end of the day. And the staff were fantastic!
My only feedback would be to improve the variety of the breakfast

The hotel itself looks nice, room was quite comfy, the whole hotel is very clean, including the pool. The thing is you don't really need a pool in Chania - we've walked to the beach instead.
The first problem is that the hotel is located near a busy road without a regulated crossroad - each time you have to either wait for quite a while or gamble running across the road.
The breakfast was average and very repetitive - basically just 2 sets, exchanging each other day. Avoid the cookies - we've noticed that it was cooked from bad products, had cooked worms (no kidding) inside.
You can take free water at breakfast, but if you take the same exact water from the fridge in the room you're charged 1 euro for each bottle.

Recently refurbished hotel clean and welcoming. Great hospitality with very professional yet friendly staff. Close to the city center and old town is a great value for money city hotel !!! Thank you for such a pleasant stay and a special thanks to Mrs Katerina at the reception for being so kind to us.

Very helpful & friendly staff! Very clean & good value for money!
The fact that they only offered filter coffee for breakfast. Any other coffee was upon charge.
Military personnel in their uniforms having breakfast uncomfortable to watch. They should not be allowed in their uniform in the Hotel.

The staff were great, so nice and helpful. The hotel itself was in great condition and looked better than the photos suggested. The team kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was great and the location was perfect - right in the middle of Chania's best beach Nea Chora (7 mins), and the old town (10 mins).
The pool was a little smaller than I thought and was in shade for most of the day which was a shame, so didn't get much tanning done, still a nice garden area though. Also the main road the hotel was on was quite busy sometimes so could be difficult to cross, but was mostly fine.

The hotel is great overall. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had a number of choices and there was something new almost every day. The location is great if you want to explore the west side of Crete with a car rental for example. The hotel is situated on a main street which provides excellent connections for travel but is also close to the the beach in Chania and the old town.
The room was a bit small, but it wasn't a problem as we were spending most of our time outside.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, good service
In the description it was told we would have a bath, however there was no bathtub, check-out took a very long time and the water in the mini-bar isn’t free, airco takes a bit longer before it cools

Great customer service! Extremely accommodating in allowing for a late checkout and also upgrading us to a superior room! Good breakfast. Room was excellent - modern and renovated!
The location was okay. It was on the main road which was convenient and was a 10-15 minute walk from the old town (a little bit hard to cross the main roads especially at night)
