It was peaceful, will definitely visit that part of Mozambique again

The location at the lagoon is great and I enjoyed my morning walks along the beach in the mornings. The beach is not swimmable as it is not very clean. We hired a boat to the mouth of the lagoon and it was great. We had a wonderful time swimming in the beach there and the water was clean and warm.

We stayed at the apartments and breakfast was not included. We went for breakfast and to pay 1k meticais per person it was too steep. Supposed to be a buffet but you get 1x250ml ceres juice flavor for the day(it was mango for that day). My sister wanted an omelet and some fried eggs, was told she can only have one, so the hot staff like bacon, eggs and sausage was limited to one portion as well.There was pastry as well just not my thing. Pleas check expiration dates on items like yoghurt

Cherry on top 🤌🏾

The views👌🏽, clean beach with security patrolling along the shore was such a breath of fresh air, felt very safe to leave stuff lying around and take a dip into the sea. Not to forget walking back from the sand bar late at night without fear of being mugged was top tier. Having aircon was also such a breath of fresh air, it definitely worked in all kinds of weather. We felt at home❤️. The pool area? It’s giving paradise 👌🏽👌🏽

Pleasant but needs maintenance

The swimming pools were clean and the staff was friendly.

The unit I got needs proper maintenance. The bathroom door was a hustle to open. There were screws visible on the main bedroom door and the bathroom. The rails at the balcony are rusted. The ceiling has some dirty marks. The bedding had stains and the pillows were visibly dirty.

Nos estavamos no apartamento portanto não tivemos o pequeneo almoco. Entretanto adoramos a casa, os passeios com o barco embora acho os valores um pouco enxagerados, mas e sempre bom ter aqueles meios de transporte para nos fazer conhecer outros lugares saindo de San Martinho, as piscinas, o ginásio tambem foi top. Muito obrigada.

Peco que podem melhorar um pouco mais na limpeza pois ficamos muito decepcionados com a limpeza, a casa não estava muito limpa roupa de cama cheio de nodoas, nas outras casas de banho não tinha sabão de banho ou de mãos. Domingo não se fez limpezas nem pelomenos trocar a roupa de cama ou mesmo toalhas de banho. Gostava de sugerir para casos do genero, talvez passarem a deixar material de limpeza na casa e o proprio mope para limpar o chao. Pois so tivemos acesso a vassora. A internet também não tem qualidade. Muito Obrigada

The location and convenience of the property. Housekeeping also make it such a delightful experience

The current booking process is a nightmare and should be revisited. In this day and age we shouldn’t be required to provide cvv numbers via chats to facilitate payment

This was the epitome of an island/beach holiday… the sand, the sea and the coconut trees… I wish I could have stayed

It was absolutely beautiful, the best part was being able to walk directly onto the beach!

The only thing was some of the furniture and the look of the place could be better, definitely needs a little bit of a revamp in terms of paint colour etc. nothing major though!

Foi uma estadia razoável e esperava muito mais, mas como estamos em Moçambique paciência!😡

A localização em relação à Praia. Acesso direto e uma vista excepcional.

Os acessos rodoviários muito maus, para o tipo de alojamento. Uma pena serem tão maus e em dia chuvoso foi péssimo. Igualmente os trabalhos de limpeza que deixaram o apartamento com cheiro horrível.

Definitely not worth the R150000 that I spent and we go constantly on holiday, this was the worst value for money that w

We were there as a group which made the holiday bearable. Had we been there alone as one family it was definitely not accommodating enough. The clubhouse was big enough to accommodate us which is the only positive at this point.

I hated many things. Sheets were old, bed was broken, appliances were old and leaking, towels were stinking,no mats at entrances so place was permanently dirty, activities were not included in the price, whatever we were still going to pay for was not even working like the slide and the big blue blow up, the entrance to resort was too sandy that our car got stuck in the sand, the restaurant didn’t have stock for desserts.

Left feeling ripped off

The unit itself was fantastic , but that's where it ended

The unit was in the middle of a building site . We arrived just after 2pm expecting to have a lazy afternoon in the sun on the beach but we were surrounded by builders , building rubble ,vehicles running around removing rubble . The expected quiet afternoon was replaced by builders grinders and knocking and hammering . The pathway to the unit was strewn with building rubble which one had to cross to get to the unit . Went back to reception to tell them we were leaving and express our dissatisfaction but informed that no refund is possible and most owners don't rent out their properties . Surely if you are renting out a luxury unit on the beachfront ,you should let tenants know that its in the middle of a building site . We were told not to worry because the builders leave at 4 and will not be working the next day . The resort eventually offered us a free dinner but what a disappointing ,and expensive experience

The resort itself is stunning some units need upgrades and staff need an attitude change

UNIT 38NO WIFI!!! I was hosting a trip. We arrived late check in was fine. Our keys were left with security but to our Suprise the wifi wasn't working. The following morning we checked and wifi still wasn't working, we couldn't communicate with our loved one's for 2 days and I couldn't work. midday i had to walk all the way to reception only to be told that the wifi in our unit doesn't work and there's nothing they can do about except to call a technician which didn't arrive. that same afternoon i had to walk again to reception in the scorching sun the manager just passed us in his company vehicle eventually we arrived and spoke to Etienne(manager) who also expected us to just accept that our unit doesn't have wifi. After a big argument he said he'll make a plan for us...eventually after 2 hours he gave us a router which lasted that evening and by noon it was finished, as you can imagine its 6 people on holiday. When we asked him to load it again he said we are using too much of the data which is actually nonsense! we paid to stay at a resort which has full WIFI 24/7 but for him him to treat is as a favour to me and my clients its actually wrong and unethical. He was supposed to move us to a unit which has wifi or fill that router up to last us the entire week of our stay. They cannot act as if they are doing us a Favour because an offering which should be complimentary was not there. This was absolutely disappointing and embarrassing! THIS WAS UNIT 38

UNIT HAD NO WIFI OVEN WAS NOT WORKING TOILET DOWNSTAIRS NO WINDOW AND AIRCON HAS A FOUL SMELL BEDDING WAS NOT CLEAN - white sheets were clean but the other stuff had a mouldy smell

otherwise our stay was very pleasant

we liked the location and the facility

the bar man cheated us on the cocktails, they were served in disposal plastic cups .He insisted on using the wrong exchange rate , we added up paying for the first round of drinks and we decided to stop drinking at the bar. he was very rude when we tried to correct him with regards to the exchange rate . they didn't have speed points so we couldn't use the machine .
