Great location, clean, spacious rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating, 2+swimming pools are super helpful when traveling with children.
Little noisy because of superior location (!) - nearby restaurants play loud music until midnight. Not a problem but inconvenience.

The pools, bars and restaurants are fantastic.
We attended one of the summer event evenings (BBQ) which was beautiful.
We were celebrating our birthdays and were lucky enough to be upgraded and gifted bubbly- an incredibly lovely surprise!

The hotel is gorgeous, the gardens are phenomenal, they even have a shadowed orchid garden and an aviary, the attention to detail is impressive, and so are the swimming pools. A stunning hotel. The room was lovely, massive and comfy and we booked the most basic room. The aircon was impeccable in its efficiency. The food was delicious, such high quality 10/10. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and this was one of the best, can't actually believe how lovely it all was, given the price!
