Great value for money

Very good value for money paid. We stayed 1 night. It's close to Phuket old city center with markets, next to Phuket bus terminal 1 and Rasada Pier. Free complementary things at the lobby.

A 2 star not 4 star hotel.

Good location

this is advertised as a four star hotel. I would say it is a two star or three at a push. No hand soap in the room (or all of the hotel), room not clean, no ventilation in the bathroom.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, perfekte Lage, super Service

Die Badewanne auf dem Balkon ist das absolute Highlight. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig.

Cool atmosphere, but disappointing swimming pool and co-working space

The meeting rooms are very comfortable to work in if they're available. Opposed to the open co-working space downstairs, they are air-conditioned and more quiet. The staff are very friendly. Location is right in Phuket centre, but still very relaxed.

The pool area is very small, not that well kept, and while we were there, the dry river next to the hotel created such a bad smell that we didn't like sitting outside. On the first day already, our toilet didn't flush, but after we mentioned it to the staff, it was smoothly fixed. Rooms and facilities in general aren't that clean. We received a free update to a room with a bathtub, but the tub itself didn't look clean when we arrived. We constantly felt like the floor of our room needed some vacuuming, even though the room was cleaned every day.

Unbeatable price for the location and quality

The hotel it's beautiful undeniable, staff it's great, a lot of free amenities (bottled water in the room, 24hr refreshments and fruit, smart tv, etc), everything it's close by (including old phuket, pharmacy, 7 eleven etc), and spacious room and bathroom.

The outside area has a weird smell not very pleasant, including at your balcony (maybe from the sewer or the small channel/river close by). Breakfast is okay with a few options. The bathtub outside the balcony is fun but no privacy at all, especially because you can see the street and everyone can look at you.

ไม่ชอบอ่างล้างหน้าอยุ่นอกห้องน้ำ ทำให้เวลาใช้เฉอะแฉะ อย่างอื่นดีหมด อาหารเช้าตัวเลือกน้อยไปหน่อย

Ein schönes Hotel mit eigenwilligen Aspekte geeignet für kurze Aufenthalt in der City. Personal stets freundlich hilfsbereit und machte was Sie konnten

Für ein neues Hotel sind schon viele reparaturbedürftige div. Halterungen Schwimmpool gefährlich auf Verletzungen. Sehr ringhörig laut extrem viel Türen knallend. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zum wünschen Einfältiges Frühstück keine unterschied von Tag zu Tag Ist nicht diese Klasse wert für dass es sich ausgibt

Ok, but wouldn’t come back again.

- huge bed - good location - free water, bananas, cookies

- very poor breakfasts, basic, most of the stations empty every day, food was cold - don’t book if you’re a coffee lover, there’s only instant coffee provided - rooms not soundproof at all (big gap under the door, thin walls), it can get noisy and hard to sleep without earplugs - the room was very damp, walls were actually wet when we checked in, all our stuff got wet - there is a ditch right behind the hotel that smelled bad

Value for money. Good location. Good for short stays

Nice facilities, rather modern and spacious rooms. Cozy pool area, free water, juice, bananas and coffee. Fun addition having a bath tub.

Close to a canalization so yes, there is a certain smell when on the balcony.

Perfect stay for our 1 night

Nice room, comfortable beds, nice atmosphere, good location in Phuket town. Staff checked the room immediately when we did check out and reminded us of a charger forgotten in the room, very kind.

Good for what it cost

Clean facility, comfy beds, staff were nice. Air con was great.

Some staff really struggled to understand English, sink leaked water, no hand soap, bathroom got very hot as no extractor fan. Had to pay extra for water over two bottles a day or if you didn't want room service. Dryer was terrible.

Für 1-2 Tage völlig ausreichend aber etwas teuer

Das Hotel ist modern und schön hergerichtet. Das Personal ist zwar sehr nett, spricht aber wirklich schlechtes Englisch. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer echt groß. Das Allem war das Hotel etwas zu teuer.

Die Klospülung hat nicht wirklich funktioniert und die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war wirklich klein. Die Poolliegen sind sehr dreckig.

Very clean an relaxed, great value for money

Unique and relaxed small boutique hotel very central to the main Phuket Old Town area. All facilties were clean and in good condition. The time of season we visited (late October) the atmosphere was very relaxed without the hum and busy atmosphere of much larger establishments. Very close to a main bus terminal if you are planning to use local buses to get around in. Beakfast for 200 Bht was simple and basic, but included cereal, bacon & eggs, toast, juices and other Asian options of course.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed ..

Everything about this hotel is amazing... 1 direct bus to and from the airport (red / orange coloured and cost only 100 Thai bhat per person, domestic terminal exit/entrance) Very spacious room, good breakfast option, bathtub in balcony was odd but unable to use due to rain, 24 hours reception, travel agents nearby for deals. Try to be there on Sunday for evening market best. Best Hotel I have ever stayed ..

What a great stay and staff!!

Amazing stay, amazing location, amazing facilities, and amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay at Blu Monkey. Everything is very clean and on point, the staff were amazingly friendly. Especially, you got to walk 3 minutes to reach the main Old Town street. We enjoyed this hotel so much! Thank you

- location: in town, parking lots - banana and drinks available - tripple room!?! love this. my fam has 3 people. we hate the extra bed, coz they are always too hard. love every hotel with triple room

- black color design- hard to find dropped stuff - staff wasnt so helpful - restaurant nearby has karaoke in the night, and its perceivable from the room

Pleasant

This hotel is close to old town Phuket and the design is quite nice

Excellent value for money

Very clean, staff lovely, beds comfy. Air con amazing! Spacious rooms, free internet! Close enough to walk to main part of old town (10 min walk) taxis and tuktuks everywhere. Right next to bus station too!

Small selection of breakfast but more than I would have at home anyway (none) Pool was okay but could be a little cleaner, was warm though so nice to dip.

Mediocre hotel ONLY good for noisy couples.

the location is pretty good, and they have a bar.

First the ‘big room’ is simply the result of them painting half of the walls black, which will give you a feeling of big, but it is not that big. Also there is NO VENTILATION in toilet, which means you need to open the small window in the showering unit for a long time, and the bad smell keeps occurring. But it is Phuket and the price is there, so.. PS. It is very loud and you can hear sounds from other people, really noisy.

good for digital nomads

The place is nice. There is a spacious first floor with a lot of tables, snacks, water, coffee that you can use. thee room itself was quite big.

it is a bit far from the old town, 5-10 min walk. if you have a scooter it shouldn’t be a problem. also don’t buy ferry tickets from this stuff downstairs at the hotel, because they sell it for way too expensive, we bought it for 700 (at the hotel, one way), but in the old town you can buy it for 450-500 batt.
