The property manager was very unhelpful.

The pool was unacceptable. The management company did not inform me before check-in of the condition or that it would be cleaned the following day. The company told me it would be cleaned Saturday. When I checked in with them Saturday, they assured me that the pool had been cleaned and the pool company left the property. That was a lie. The retracted that statement and said someone would be out Sunday. Pool wasn't usable until Monday. I was told I would get a call from a property manager on 9/4. Nobody called. I called 5x during the week and didn't get a call back until 9/10. When I called them out for lying to me about the pool, they denied lying even though I have all of the text messages to prove that they did lie.Beautiful property. TERRIBLE managment.

Our stay was a wonderful reunion in a lovely, large home. The property is very convenient to the beach and the pool is a refreshing change from the ocean. The home is well appointed, clean, larger than expected. There were 10 of us and we were not on top of each other. All of the bathrooms were a bonus for our large group! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions. The beach gets crowded so arrive early!! Traffic on the road in front leading to the park nearby doesn’t follow speed limits so care is needed when walking to the beach access. Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping if that’s your thing. All in all, a great reunion in a fine home.

Home was overall good and the pool was a great spot to land after the beach. It would have been nice to have more extras like additional toilet paper, cleaning supplies, detergent etc. for how much it costs. The extra cleaning they ask of you seems like a lot given the cost too.

Can't say I was happy about this house. We checked into the house with a musky smell and extremely hot. The thermostat was set on 78 with a note that say don't have the temperature lower than 72. If you place lower you will be charged extra. Come on.. we were also greeted with a shower that was out of order. We just finished 36 holes of golf and had 8 guys using the one shower. There was no dry wall up. I emailed the vacation homes and was told it was going to be fixed the next day. We got back from 36 holes of golf and it was a quick fix . I took pictures. The 2x4 were visible. There were still big gaps around the shower. We were offered nothing in enter of the shower not work and basically being remodeled during our stay. We had all fans going windows open trying to get cool. It was not very clean either. With that being said I seriously doubt we rent this house again. Which means we would not rent the second house either. I feel vacation homes was inconsiderate in following up or never apologized.

The property was clean, however; there was a hole in the floor in the sitting area and the kitchen and dining room had an abundance of bugs(roaches) The stairway from the garage into the house is in severe need of painting. In spite of we still had a great time and with these adjustments I would most definitely rent this property again!

HH family trip
House is close to beach and activities. Quiet area at night. Overall the home was good for our family of 13. Only real negative was the size of the pool. It’s pretty small for a larger group.

Afternoon...Thank you so much for all of the information given to have a great stay...The house was beautiful clean .. beds were comfortable n clean ....towels were also very clean .....My family and I enjoyed it very much However there were a few things I was unhappy with ..the pool was not clean at all I understand the leaves will blow into it because its outside... however there were plastic bag in pool stuck in the side hole ... the bottom was extremely dirty the lights and jets did not work ..leaves should have been blowed . also the fire ants ravaged us as we attempted to enjoy the patio ... dropping from the oak tree and coming out crack of screen door ... you guys should have someone spray ...because there was frogs in the pool as well...... so we didn't enjoy pool at allAlso there was a snack in the garage ... n 2 rats where the pool was and this was the main reason why I picked the house for the enjoyment of the pool.. i feel I should be refunded a portion of my money bc of this ..... thank you ......

A group of 14 stayed her over Labor Day weekend. It fit our group perfectly. House was clean and ready. We had a great stay!

Great location! Easy access to the beach!
We had a great stay. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes on the path. The pool is small but we enjoyed taking dips in it after the beach or just to cool down at night. The layout of the house worked great. We had 2 families with kids aging from 7 to 15. Each child had their own space. The two master bedrooms were another plus!

Everything was great except one of the beds collapsed on the second night. We noticed it looked a little lower towards the headboard the first night. The second night it fell in. We found two of the frame supports split or broken into. We called but no one could come until next day. This caused us a lot of inconvenience that night. They did come and fix it the next day. I realize the owner or management has no control over something like this however I believe when a guest is inconvenienced in a big way some jester of compensation should be automatically made. Also I think this could have been avoided if housekeeping checked beds closer. Unfortunately the management or the owner offered anything for our inconvenience.

We had a wonderful time with our extended family. The house was the perfect size. They was plenty of space for the children to play and for the adults to socialize. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. We were just a short walk from the park and ocean. The weather wasn’t great but we had a wonderful time being together.
