Bár a ház szép és tényleg nagyon tiszta, csalódtunk a szolgáltatásban.

Nagyon tiszta szállás, rendezett, felújított, jó felszereltség.

Sajnos több kellemetlen meglepetés is ért: -felár ellenében családi szobát foglaltam, amiben volt ülőgarnitúra is (nem véletlenül volt ez az igény...). Nem ilyen szobát kaptunk, hanem egy sima franciaágyasat. Mivel csak ezt a szobát fűtötték be az egész házban, nem reklamáltunk, mert nem tudtunk átmenni másik, fűtött szobába. Egyedüli vendégek voltunk. -a foglalással együtt kértünk reggelit, amit visszaigazoltak (fotó van a lehetőségről a szállás fotói között). Este, amikor megérkeztünk, közölték, hogy a reggeli az lenne, hogy a sarki kisboltban megveszi nekünk a szállásadó a felvágottat, és hozza a blokkot. Nem erre számítottunk a fotók és a visszaigazolás alapján, és kár, hogy nem előre szóltak erről. -egyedüli vendégek voltunk (persze, volt előnye is), de "ennek fejében" a közös helyiségeket (konyha, a hirdetett billiárd szoba, folyosó) egyáltalán nem fűtötték be. A konyhát muszáj volt használni, ott feltekertük a fűtést, és a hideg székeken dzsekiben ettünk. Még bosszantóbb volt, hogy reggelre ugyanaz a hideg várt, mert mindig levette a tulaj a fűtést. Így egyszer nem étkeztünk úgy, hogy ne fáztunk volna. Értem, hogy egy szobafoglalás miatt nem kifizetődő a közös helyiségek fűtése, de ez akkor is alapvető szolgáltatás. -Sajnos a fűtéssel való éjszakai spórolás miatt az első éjszaka 4 órát aludtunk, annyira fáztunk. Este 9 és hajnal 5 között hideg volt a radiátor, ami egy egyébként is kihűlt falú, kihűlt bútorzatú és még csak körbe sem fűtött házban egyenlő volt a megfázással.

Love it, suggest others to go, also even back will want to stay again

Perfect room. Perfect onwer, so clear, even the pillow cover and blanket you still can feel the fresh washing smell. Good location easy to access to most famous tourist spot even by walking.

Couldnt find Blowdry and Iron.

Great place to stay in Eger

We have enjoyed the stay a lot. Place is located really close to the center of Eger and run by very nice family. The atmosphere is great:) Rooms are clean and cosy.

As a group of 8 persons, we had the entire location for us (living room, kitchen, sauna, billiard, 4 double bedrooms). We had all the comfort and everything we needed in terms of facilities. It is also very close (walking distance) to various city attractions.

Check-out hour could be less rigid. During vacation is a bit unpleasant to wake up early so you to be packed and ready to go at 10:30. For those who intend to rent the 2 bedrooms apartment: it might be relevant to know that it is located in a different building (across the street). I don't know if some facilities (such as sauna, billiard) are accessible in that kind of setup.

Beautiful panzió with a sauna

This really was excellent. The kitchen has everything you may need, even some coffee to use freely. The room had everything it said it would. And there is a sauna, available at any time! The garden is lovely. The location is close to the center and not too far from Szépasszonyvölgy and its wineries.

The owner speaks only a few words of English and German, but she's the kind of person who will manage to comunicate with anyone, so no problems here, and she's really lovely anyway.

Perfect place to stay in Eger

We have just spent two nights here. The perfect location. Only 10 minutes walk from Eger railway station and very close to the town center. Room was clean, had air conditioning (bonus), a fridge and a good shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Peter speaks great English so he can help you organize your time in Eger.

fully equiped, nice and good value for money apartment

good location both for visiting the city center and the Valley of Beautiful Woman. Very big house, but as we were out of season we had it all to ourselves. Fully equipped big kitchen

The house could use a slight renovation but I think this is planned to happen. Extremely narrow entrance for the car to reach the parking on the premises. Beware!

Lovely stay

The rooms were really clean and came with their own bathroom, which was very nice. The wifi worked great and all the facilities were just on point. The guesthouse is only a 5-10 minute walk to the citycentre. The host were very welcoming and extremely hospital.

The guesthouse owner doesn't speak English very well so Google translate is a big help, but she is very helpful and understanding and makes a great host.
