Overall nice, but don't expect to sleep much/well.

They included breakfast, alcohol, snacks, drinks, etc. The place was clean and well stocked. Overall it looked small and quaint. Room is shared with the rest of the house. Easy to access. Nice neighborhood. Easy pool access/view.

The bed was super uncomfortable; neither my spouse nor I could sleep to the point we just up and left after tossing for 4 hours. The shower drained very slowly. The couch was hard. The room is shared with the rest of the house and there's a white noise machine between the two that you will hear the entire time.

Exceptional

We had a great time, this place was amazing, it was perfect for us! The private pool with the terrace is so fantastic, the flamingos, the gifts in the room, the welcome message is so so kind, 1 bottle of wine, cake and sweets on the table, mineral water and other cold food in the fridge...everything was so perfect for us. We could not have chosen a better one. We booked the best accommodation in Tampa!

It was a wonderful location and the pool was wonderful! We were traveling for a friends birthday and she was very happy with the location! If we are ever in Tampa and this location is available we will be sure to use it again!

Very highly recommend this property and it has a GORGEOUS pool area too!

Everything was better than described. Our party was warmly welcomed with a sign, LOTS of treats and an absolutely LOVELY space! The house was so well stocked with water bottles, snacks, breakfast, and toiletries. We would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Don't pass this place by.

Lovely little place with extra touches. Not only do they have everything a hotel would (towels, shampoo/ body wash/ hair dryer), you'll find some extras- closet is stocked with beach supplies- coolers, beach chairs, etc. Private pool. Location is a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping/ restaurants. Host was very responsive. My only issue (slow draining tub) was handled immediately. Check-in was very easy, instructions were spelled out nicely.

Great option for a one-night stay

Large room with pretty much everything a guest expects, clean and comfortable with place for typical needs. The breakfast is preloaded in the fridge and includes basic options to start the day. We did not use the pool, but it is literally at your doorstep - I am sure other guests would appreciate. Nice little touches make the stay more enjoyable (e.g., welcome message, liquor options).

Getting to the room is a bit tricky, especially at night and with larger bags: uneven pavement, multiple doors, narrow passage beside the pool. The self check-in instructions are very detailed and accurate… still, be prepared for a little adventure :-).

Lovely place with so many extras.

Cleanliness. The hosts provided so many extras in the room such as fruits, wine, juice, and much more. I loved that we had independent access. The pool was a wonderful bonus.

Just a personal preference issue… I found both the bed and sofa bed uncomfortable. Others may like it, but I prefer a soft mattress.

Location great, not real breakfast, frozen sandwiches, donut holes, orange juice, not really healthy.

Bed mattress needs to be replaced, tired and worn out, springs suffering metel fatigue That is the only thing we did not like, Difficult to talk by pool due to airplane noise

Okay for the money

Convenient for where we needed to be. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Left us a nice bottle of wine.

We never actually saw our hosts, which was fine but unusual. The bed was uncomfortable and since it was against the wall it was hard for two people to use. Could use more places to charge phones, etc.

Short trip to Tampa

The location was great, and the host thought of everything you would need for your stay! I felt very safe and would absolutely recommend this host (Shannon). I had a wonderful visit 😊

The bed creaked a bit, and the pavers were a little loose to walk on.

Highly recommended,Just Splendid ! The owner is very thoughtful and generous, welcome basket with fresh fruits, It was full stock of food in the full size refrigerator. Amenities are awesome, coffee, hot chocolate,snacks and water. I would strongly recommend staying at this establishment. This is the best B&B , it had everything we need.

Cute n Quite n Quirky w And overload of Goodies!

Easy to enter, Stocked well, Organized, Pool.

Small! Orders, not BnB it's Snacks n Frozen foods. Old bed! Pre open foods left behind no sugar or un open creamer for coffee no tea. strong smell from sheets n pillows. Please replace the bed! not safe for children under 5 pool is not covered two feet from door entrance. very small area over 3 people unless you don't mind close!

Lovely, clean facility with a lot of charm.

The breakfast had a great variety of choices in the full-size refridgerator. I also brought items with me and there was ample room to store it. The host did not miss anything in this room.

We wish we could have stayed longer and visited the beach but it was a great stay. The host did not miss any details in providing for our comfort and convenience.

Lovely comfortable room with the best hosts ever.

Shannon certainly had the room fully decked with snacks,fruits,yoghurts,plenty of fluids it was endless.

Stress-free, relaxing place to stay after coming back from an activity.

The amount of commodities available to us; food, drink, beach supplies, etc. More items were offered for use than any hotel and at no additional charge.

More trashbags needed to be readily available, however I could have easily just asked for more.

Great price, good location and warm hospitality.

I liked having access to the pool and the hospitality with extras was warm and welcoming.

I did not like the gap at the bottom of the door that joins the room to the main house. There was a baby that was visiting. It began crying in the next room, so it was loud. Also, parking was tight with 4 cars in driveway.

Highly recommended!

The owners welcome you with a mssg they put in a letters board. When I saw 'Welcome to our home Monica', I thought, What a nice detail! They also leave gifts in a basket for the guest. So thoughtful! I felt very welcome and comfortable. I also loved having a pool just for me and the place is very beautifully decorated. The bed is big and comfy and the bathroom is very clean. You can really see they do things with care and love.

The only thing is that I felt the room a little too cold. I could feel an air conditioning running in the house but it was out of my reach to regulate it. I can't complain about the A/C because those days were super hot, but at times I was feeling too cold in the room, so, what I did was to close the air vents a little bit.
