New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, and living room furniture. Located on the 3rd floor the views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony are at beach level giving you the illusion that the waves are headed towards you. Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach which is a quiet dead end street with no retail and very little traffic. The result is a very quiet environment. Although the beach can get crowded due to the fact there are fewer condos per mile results in less of a crowd. Located within walking distance (1 mile) of Barefoot Landing which is home to over 40 shops and restaurants. You are also less than a mile from numerous restaurants not to mention miniature golf courses. The other thing to remember, the greater Myrtle Beach area is not that large and you are less than 7 minutes from many many stores, restaurants, and activities. The condo fit our needs well and right on the ocean decorated very beachy and comfortable. No complaints on the actual condo, but indoor pool and hot tub are very small. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it 😊

This condo made for a great vacation experience. The condo was so nicely decorated that it was so comfortable. It was home away from home. It had the necessities to - coffee pot, Kcup or regular pot, tv, and wi-fii.

Randy and Debby is always available to assist when needed. They even helped us with late checkout. Property was very well maintained, clean and lovely. Debbie works hard to have activities planned which was enjoyed by everyone who participated. I’ve talked some of my friends to stay there.
Looking forward to spending my beach time at Waterpoint 1.

After a few bad experiences with lodging, this was our first stay in North Myrtle Beach in several years. Being a little skeptical of returning to the Myrtle Beach area, we booked unit 304 at Waterpointe I for four nights and we were not disappointed. The condo is furnished well, clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need.
The building is older but was very well-maintained. I never saw one grain of sand in the lobby as it was always kept spotless. As for location, it was great. WP I is in a predominant residential area so there was never much vehicle traffic. My wife and I rode our bikes nearly every night without any problems. There's a bike rack on location as well.
We highly recommend the condo.

We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived! Everyone in the building is always so friendly and nice! Everything is so convenient and close by. The view of the ocean and short walk to the beach everyday is wonderful. Can’t wait to come back next year!! We always look forward to our stay here every year!

Great place
Great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos. Easy access to the beach and pools. A bit of a wait at check-in for elevators and carts, but nothing excessive. Checking out was very easy. We didn't realize we would need to park across the street until after we booked, but it was a minor inconvenience. All in all, we would happily stay again without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just perfect. A great view, very very clean, close to restaurants (we thoroughly enjoyed Joes Bar and Grill) . The beach was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Our new favorite vacation spot at Myrtle Beach. The booking and check-in were seamless. Parking was easy! The condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony are great! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the Keurig. Thoroughly enjoyed the comfy couch and the recliner was my husbands favorite spot. The master bed had a very firm foam mattress so not our favorite for comfort but that is personal choice. So many eateries nearby and there is a Starbucks less then a mile away! Oftentimes vacation rentals have limited cable access but we had a wide variety of channels PLUS Netflix/Hulu access and the internet was great! We loved it so much we have already booked a stay at one of the other condos managed by Happy Crab Vacations for spring Break. We will be back AGAIN and AGAIN!

The place was very clean as we had seen someone always cleaning and sanitizing. Our unit was also clean and nice remodeled. We enjoyed the family-friendly area with no issues or complaints. Definitely recommend this unit and facility.

Ketter 2021 Vacation
Our Family has vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the past 30 years. This year we booked our vacation at Waterpointe 1 (unit 304) and enjoyed everything about this condo. It was very clean and the view was amazing! We hope to stay there for our next vacation.

Stayed at Waterpointe 1 for a week, this was our 3rd trip there. We love it. Everything is very clean and organized. Love having the luggage carts and the shopping carts for ease of unloading our vehicle upon arrival and loading our vehicle upon departure, they are a huge help. Condos have been very nicely equipped for just about any need we would have. The building and grounds are cleaned daily. Debbie and Randy have been super nice and extremely helpful. Enjoyed our stay there, as always. Perfect vacation spot!
