About this condo rental
We would love for you to come and enjoy this beautiful, fully furnished condo right on the west end of the beach. This 846 square foot unit sits 15 stories just above the Gulf in Celadon Beach Resort. The view from the balcony goes as far as the eye can see. The master offers a king size bed, TV, and private master bath. Along with the master bedroom, the bunk hall, pullout couch, and guest bath, our condo can comfortably sleep six. The fully equipped kitchen allows for dining in. Don't feel like cooking? The restaurants are endless and just minutes away. If you need a break from the beach, there are two pools and two hot tubs to soak in. Celadon also offers a tennis court, barbecue grilling area, covered parking garage, fitness center, and a banquet room. And if you want to just stay in and chill, we offer free Netflix for our guests on our smart TV! We truly hope you can make this your home away from home for all those times you need a relaxing getaway. The white sandy beaches, beautiful blue- green waters and salty sea air will certainly help melt your stresses away! It was such a great location and really nice condo. I love the decor in the condo. It was so also really nice having beach chairs to lay on down at the beach. It was nice having 2 pools to pick from. It was a great place to spend our honeymoon! Definitely would book this place again!!

My husband and I stayed a week, and had a great time! The condo was very clean and the beach chair service was great! The owners were very responsive for any questions that we had. The condo was very clean and had all the room we needed. It was conveniently located right on the beach with beach chair service that was included. We couldn’t have asked for better communication from the owner. He answered every call and text and made us feel welcome. We will be staying at this condo next year for sure not only for the condo itself but also for the great and quick responses from the owners!!

We absolutely loved our condo. It was perfect for our family. The bed slept amazing and the view from the balcony was stunning. The pools and hot tubs left something to be desired but the beach was beautiful.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach. The condo is beautifully decorated. Large complex but the elevator’s are very speedy. Nice place to park your car and the walkway from parking garage to building is great.

Everything was great with this place. Beach is so close, parking was never an issue. 1507 was a very nice condo. Elevators were very quick for a place with 23 floors. They have 3 elevators. The beach service was a huge plus. Would definitely come back!

Overall our stay was everything we hoped for. The condo looks to be well maintained. The condo we stayed at suited our needs but would recommend if you have children 2 or under to plan to do some rearranging to make it a little more child proof. We were also a bit discouraged that the room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Tim was fast to reply to our concern and had the room cleaned in a timely manner. We also experienced someone on our floor smoking marijuana which made balcony time hit or miss. This does not seem to be a normal experience so for those looking to stay at this condo I'm pretty confident it was an outlier. Again overall experience was great and the facility, pools and ocean was worth the stay. Our family had a great vacation and would probably stay again if we ever decide to do another Panatbeach stay.
Pros - Has everything you need, including sand toys, boogey boards and games to do during your stay. Ocean view to die for. Not a busy beach and kids had lots of fun in both pools on site.
Cons - Kitchen was a tad small for larger families but we made it work. Families with children infant to 3 or 4 may need to rearrange things to make it more child proof.

This place was perfect for my families first trip to the ocean. It looked exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. We would definitely rent this again!!

We had a nice stay. I did let the owners know that it is a bit frustrating to realize at 10 pm in the evening that there were no additional rolls of toilet paper anywhere. You only get the one on the initial roll! It would have been nice to have in welcome info that you need to purchase toilet paper and garbage bags and paper towels

We stayed almost a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo is perfect for beach lovers. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of linens (no beach towels so bring your own), beds were comfortable.
The pool across the street is heated and very nice. We didn't have a car but everything we wanted to do was within a 5-15 minute Uber ride. We also had all our groceries delivered via our Walmart app which was very convenient - and they deliver right up to the door.
The balcony was a highlight for us, sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening watching the gorgeous sunsets. The beach was VERY clean and the condo has tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. Highly recommend.

The property was the best we’ve stayed in PCB. Nice quiet area with very few high rises nearby. Less than 10 minutes away from pier park. Could not ask for a better location than this. The condo was also the cleanest we’ve stayed in and the decor was beautiful. Tim was always quick to respond and made sure we were pleased with everything at the beginning of our stay. We will definitely rent this condo again.
I almost forgot. As many times as we hear bad reviews on elevators, this place has the fastest we’ve been in and never once had to wait long for one.
Can’t say anything bad about this place or area.

This condo was FANTASTIC to stay in for the week. I loved that the location was at the opposite end of all the traffic but still near fun things- (rentals, tourist shopping, Thomas donuts and ice cream)
The parking was plentiful in the garage. Tons of luggage carts available. Extremely easy to navigate directly to your elevators and into your condo.
The condo was super clean and decorated very beachy and cute. The balcony had a nice table that we enjoyed dinner and card games out on. The sunset view was gorgeous.
The kitchen was nicely filled with everything you need to cook a good meal.
Honestly we loved everything about our stay- my boyfriend and I both commented several times throughout the week how fantastic it was and how we would definitely rent again.
The owners are super responsive and nice. Thank you for our wonderful vacation spot!
