We've done everything we can do to try and make this a perfect place to dismount and kick your boots off. This ain't some dried up watering hole... everything in this place is new! From the beds you sleep in, to the dishes you eat off, we set this one up for you! Yep, you'll even get a toothpick with that! (**book it's neighboring condo "Glam R Us Place" to sleep an added 8 people**)!! **Recently installed Air purification system for your health and safety. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Master bedroom: King bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Twin over Full bunk bed (sleeps 3) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (sleeps 2), Living Room: Pull out Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2), (Queen Air bed upon request) LOCATION Great location to bypass all the Branson traffic and get anywhere in minutes. The property is 5 minutes to the Branson Strip, 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to Table Rock Lake, 15 minutes to historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing, also located on the South side of the Branson Strip so easy access to Dogwood Canyon, and Boat launches. Can't say enough about the location!! STOCKED ITEMS All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay. Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue. All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent. full size washer/dryer, 12 cup coffee maker (grounds and filter provided), Crockpot, Outdoor pool (seasonal) Have a special occasion during your stay? Ask us about our new flower delivery services! *NOTE: *This property is located on the upper level. One flight of stairs is required. *Minimum booking age is 21. *The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding. Overall, the property was adequately described & we would definitely stay again. Listing raved everything being new but the patio furniture was unusable & definitely not new & the kitchen table was peeling. Items provided were adequate but not an abundance by any means. Unfortunately the toilets appeared dirty & the bedroom windows needed curtains in order to not wake up at the crack of dawn to streaming sunlight. Space was large & presence of 3 bedrooms was great though!

Property as listed. Excellent Branson location. One always hopes for the best when booking a property for the first time. We were not disappointed. Roomy, clean, convenient location.

Arrived after dark and was surprised by the STEEP roads with little light. GPS had a hard time finding the address. Easy acces once we found the apartment complex. Unit was on second floor and only access was steps. Unit was basic apartment set up. Balcony looked at rock wall face and was carpeted and wet with chairs not usuable. So bring your own. Kitchen was not well stocked. Had very basic utensils and cookware. You will need pans to bake in, coffee filters, etc. No fan in front room if that is important to you bring your own. Overall unit was clean and comfortable. We stayed to enjoy SDC Christmas and the location was perfect for that.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the kids. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, and it was hard to get in touch with anyone so we used a blanket. The very late check in is frustrating due to basically losing out on a day of our vacation even though there is no discount for that day. The condo was very neat and clean otherwise.

I was looking for the perfect place to host a reunion for my college friends. Branson, Missouri was the destination. I knew we needed room for 4 adults and 3 bedrooms minimum. This place fit the bill. Plenty of room and nicely decorated. We had plenty of activities planned and this was a perfect spot to relax. Would love to come back again.

We had a great stay. Our only downside was that the parking lot was so full, people had to park on the grass and up a very steep hill. We were there during a busy time so it was probably more crowded than usual, but advertising in the email about ample parking is a bit of an oversell. In reality there is probably about 2 spots per unit, so if all the units are full and there are more than 2 cars per unit coming, be prepared to park far away from your unit and walk.

The front door was very hard to open each time we returned to the unit. The lite in the stairway was not working when we arrived and after they came to repair it, it plink all the time.

Check in would have been easy but since the light in the hallway wasn’t working (super dangerous going up and down steep stairs in the dark) it was difficult to put in the entry code. In the booking photo the bunkbed shows a ladder which was not there when we got there. difficult to get into top bunk without it. We found it later, brocken in a closet and called. someone came the next day and tied it to the bed with string! the balcony door does not lock and someone put a walking stick between to “lock” it. It also seems that there was not a lot of effort put into cleaning the place. the bathtub was full of hair and we found someone else socks. We also had to unload someone else dishwasher

Photos were accurate. There was plenty of space that felt clean and comfortable. The only distraction that wasn't that big of deal was the view out the living room patio was a stone wall. We didn't travel for the view but for special family time. This space gave us what we were looking for.

Enjoyed out stay at the condo. Plenty of room. Only thing I would add is box fan or oscillating fan for middle bedroom. The room got a little stuffy while trying to sleep.
