Like how close it was to the beach, we barely drove anywhere, loved the pool area, all dishes we needed were there, AC was amazing! Livingroom ceiling fan was amazing.
Floor was dirty, pull out couch had old moldy french fries stuck to the mattress, blankets were dirty, sheets were dirty, didn’t have tv the entire time, I had to use my own personal hotspot, and bought a dvd player with movies

The set up of the property was really nice.
The pool closes at 8pm and the tv in the living room didn’t work, neither did the wifi. When I reached out to Vacasa they kept saying the local team would reach out but they never did until the day before I left, and then the issue still wasn’t fixed.

Many issues backed up tub , wore out bed , broken fold out bed , front door lock inside broken! Paper towel rack needs replaced, shower head leaked !

Everything was comfortable about the property. It was updated, quiet, very nice!
I was very disappointed that the property was listed as having 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and even showed the picture in the listing. There was no such thing and I emailed and called and asked if we could get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and no one ever returned the call.

The property was okay. The decor was nice and the appliances looked new.
when we first went inside there was a funny basement or mold like smell. in the bathroom there were baby roaches crawling around in the tub and on the floor. there was bug spray on the kitchen counter so evidently they knew there was a big problem.
I pulled out the sofa bed and lifted the mattress and almost fainted. there was mold all over the bottom of the mattress and white stuff all over the bed frame. this was totally unacceptable. the bottom bunk bed has a pair of dirty socks underneath the mattress, and the bed in the bedroom had nasty dirty spots on the mattress pad. Disgusting!!!
I called Vacasa and the offered to refund the cleaning fee only. I wanted and deserved a full refund.

Location was excellent, facilities clean, nice pool, not too crowded.
My only complaint is that we didn't realize we were on the third floor until we got there, and we had a lot of trouble with the televisions.

How much room we all had for 8 people. Great looking condo.
The A/c didn’t work/get cold while we where staying there so it was hot in the house.

The place was not cleaned properly. There is mold everywhere it was filthy neither tv in bedrooms worked the toilet leaked upstairs paint peeling off the wall when it rains water runs down the walls

The location is PeRFECT! We traveled through rain, and we put our luggage in trash bags to help keep them dry. Arrived to condo and everything was soaked, thank god there was a washer and dryer in the condo! And the washer and dryer is phenomenal!
The condo itself was clean, but the toilet didn’t get fully wiped down. There was also empty beer bottles in the bushes on the front porch, and bathroom sink didn’t drain.

Location
Floors were nasty and no broom or mop to clean them. The fridge didn’t work the first day at all so bad get a cooler to keep our food cold. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work and the bed was uncomfortable. Someone came in the condo unannounced while we was gone. Seen a huge roach on our last night.

The location to the beach was very nice.
You can hear your neighbors very well, especially the ones above you. Be cautious if you want a good night's rest. The main bed was very comfortable, and the bunk beds were extremely hard.

The condo was spacious and the location was very close to beach. Just a walk across the street.
The condo could be a little more taken care of. The screen door was hanging on. The closet door didn't work. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. We called but no one got back with me.

The condo was nice and better than a high rise. Parking was great, parked right in-front of room. No waiting for elevators. Quiet part of town. Beach access a quick walk across the street. Grocery and Dollar General a quick drive away. The pool was small but that's perfect for us...I didn't have to chaise my 6 year old around from pool to pool like other high rises. The grounds and pool were clean too.
The washer dryer combo was small and not sure it actually washed clothes well. The beds could be a little better. I was told the couch slept real nice...couch, not pull out bed part. TV in master bedroom had internet problems and couldn't connect so we could watch TV, but we took our firestick and used it, so that solved the problem. Husband did complain that TV was basic free channels, but I don't have a problem with that cause I don't really watch TV. The pool needed shade BADLY but that has nothing to do with our personal condo...it is the property. It looked like the shade structure on the building was rotten and taken down. They need to repair that and give guests umbrellas to use around the pool. Its gets hot out there and some of us don't need to be in the sun long...sunburn...sizzle, sizzle.

Great location..steps away from beach across the road. Very cute condo.everything was clean. Pool was nice. Really liked the easy check in.
Light in kitchen was dim and slow to come on.

The condo was excellent for the price point! Parking was right at the stairs up to the unit. Beds are comfortable. Unit is decorated nicely. Overall it was a great stay!
The only thing we did not like was the moldy shower curtain it definitely needs replacing
