When everyone has worked up an appetite, head into the elegant full kitchen to make a family-favorite recipe from scratch. As the night comes to a close, break out one of the many provided board games and indulge in some friendly competition before resting and recharging for the next day's adventure. The home is about a half-mile from South Beach Marina, so you can walk or bike to enjoy the beauty of this natural paradise with convenience. If you're looking for various shopping and dining options, hop on the Sea Pines trolley for a scenic ride to Harbour Town Marina or go to South Beach for a plate of local cuisine. If golf is in the cards for you, the island has several world-class courses, so take your pick. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool heat is not offered after Memorial Day through Labor Day. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: There are active security cameras on the property: one pointed at the driveway and one at the main entrance. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We really enjoyed the location and incredible marsh views from this house. The sunrises were beautiful and the easy walk to the beach gave us the sunsets. The kitchen was well-equipped and open. There were no lamps in the living and dining areas, just ceiling lights so at night it was pretty dim. Suggest adding some for reading and puzzles. Beds were comfortable.

This home was perfect for an October getaway. The spa at night was perfect with a view of the stars and marsh. So many rooms and space. I would for sure return here.

Beautiful Home, on the Marsh peaceful, beautiful wildlife, walking distance to Salty Dog! well stocked kitchen, not enough space to put up dry goods had to leave on island/counters Would have given 5 stars but had HVAC Trouble and it took several calls to get resolved, black mold was noted on one of the air vents during time HVAC not working. Which was reported. Vacasa rep was helpful, awaiting to hear if we obtained any compensation she was going to ask her manager for that issue as several in our family got sick during stay.

Overall a decent property. Furniture had several stains. Pool was clean and well maintained. Short walk to Salty Dog and beach.

Good location - not much else nice to say. Had several issues while staying at the property. Vacasa staff was nearly impossible to work with. After going to HHI for over a decade this is the only (worst) bad trip we’ve experienced. Had it been our first, we’d never come back. Avoid this property. Much better options especially for the cost. Our trip was a joke.

The Wren Dr home was a perfect place for our 11-person family gathering! The location in Sea Pines is the best of both worlds- located at the end of a quiet culdesac overlooking the marsh, but a very quick, easy walk to the beach and Salty Dog area. Loved the privacy and easy accessibility! House is lovely and well appointed. Looks recently updated. Great configuration of beds/baths and beds are very comfortable! Two sets of washer/dryers, outdoor gas grill, etc… bring own beach towels (we didn’t see any), but there are plenty of bathing towels. Bring all of own food items- there are no basics such as olive oil, seasonings, foil/Saran, coffee, sugar, etc. We truly loved our stay and will absolutely book this home again. I will share two points of caution: 1) Checking in requires going to the property management office to collect Sea Pines parking passes first. If others in your party are arriving separately, you will either need to meet them outside of the Sea Pines gate or they will be charged a fee to enter. It is a slightly inconvenient process when traveling a distance to Hilton Head. 2) The gas supply to the house. BEWARE if you request to have pool/spa heated!! We discovered on the second day of our stay that the buried gas tank that supplies the house to heat pool/spa and Rinnai hot water heater was empty!! The gentleman who stopped by to skim the pool told us that. Thankfully there is an electric on-demand hot water heater so we had hot water in the house, but it does not work for the pool/spa and definitely does not sufficiently keep up with hot water demands for 11 people! Additionally, the Rinnai beeps loudly and continuously when hot water is called for inside the house, as it is trying to kick on but has no gas supply. We were refunded for the pool/spa heating charge after reporting that the gas tank was empty. Not sure how this was allowed to become an issue in the first place. It should have either been disclosed ahead of time that the gas supply was empty, or it should have been maintained at a reasonable level. I am familiar with buried gas tank supply, and cannot think of a reasonable excuse for this issue. Overall, we made the best of it, and barring that issue, we would absolutely book this wonderful home again!

Rented the property five days in advance of my arrival. Called four times to try and pay additional funds to have the pool heated. Was told we needed to give a seven-day notice for this to happen. It was impossible to give seven days' notice when renting five days out. Poor service.
