Pésima experiencia por lo explicado anteriormente

Fue una pésima experiencia, no volveremos a tomar habitaciones con Girasole

Arrendamos dos habitaciones (#526 para mi madre y #801 mi esposa y yo), desde el primer día mi madre tuvo varias fugas de agua en el baño y aire acondicionado, a pesar de varias llamadas y correos, hasta el último día tuvo que secar permanentemente el agua en el suelo, con el riesgo de caídas y accidentes para ella. En mi habitación los artículos eléctricos (calentador y máquina de café) no funcionaron, tampoco las reemplazaron. El último día fui a buscar a mi madre y sorprendí a Carolina (mujer joven Argentina que se identificó como supervisora de Girasole) gritando y retando a mi madre para que dejará la habitación como a las 10:15, es una mujer muy agresiva, sarcástica y mal educada. Fue una pésima experiencia, claramente no recomendable para nuestros conocidos y otras personas que no conozcan el servicio, lo cual haremos público. Nos echaron a perder las vacaciones, la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en Miami.

Teleurstellend door booking.com. Accomodatie was zoals verwacht.

We boeken daar 1 dag voor aankomst. Booking. Com geeft aan dat er een zwembad is. We waren onderweg met 6 kids. Fotos alles erbij. Er was geen zwembad!!! Is al maanden dicht voor onderhoud!! Waarom vermeld booking.com dan dat er een zwembad voor de kids!! Ik vindt dit niet kunnen. We waren op zoek voor 2 nachten naar appartementen met strand en zwembad. Klopt niks van!! Gr. Muy caro para lo malo que está el apartamento, debería acomodarlo bien xq una mala experiencia

La ubicación, ele personal genial

No me gustó el apartamento muy mal, muy caro para lo q ofrecen, el aire central no enfría, y el aire portátil que está arriba no funciona bien, solo nos pusieron unos abanicos, la cocina rota, la nevera no enfría, se baja la face de corriente de arriba y corta la luz, no volvería ir a ese piso más nunca malísimo pésimo

Great beach access but that’s about it. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.

We didn’t have toilet paper or paper towels upon arrival. I messaged staff about not having toilet paper and it took 12 hours for us to get toilet paper and they only gave us two small rolls. We didn’t have a broom to sweep the floor. They only gave us 3 towels 2 wash rags. I called staff a day before checkout for a broom and toilet paper and never got it. I had to buy my own toilet paper. The apartment wasn’t properly equipped for our stay.

Hotel ótimo, tem tudo pra atender mellhor.

A localização é perfeita. O acesso a praia foi outro item que me chamou a atenção. O quarto é bem amplo e arejado. Local sossegado e sem muito barulho a noite!

O atendimento da recepção é péssimo e com filas gigantescas. O Hotel é grande e com pouca instrução para elevadores e andares. Fala cozinha completa e não haviam panelas no quarto. Solicitamos e só chegou no dia seguinte. Nenhum recepcionista sabe ou dá notícia de nada. Tudo deve ser resolvido pelo aplicativo e dependendo do horário não existe pessoa disponível para atender.

The view

The room is spacious and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. There is valet parking, a bar/restaurant and 2 food & drink shops.

I particularly asked for Wifi and I had no connection for the first 24hours. The studio is very basic, old and needs maintenance. One of the beds was broken. I asked for a 2 hour late check out but was only given 1 hour. This was disappointing, considering the time I wasted trying to get an Internet connection.

I would not recommend this property to anyone.

It was close to the beach.

I made several attempts to contact via email address provided to get someone to fix the leaky toilet. The reply was that someone would be there. No one ever showed. I had to wade through toilet water from the bathroom to the door the entire stay. So when I took a shower I stepped out into toilet water. When I brushed my teeth, I was standing in toilet water. And when I walked in the door I stepped into toilet water. I asked to be moved and was ignored.

Muy buena. Volvería a elegirlos

Las instalaciones muy cómodas con excelente ubicación, salida directa a la playa, tiene aparcamiento y si no tenés vehículo el trolley gratuito para enfrente. También la cocina dispone de elementos para cocinar todos en perfecto estado y utensilios.

Pocas cosas para mejorar: La limpieza demoró dos días en venir, no hay artículos de aseo (aspiradora/barredor) ya que es sumamente necesario por hospedarse enfrente de la playa, como también alquilamos porque traía incluido para sol y silletas , pero en nuestro caso no nos trajo y demoraron tres días en traernos. Tampoco tiene recepción por lo que dificulta la comunicación con intermediarios por booking.

Grata estancia en Girasole.

La ubicación excelente, fácil acceso, servicio de parking, muy bonito en general el edificio, buena atención del personal, servicio de bar muy bueno, Buenas camas, cocina bien dotada, toallas y jabón bien.

Mal aseado el apartamento, el piso no se trapea, las luces en general del apartamento no funcionan, la puerta principal falta ajuste, la calefacción no funciona, solo frio, faltan cobijas para la época de invierno.

Nice location and view plus very spacious but needs new furniture and other repairs.

Location and ocean view were very nice. Also the condo was very spacious.

There were a lot of issues with the quality of the condo. Many cracks in the tile. The furniture was in bad shape. The front door was hard to open and close even after they sent someone to fix it. One of the chairs on the porch was broken.

Roaches , unsanitary place , rude staff , run down building. Asked for a refund , at least a partial one due to all of the above mentioned aspects and was denied . Left shortly after eye-witnessing everything. Was told it was “pretty unusual” conditions I mention. Lies. You might think it is somewhat affordable comparing with nearby hotels and condos , it is not worth it . Please , just spend another $100 and book elsewhere . You will NOT regret it . This establishment needs to be shut ASAP. Shame on the management for misleading people into this hole . Very disappointed. Nothing else to add , sorry to sound so harsh and cruel , but I wouldn’t wish my enemy to stay here. People need to know. And for this website to mark it as “pleasant” is a disgrace .

Terrible

Just the location

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been. my room was never cleaned. The elevator it’s terrible. You have to wait a lot of time to use it. The valet parking system it’s even worse. It’s takes a lot of time to pick up your car. But additional to this, I arrived on Saturday night and I couldn’t use the parking lot because they told me it was full. I had to park in a public spot 15 min. Walking from the hotel.

NEVER AGAIN.

I CANT BELIEVE HOW MY BIRTHDAY WAS SPENT. HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS, NEIGHBOR GOT ROBBED DURING MY STAY. YOU CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH LANDLORD. IT WAS ALOT🗣️🗣️🗣️ I HONESTLY THINK I DESERVE A REFUND.

MUY BUENO CON ALGUNOS DETALLES SOLUCIONABLES.

Muy buenas instalaciones, la ubicación muy buena, lo vi seguro y el servicio de valeparking muy bien.

Que en el servicio al cliente solo hablan inglés y poco amables siendo un lugar que por lo que me dijeron y vi van la mayoría latinos y no tienen la piscina (en construcción). Y QUE NO TIENEN INFORMACION SOBRE LOS COMERCIOS QUE ESTA EN EL SUBSUELO QUE COMO POR EJEMPLO EL MARKET DE ABAJO ABRE DE 8 AM A 10 PM Y ES MAS ECONÓMICO QUE EL QUE ESTA EN EL PISO CENTRAL.

Un hôtel style "cage à poules" à éviter

L'hôtel est bien situé et donne sur la plage de North Beach.

Problème pour avoir de l'eau chaude, plusieurs prises défectueuses et le comble, le vol de deux vestes laissées dans le coffre de notre Mustang! Comme il s'agit d'un parking offrant un service de voiturier, nous avions dû remettre les clés. Le check-in est très lent.

Location, right on the beach, with a private entrance and exit to the beach. Very comfortable unit. Bedroom upstairs and kitchen and outdoors on the bottom floor leading to the beach. Great time.

The apartment needs to be kept up a little better cosmetics minor things but in general very good.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The only thing nice was the view.

The ceiling leaked onto the floor. THEY HAD COCK ROACHES!!!!!! The staff told us when we checked in, “YOUR ROOM IS THAT WAY” and there were 2-3 different hallways to our left. We had to figure it out on our own. The pool wasn’t open and they didn’t care about fixing it.

I would be able to tell you because I checked in and out immediately.

Four beds clustered together in one room divided by a semi wall with a door, is not what was advertised, no privacy. In order to get to the back bedroom or the bathroom you have to go through the first room. The beds were not queen size as advertised and the bedroom and bathroom were narrow. The apartment was advertised as spacious, which it was not, especially for 4 grown men.

The rooms were spacious

Did not state their pool was not working this summer, and tried to look for somewhere else and Girasole did not cooperate, the AC wasn’t working or tv it was dirty as well and Gorasole Accountant was very rude and did not treat her customers well.
