Cockroaches and broken mattresses yay! DO NOT BOOK!

The only part that was halfway decent was the valet and location was ok. Not really near anything but the beach.

It was dirty upon arrival, not at all like the pictures, lighting so dim you couldn't see in the dark, broken towel holders, broken and missing tiles all over, COCKROACHES, I really enjoyed being woken up to cockroaches crawling on my face, the mattress was a spring mattress on a platform and so old and worn the springs were broken and poking thru causing bruising and body pain, they refused to clean even once during a week Stay, I'll never use booking.com again they won't help us and did not help us during our stay. Priceline.com has always had my back! Not impressed booking.com. you should look out for your customers. Especially when they're stuck in a dump that they paid $1,000 for and cannot leave! I almost forgot about the pool and fitness center they advertise and then once you pay it tells you everything is closed and your payment is non-refundable. I love paying for a pool we couldn't use.

Buen lugar relación calidad precio

La vista de la unidad, nos hospedamos en la habitación 1135 con una vista espectacular al mar, tenía lo necesario en la cocina, era amplia y cómoda, buena ubicación, con salida al mar.

Había un fogón eléctrico pero no funcionaba, los colchones un poco duros para mi gusto. El tema del valet Parkin realmente es algo tedioso. La piscina no estaba en funcionamiento.

Was decent.

The ocean view only.

The shower floor was peeling so we had to wear sandals to shower so the paint chipping off the floor wouldn’t hurt anybody. And based off the booking website site to the owner it was not CLEARLY labeled the pool was down and being fixed I booked the room for the access to the pool and also they would not let us check in any earlier so I didn’t feel the full value of what I had to pay for. I basically paid for a bed and ocean view all amenities we’re not available but still had to pay full price for just a room.

Horrible stay a waste of money

The hotel was terrible , had a bad odor ! It was dirty no tissue. The lead in the bathtub was filling up. The hotel was just disgusting and I would never stay there again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there, the pool was down there never said that when I booked it was just a horrible stay .

Pésimo mi habitación estaba filtrando el aire acondicionado, me enviaron a otra después me volvieron y seguía mala, perdí tiempo mucho y cuando uno está de vacaciones es muy valioso… lo peor es que nadie se hace cargo de nada, porque dicen que son apartamentos que no es un hotel, así que gente no vayan!

Viel Platz und Komfort für wenig Geld.

Großes Zimmer mit Panoramameerblick. Wir hatten eine Kitchenette und Kühlschank mit Gefrierschrank. In dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man alles kriegen kann was man im Urlaub vielleicht vergessen hat. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und man ist direkt an der Miami Beach Promenade, Sandstrand und Wellen, die zum reinspringen einladen.

Es scheint eine Auffangstation für Gestrandete zu sein. Nicht wenige hatten auffällig viel Gepäck dabei und waren offenbar nicht zum Urlaub, sondern eher zur Zwischenmiete dort. Der ganze Gebäudekomplex wirkt wartungsbedürftig - es ist nicht dreckig oder so, aber wartungsbedürftig. Aufgrund der Organisation (viele Anbieter die dort anscheinend Zimmer vermieten) gibt es kein Frühstück, was wir ja vorher wussten. Wir mussten sehr viel mehr Sicherheitsangaben vor Ort beim Check-In machen, als bei allen anderen Hotels in Florida. So mussten mein Mann und ich BEIDE den Personalausweis abgeben und davon wurden Kopien gemacht. Um zum South-Beach zu kommen braucht man viel Zeit, wenn man mit dem kostenlosen Bus (Tram?) fahren will.

The stay was horrible no stars

The property should’ve never been rented out the customer service is horrible #1 I asked for a new unit because the unit was unsafe they said no even sent them pictures I had my grandkids with me so safety is #1 , the beds was broken we sat down the bed rails fell on the floor the head boards was put together with 2 by 4 and sheet rock screws and they were all loose and coming out the door was actually falling apart the light fixtures was broken the cabinets were rusting and falling apart the refrigerator was making this loud noise to top it off the room had roaches after that we just left and checked into a new hotel the room is nothing like the pictures online the room is so small you can’t move around the 3 rd bed is touching the 2 nd bed and it’s in the kitchen literally next to the fold up table and chairs

Dreckigstes Hotel an das ich mich erinnern kann

Es war dreckig, Fliesen im Bad fehlten, lieblose Ausstattung, unangenehme Geruchsentwicklung, kurz um: nicht empfehlenswert. Soll nur noch Geld bringen, investiert wird nichts mehr. Einzig hervorzuheben ist die Top Lage mit Strandzugang und Zugang zur Kostenfreies Shuttlebusverbindung direkt vor dem Hotel.

Kaynar suyla banyo yaparsanız gidin!!!

Tesis denizin önündeydi.

3 gun banyo yapip tıraş olmayacaksınız bu tesisi seçebilirsiniz Banyo ,mutfak ,lavabolar ve duslardan sadece kaynar su akıyor .Tesise girince ciddi bir küf kokusu alıyorsunuz. Tesis cok eski. Bakımsız. Kaldığımız 7 kişilik villa da alt katta iki yatak odasi arasinda sadece camli bir kapı vardi. Hic bir şekilde özel bir alan yok Iki yatak odası arasinda nasil dogru dürüst bir kapı olmaz. Ev 10 kisilik askeri bir koğuş gibi. Disarda fırtına vardi Cam kenarlarindan rüzgar üflüyordu. klimayi acinca otelin içindeki küf kokusu odaya doluyordu.. Berbattı. Tatil için gidilmez. Çöpe atacak paraniz varsa gidin. Heryere yazdim,booking e telefon actim. Biri ilgilenecek dendi kimse gelmedi.

Horrible experience not suitable to stay in

Nothing ..the place was horrible it smells like mildew , bed sheets was soiled few stains pubic hair on them to , tub was dirty , stove broken, futon broken , futon was old fabric wearing out..stains on couch..toilet apparently wasn't working..check out 2 hours after waiting for management to show up, talk to front desk nothing could b done

It was convenient but i’ll never stay here again.

the process was horrible getting in.

it had roaches and water leaks. The property also had poor air conditioning.

Mauvais Hotel à Miami beach

La situation géographique. L emplacement

Très vétuste. Sale. Mal entretenu De plus un énorme groupe électrogène diesel très bruyant tourne h24 devant nos fenêtres. Nous étions 3 mais nous avions des colocataires , on a trouvé des cafards dans la salle de bain et la cuisine. Le four micro-ondes était sale avec des restes d aliment . La piscine est en travaux.

Salias del condominio y estaba la playa. Muy buena playa.

El deparatamento era viejo , mal cuidado. Los enchufes malos. Operamos con un alargador para cafetera y tostadora. Las camas no confortables. Habian 2 ollas pequeñas, que no me permitiron hacer ni un paquete de spaguetti.

VERY A HARD TIME IN THIS TIME IN THE HOTEL.

No water Any service No aire condición PEOPEL entre en you room broken ,destroyed , stell things, damage furniture. The humidity is big in room you can breeze. NO TV.

NO WATER. NO AIRE CONDICIÓN ANY SERVICE FOR HELP PEOPLE CAN IN YOUR ROOM,BROKEN,DAMEGE, STELL THING IN YOUR ROM AND SCRATCH THE FURNITURE. THE HUMIDITY IS A LOT.

Disappointed

Good location, the apartment/ villa was very close to the beach

The place was not as they shown in the web, all furniture and facilities are very old and ugly, they sent me an email the day before I arrived telling me that the swimming pool was unavailable, however it is under maintenance and totally useless since months ago so, basically the information in the web is not updated and/or basically they lie by stating that the building has swimming pool….the staff is very unkind except the guys at the valet parking….

Don't waste your money here.

Location

The building needs lot of maintenance and cleaning. The apartment is not properly equipped missing a lot of stuff with broken furniture and very poor maintenance. The stuff is not friendly and is overwhelmed with the amount of visitors they have; they have issues controlling parties over the weekends and have no tools to enforce the “rules” they say they have in no place.

Disappointing

The location is right on the beach which is great. The building does have two different mini store’s vending machines and a restaurant bar. Not walking distance to really anything other than that.

3 towels for 5 people. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. They don’t clean your room like a hotel. They lied to us and the pool is not open and we weren’t made aware day of check in. Room is run down.

My stay was extremely unpleasant and did not meet my expectations.

The beach access.

The beds were so uncomfortable, the apartment was old and dirty. We found two roaches in our room the first night. The rooms wouldn't get very cold at night. The bathroom was grimy and old, the toilet wouldn't flush properly and the water kept running. The hallways smelled like fish. The valet takes forever to get your car and the staff is very unprofessional. I will never be staying here ever again.
