Not a good place we were there only a few hours however, the company put us in another location that I found and I only

Smelled of mold … Incredibly tiny and weird to get to… Bathrooms are very small, and when we showered, we noticed that the tile moved under the feet and had no grout… 20 minutes later, it started pouring out of the stairwell literally and I took a video .. then they had to send a crew to take everything out… Which is why it spelled of mildew and mold, and probably been happening. It was very dirty and certainly not worth the price. I would suggest that you were lower the price significantly RV, more forthcoming and how they presented because what you see on pictures is not what you get.

Staffs are easy to contact to but their appliances and some facilities are poor condition.

It's accessible to metro stations and shops. lovely staffs and quickly replies to my concerns. Quiet.

Main door is very hard to open when unlocked. toilet doorknob got broken in day 1 of our stay even though my cousin did not forced to open it. Looking at the door, it looks like it's been falling off several times now as the holes were already big and worn out. air conditioning that does not have a hose - i contacted the agency and responded to me after few minutes. She said she will asked the maintenance to fix it for us. She asked us if the maintenance can come to the apartment in our absence but we prefer to be there while it's getting fixed. She reassured us that the maintenance can be trusted so we agreed. Nobody came to fixed it. It was never fixed until we left the apartment. too steep stairs that is dangerous to children and disabled persons. All appliances' remote controls does not have batteries. We asked for some and said to come to their office which is 3 minutes away from the apartment but when we get there, they are out of stock so they asked me to come back again on the next day but we never get a chance to collect it because of our busy schedules and come home late at night. I tried to turn all of them manually but i couldn't find the power button. We've never experienced using their TVs even once.

Bad

When my clients arrived at the property, there were no towels and toilet paper in the rooms and when they requested the staff, the staff said they can not provide those so my client looked for another hotel for them to stay that night and never used the property. They tried to contact Booking .com but was told that the agent(myself) has to contact the property for the refund.

Excellant location for a short stay in Paris but needs a few repairs and TLC

the location of the property was excellent in a central lively area

We were a family of 10 & the although the bedrooms were fine, the living area had only one comfortable couch to seat 2, the rest of us had only bar stools to sit & relax & have a drink on. A couple of the door handles were loose & the children couldn’t open them. Also some of the rails were missing from the spiral stairs which was also a bit dangerous for the children.

Nice stay that could be excellent with some improvements.

Situation, confortable matresses, views from the appartment, supermarkets nearby, public transport at the corner.

WE ARE VALORATING 112 RUE RICHELIEU because we were changed to this new one 48h before arriving. The oven didn't work. Sofa beds no confortable enough, the wifi and tv didn't work. It would be appreciated dishwasher amenities (soap, kitchen towel). There was no courtoisie wc paper at the arriving. 2 more chairs needed. We were 12 and there were only 10 chairs.

Paris Birthday excursion

Good location for Metro Brilliant location for great restaurants and dining Local businesses very friendly 5 bedrooms all perfectly adequate Close to Eurostar

Noise from other apartments was UNACCEPTABLE. We had to shout for them to be quiet at 2am on two different nights The street had many "ladies of the night" lining the paths day and night which was very intimidating The building work going on right outside the apartment was quite noisy very early 6.30am The stairs had No hand rails and some balustrade was missing. Very dangerous

Absolutely not recommendable!!!

This appartment is absolutely horrible!!! 😫😫😫😫 Only nice pictures at booking.com - nothing to do with reality 😩 This appart ist not suitable for big groups - no space, narrow corridors, only 2 little bathrooms (one of them is like a tunnel 50cm in width), not enough dishes, glasses, cutlery even for breakfast. The kitchen doesn't have even dishwasher 🥵. The first day it stunked 😷 in the appartment. It was very hot outside and it was impossible to stay inside because any ventilation didn't work!!! We went to the office and complained about ventilation and missing dishes - they promised to send a tecticial and bring some dishes but after 2 days nothing was happen 😭 They just ignored us. We addressed to booking.com to get any compensation for this horrible stay but they said that they can't do anything because "Urbat flat Paris" don't want to compensate anything. Thank you booking for your "nice support" 🤮. We absolutely don't recommend this appart - save your money and your nerves!
