Positive overall.

Friendly staff. Clean pool. Price was good. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Laundry was done quickly and cheaply as well. Kitchen area was clean and well-equipped with utensils and cooking appliances.

Minor issues with water temperature and ants, but it was solved quickly both times. Location wasn't terribly convenient. Neighborhood can occasionally be noisy.

I will be going back to Casa Del Cono our next trip to Cabo!

Breakfast is not available, but, neighborhood food places cooked excellent cuisine. Swimming pool and outdoor barbecue area overlooking the whole area all the way to the Ocean was awesome! The Hosts were very nice and friendly.

Nothing that I had a problem with.

Superb

The room was clean, nice and had enough space including a personal kitchen.

The location was a little bit far from the hotspots. The Check-In was not too easy as my driver had to call them to open it for us and the reply on chats on WhatsApp were not really happening.

Amazing view. Grest value for the price!

Bed was comfortable, view of the town and ocean was amazing. The apartment had everything you needed including a basic kitchenette. Staff were very friendly, however did not speak much English (ideal place if you have a car and can speak Spanish).

No hot water in the shower (only cool/luke warm), you could not swim in the pool (not that clean). Overall the apartment could have been a bit clean.

CASA DEL CONO IS THE BEST AND WE ARE PLANNING A RETURN NEXT YEAR!!!

This was the perfect place to be in Cabo but experience local amenities.

Bring your own instant coffee and ice chest if ice is your thing.

nice hotel in a very Mexican neighborhood with a great pool

we liked the pool, the rooftop terrace, the pool table, and the room itself with your own kitchen

there is no smoking area at all. you have to leave the gate and smoke in the sun on a dusty road. there is no staff most of the time, except for a lovely cleaning lady. we waited 15 min outside the gate when we arrived, and ended up calling the number to be let into the hotel.

Travelling alone, good value!

Nice "hotel" in an area with alot of stray dogs and unfinished buildings, dirt road but nicer than on HWY 1 going into CSL. Clean room, nice secluded pool, beautiful open air party deck, billiard room & off street parking. Nice welcome from the owner.

Small nice room, bed & bath...no outside views. TV good

Although, the neighborhood is on a dirt road it was safe to walk around if need be. Yet, it was the perfect location for us going to a wedding at the Nobu Hotel right down the street. The place is very clean, the game room was fun and better yet was the level of service by the Ruiz family. They even gave us a ride to the wedding in the old school car their grandfather built by hand which was unreal. The care was beautiful and really something to enjoy so of course we gave a nice payment and tip as they deserved every dollar they got!

Not a hotel, it's a big house in the middle of a developing neighborhood with dust roads.

Room was clean and had a small kitchen.

The pool was dirty and the location is really far from both the beach and town. You really need a car if you stay here. The surroundings are not very nice either. It's not a hotel per se, but a big house in the middle of a residential neighborhood with dust roads. Feels weird to open the balcony and get stared at by the neighbors.

Budget friendly

Everyone was super nice and the place was clean and had everything we needed. There is a small pool and the price was amazing, especially if you plan to visit the town. You may need a car rental because it’s hard to get there, but if you have GPS, you should be fine. If you enjoy staying around the locals, this is an amazing place. The even have a place for the car. Checking in and out was super simple and no hidden fees. I would say there again if I’m in a small budget.

The bed was hard, and the location was between houses and dirt roads. But the people were so nice.

We only stayed for one night but the place was as advertised, clean and the staff was very efficient and pleasant

It is not located in a busy area, but very close to the city and with quick access to highways, which is good.
