Easy Day is a luxurious beachfront 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Equipped to sleep 16, Easy Day is the perfect vacation home for your family's next Gulf Shores getaway. Easy Day features great amenities such as fun family games for everyone to enjoy! This beautiful, custom beach home features plenty of space for a large group, a reunion, or a multi-family vacation. The only easy day was yesterday, but you can enjoy laid back, easy days all year at this spectacular home! About Easy Day Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Easy Day stands tall and offers beautiful beachfront views of the white-sand beaches and views of Little Lagoon throughout the home. This home is the perfect spot for a vacation of up to 16 guests! Located in West Beach, Easy Day is minutes from the area's best restaurants and attractions! Underneath the home, guests can find plenty of shady space to relax on the outdoor sofa and watch a football game on the LCD TV or play foosball! There is plenty of room to grill (a charcoal grill is provided,) play games, or simply enjoy the gulf breeze! After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset and salty sea air from one of the home's two spacious balconies with plenty of outdoor seating. Easy Day features an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain. On the main level of the home, guests will find a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating perfect for enjoying a movie with the family. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space so that guests may prepare a decadent meal. The dining area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is equipped to seat 8 with additional seating for 5 at the bar. The living and dining areas lead to one of the balconies which features ample amounts of seating so guests can relax and enjoy the view. Bedrooms #1 and #2 are also located on the main level of the home. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a queen bed to sleep 2, a private, attached full bath, lagoon views and an LCD TV. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a queen bed to sleep 2, a full, attached bath with hallway access, lagoon views, and an LCD TV. On the third level of the home, guests will find the beautiful master suite along with the rest of the guest bedrooms. The spacious master features a king bed to sleep 2, a walk-in closet, views of the Gulf of Mexico, an LCD TV, and a private beachfront balcony. The master bath has a double vanity, a shower, and a soaking tub. Bedroom #4 has a bunk bed to sleep 2. Bedroom #5 is equipped to sleep 6 with 3 sets of full over full bunk beds. Bedroom #5 has a private bath and an LCD TV. Bedroom #6 has a queen bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV and an attached bath with hallway access. About Gulf Shores Gulf Shores is well known for its sugary-white sand beaches with sparkling blue water, it's world-class fishing, and its exceptional dining and entertainment. Gulf Shores presents a great family environment with something to do for everyone! Rental Age Policy We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

The house was just as advertised. What a beautiful location and great in the winter! There was great space for all ages to relax. Loved the close beach access. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and cooking items. We loved the close proximity to anything we wanted to do.

This was a fantastic property. We very much enjoyed this well-maintained property having been burnt before at properties that didn’t provide the day today necessities and amenities we prepacked a ton of stuff from home only to find out that we needed almost nothing. The kitchen had everything that we needed, plenty of towels, washer and dryers on both levels dual refrigerators and a fantastic beachfront view. Thanks so much for a great stay. Looking forward to our next booking.

Easy Day is an excellent vacation rental. Everything was as advertised, and everything worked with no maintenance issues. The beach house was nicely furnished, and the kitchen well stocked with necessary items. A great location and only a few steps from the gulf. Our group of twelve would return in a minute.

The house was great & fit our needs. My only complaint is that several bedroom & bathroom doors need adjusting. Door hardware doesn't line up with striker plates which prents the doors from locking & staying closed.

Great property! Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Plenty of storage space in each room. Nice touch with reed diffusers. We have stayed in some properties that have an overwhelming smell from previous tenants, like food smells. This was a pleasant surprise! Only downside we found was that the propane tank on grill had no propane left, but again very small issue. 2 fridges made for plenty of room for all that stayed! Great stay right on the beach! We will keep this in our memory for a future stay.

The house is in an awesome location. Within a few miles of several awesome golf courses we could play in the morning. Then being able to walk a hundred yards to the ocean is incredible. The view was amazing and you can see all up and down the coast.

We had a great time with our large group of 15. Plenty of room to spread out although a little tight in the single living area for us all so we made use of the large deck quite often for meals and hanging out. The easy beach access was amazing and just far enough from the public access point that we didn’t have to fight hard for a spot each day. The outdoor space on the first level seems like a missed opportunity for an additional hangout area but without fans, a central activity (ping pong, darts, something), and a TV that remained covered the room went largely unused. Each of the bedrooms were great with the exception of the single bunk room that needs new mattresses. We had two young adults in there and they claimed it was like sleeping on cardboard. However, the large bunk room was awesome. having two laundry areas was a great bonus for a large group as well. Not impactful to our stay and a bit nitpicking we noticed the back of the house was looking a bit rough and weathered. Overall, we would return based on location alone.

The house plan was perfect for our family of 22 with plenty of parking for everyone. We loved having the private beach so close, and the Gulf views from inside were great, especially from our master bedroom and bath. I highly recommend booking this property.

We had an amazing time! Easy Day was an amazing property, very clean, well maintained, and well equipped with games, books, and kitchen supplies.
Our only area of feedback is the sand area right off the porch. There was still recreation left overs from the pervious guest.

I stayed here with 8 other women in our 40s. We really loved the house with all of it's bedrooms and bathrooms. That was necessary for all of us to get ready. And the mattresses for those bunk were not real mattresses, they were much thinner. If you are planning to stay here that room would only work for kids. The rest of the rooms were great.
The kitchen was stocked with tons of pots and pans, everything you could need. There were also lots of plates, glasses, and silverware. There are not spices, baggies, tin foil or anything like that. So make sure to bring those items.
The beach is fantastic! We went on long walks along it every day. The sand is nice and clean. Swimming was a little challenging. A couple of us went out and there is a strong current. The house does have an outdoor shower so you can rinse the sand off before you come in the house. Also bring your own beach towels too.
The location is nice. We aren't too far from the main strip with all the restaurants and shops. So that made it easy to run somewhere to go out to eat. But the nice part is that the beach was not crowded down by the house so you had lots of space.
The property management company was also great to work with. They contacted me every day or two to see how we were doing.

Great location but property needs work
This is run by a property management group. We met tons of family on the beach for the holiday. The location was absolutely amazing with a great beach view from the balconies and walk out to the water whenever we wanted.
However there were quite a few things broken in the house that we listed for them upon check out. There was only a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom and other essential items only had one of and then you had to purchase the rest for yourself which we didn’t find out until we got the check in letter and some were flying in. Very difficult to bring a lot of their suggested items.
The cleaning crew did not do a good job and they offered to have them return, but we wanted to enjoy our time and not be interrupted by a cleaning crew so we cleaned up the floors, counters, sheets and other things ourselves. There were no spices, containers, bags, tinfoil or Saran Wrap .
There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enjoy themselves. The location is the absolute best part of this property. It couldn’t be more convenient for the beach.

Dream Come True
The house was cozy yet large enough for all of us to be comfortable. My granddaughters and I especially loved the master bathtub . . . great for bubble baths! We had a small plumbing issue but the maintenance personnel were prompt and polite and resolve the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend Easy Day to a large group.
