Situated in West Beach, this lovely condo for $1,057 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Paradise, as luxury vacationing doesn't get any better than this! The only beach front rental condominium in Alabama where there is one condo per floor. Private access as the elevator to go directly to your condo. It is the largest floor plan of any rental on the Alabama beaches with almost 5000 sq ft including balconies. Our 10th floor condo sleeps 18 comfortably in its 4 oversized bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It has 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 full beds in the bunk bed, and 2 twin mattress.. Nothing on the beach compares to the luxury accommodations that this Penthouse offers! All the rooms have 10 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and the bedrooms all have their own private balcony. There are 14 condominiums in Oceania and only 9 of them are rentals. We have only rental that doesn't use a rental company so if you have any questions, you call us or text us directly. Master bedroom 1 has one king bed and full bath with Jacuzzi Master bedroom 2 has one king bed and full bath Bedroom 3 has one king bed and one queen bed and full bath Bedroom 4 has one king bed and 3 full beds ( bunkbed) and full bath There are also 2 twin mattresses and one queen air mattress. There is a convenience store across the street for easy access to groceries and beach supplies! There are only 2 parking places available at Oceania but you can rent across the street at Ikes Beach Services or Pier 33 grocery store for $45 per day per vehicle. The most beautiful condo we’ve stayed in. The host was very responsive. It was well stocked with games, books, and the kitchen more than met our needs. The beach was steps away. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Highly recommend!

Wow! Stunning views, spacious rooms, plenty of privacy & common space for our multi-generation family. Loved the soft, sandy kid-friendly beach, sunrises & sunsets, dolphin watching from the balcony, family meals (well-stocked kitchen & plenty of seating space), game nights & so much more (golfing, fishing, dolphin cruise). Very grateful for the time we shared here, the priceless smiles & life long memories.

This condo was fabulous. Perfect location. Amazing views. TONS of room for the whole family. We took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and made breakfast each morning. There was always at least one person out on the balcony looking at the ocean. Fabulous place! We will definitely be back!

This is exactly what you want for a vacation home. It was clean, well latex out for multiple families and the host Mark couldn’t have been any better. We were blessed to stay a week and would highly recommend to anyone.

This condo is gorgeous! There were eight of us (4 couples) and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area is really large and well stocked. The condo is on the beach with fantastic views. We have nothing but positive things to say about this property. We will be back!

Excellent condo! Unit was very clean on arrival, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Mark is an excellent and super responsive host. The Oceania building is very unique for the area with one huge condo per floor. It is very open and spacious and the abundance of floor to ceiling windows and balconies delivers amazing views from every room and every angle. Beach area in front is really nice, indoor/outdoor pool is large enough for this building and never crowded. There is a convenience store directly across the street and tons of restaurants within a short drive. About a mile drive or walk to the public beach and the famous Hangout. There were 8 of us adults and kids - everyone loved it!

Great in every way but the space needs a facelift. The rugs appear dirty and the plumbing in master needs new bath and shower faucets. Otherwise the space and views are spectacular.

The condo was beautifully done, lots of space, and beds were super comfortable. The property owner was in constant communication with us and answered all of our questions promptly. We would most definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone interested in going to Gulf Shores. Just a quick walk to restaurants and of course the beach was steps away. 10/10 would recommend.

The property is amazing! Beautiful views! I loved how we were the only ones on the floor. The place was perfect and we were not crammed at all. They had enough seating for all 15 of us. Mark was wonderful as we couldn’t find the air mattress, so he went out of his way and bought 2 new air mattress’s and brought them to us after we checked in.

What an amazing view! Having the whole floor to ourselves was quite a treat. Stepping off the elevator into our private foyer was charming. You then have the option to head right into the sleeping quarters (3 separate bedrooms/private bathrooms each) or left into the entertaining area for balcony, living room, kitchen (including wet bar), and yet another bedroom. We could walk or take a short drive to all dining hotspots. Having an indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub were highly convenient for our tiny tot guests who couldn't bear the cold evenings, yet needed entertaining. Our host was easily available to explain the easy check in process. The floor below was kind enough to explain they were hosting a wedding reception, which we braced for; however, we couldn't hear a thing. We'll absolutely visit again.

We could not get over the cleanliness of the condo. Everything was so well maintained. We enjoyed every second of every minute being at ocean blue. This was our first family vacation in 5 years and Ocean Blue definitely made it the best one yet. We will definitely be coming back to make more wonderful memories. This property is amazing! From check in to check out the process was flawless! This condo is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need! The bedrooms are so roomy and the beds so comfy! We only ran into one hiccup and that is that a wheelchair will only fit through one bathroom door but we made it work! Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful property.

This is my 3rd time in this building but the first time in this specific condo. This condo was superior to the other two that I've stayed in! Gorgeous views no matter which room you are in. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing! The Furnishing were beautiful and bright. Mark, the property owner, was amazing to work with, very quick to respond to questions. We had lost an air pod and when I texted him after we got home from our vacation he went right away to the condo to see if he could find it, he did! sent it to use right away! Great family friendly vacation with access to beach right out your door and an indoor/outdoor pool. Lots of great restaurants to choose from as well! We will be back! Thanks Mark!

Such a perfect location in a beautiful condo! So much room for everyone to have their own privacy on a family vacation. All the baby items were helpful, since it was less things we needed to pack! Communication was excellent with the owner and we felt so welcomed to be staying at Oceania 10! We hope to be back soon!

Our family of 7 and my parents stayed at this property. There was ample space for everyone with large bedrooms with multiple beds so no one have to share. My only disclaimer is if you have a small or special needs child, you have to be aware of the elevator access to the condo. Our son attempted to escape on the elevator several times. The property owners were more than willing in remedy the issue, but we found a way to keep him away from the elevator.
