With its’ stunning panoramic views of Mt. Leconte and Down Valley, this new cabin located in Chalet Village is only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Parkway. Our beautiful 3-story cabin contains 3 MASSIVE Master Bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 Bathrooms, several indoor living areas, and enormous outdoor decks for entertaining. Each bedroom suite has its’ own private ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi tub with spectacular views. Outdoor decks with multiple firepits, seating and entertainment can be found off of each main living area. Dine, relax, or grill outdoors with the breath-taking views on the deck conveniently located off the kitchen and main living area. Downstairs is an expansive covered deck where you will find a hottub/jaccuzi, comfortable outdoor seating, a firepit, and plenty of activities such as corntoss and life-sized Jenga. This mountain home is perfect for days you spend indoors or outdoors. There is something for everyone with the pool table, poker set, large array of games and flat screen TVs which are located in every room! We offer wireless internet and cable TV and provide Bluetooth speakers in every bedroom and living room! Absolutely the overall best cabin that we have EVER stayed in during our many visits to the NC/TN mountains!!! We will be returning! Cloud 9 was the absolute best at communicating with us during our stay about any outages in the area! They were on it before we realized there was an issue! Amazing customer service on top of the million dollar view and the LUXURIOUS CABIN! We will be using Cloud 9 again! We love them and appreciate the service and cleanliness they provide! Thank you for the special memories with our son who is in his senior year!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful views. Great set up for shared space and separate spaces too. Very clean, well appointed and beds very comfortable. Only one suggestion from our group would be to add a handrail for front steps into the house.

Very nice house. Had everything we needed. Lots of construction in the area sometimes blocking the road but can’t hold that against this property.Had a couple of pretty good thunderstorms and this place had an amazing view to watch them. It was close enough to everything as well.

We had a great stay with older Grandparents and grandkids aged 5 and 3. It was a good location to explore Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while Grandparents stayed at the cabin due to mobility. The view is stunning and we cooked four meals over two days while we were there, so the kitchen was definitely stocked.

This home was absolutely incredible. It was way better than expected. All 3 couples who stayed, loved their accommodations as each room was a suite. We couldn't have been happier with the location, and our overall stay. And the view....Breathtaking is the only word that comes close to describing the beauty. If your thinking and trying to decide where to stay in Gatlinberg, do not hesitate choosing this home!!!

The house was fabulous! The hot tub, bedrooms, deck, living space, kitchen and view were beautiful! We had coffee watching the sun rise on the deck and had a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset plus hot tub breaks!

We loved having three master suites with en-suite full baths on this trip. Perfect for couples or friend groups. Loved the fire pits, hot tub, and smart TVs throughout the home. Close to downtown Gatlinburg for food and shopping.

Great overall and great property. The only problem was dirty floors. You can’t see it with your eye. However the kids would walk for one minute then have dirty feet. That was the only issue.

This house is fantastic! We had so much fun on our family vacation and this house did not disappoint. Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, and games were all very fun and entertaining. Location was awesome being so close to town and the mountain views were amazing!

The house is wonderful and the views are fantastic! The beds/ pillows were comfortable and supportive and towels/linens were good quality. However, we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because a few things weren't working (like the upstairs jacuzzi tub) and the outdoor fire pits both had issues. Furthermore, the pool table and equipment were not in great shape. In the kitchen, there were many cracked glasses and no griddle was provided as listed in the amenities (the waffle maker was amazing, though). The property manager was fantastic and easy to reach for the few issues we called him about (in fairness, we did not contact him about the jacuzzi because we discovered it on the last night). Also, it's not as private as we thought it would be (neighbors on all sides) and there are no blackout curtains, so expect to wake with the sun every morning! Otherwise, it was a great stay!

This place was more then it shows the views out of all the windows was breath taking. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. The house was very clean but the only thing we didn't like was that the hot tub was only accessible if you went through someone room. But the overall review was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Gatlinburg. We sat by the fire pit each night and had coffee on the deck and watched the sun come up. On the last day of our visit we saw a mother bear and her 4 cubs on the driveway.
