Welcome to your beautiful beachside oasis east of the A1A and steps to one of the most private beaches. The house resides in the Golden Triangle which is the most sought after neighborhood in Melbourne Beach. Steps to the sand, shops, restaurants, and more. Enjoy days at the beach playing in the sand and the ocean, and return home to your own private backyard oasis with mature/lush landscaping and a sparkling salt water pool. The perfect atmosphere for outdoor entertaining and poolside grilling. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms it’s the ideal home for a large family gathering, or a trip with friends. Enjoy a vacation with comfort, style, and all the amenities. This beautiful vacation home offers plenty of room for everyone in your group to have their own space. With two screened porches, multiple living areas, two large dining areas (indoor & out), a backyard oasis w/pool, four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. If you're looking for clean and NEW then look no further, this home was upgraded with ALL NEW FURNISHINGS and professionally decorated in October 2020. For the primary guest there is a private upstairs master suite with a private balcony and stairs that lead to the backyard and pool. The two queen rooms are perfect for couples or friends who are sharing. The twin room includes a new, modern trundle bed that can sleep two. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and include all of the amenities needed to cook and host. Your walk to the beach is short and sweet. You do have to walk along the shoulder of the A1A (which can be busy at times) past two houses, but after that your walk is pleasant and serene. There is no parking on the street in our neighborhood which makes our beach very private. Even during the busiest summer holidays our beach is almost empty! We have some additional gear for you to use during your stay: - 2 beach cruisers to use at your own risk. 3 helmets are also provided and we recommend using them for safety. - beach gear: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, beach mats, boogie boards, fishing poles - children’s toys in the house if you have kids -We also have a pack n play & a stroller that can be used (please send a message if you would like to use these baby items so I can make sure they are clean and ready for use:) Treat yourself to a relaxing vacation, hang out with friends & family, enjoy the beautiful beaches & pool, and explore Melbourne Beach & The Space Coast. PLEASE NOTE: There is a fireplace pictured but it is not functioning and therefore guests cannot use. It is not listed as an amenity. We had a wonderful time. This location is a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for 5 adults not to be on top of each other but be together for a week. There were plenty of activities for us all to enjoy.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room, close to the beach, and grocery stores. Spent a day at Universal Studios, it was nice to leave the hustle of Orlando and relax in our private pool.

Wonderful place to stay for a family! Property manager provided two pack and plays which was extremely helpful since we had two under 1 year olds. Very clean and convenient. Many beach accessories, including toys for toddlers. Only 5 minute walk to beach.

This is an incredible home that is just as described. What a great time we had and I have nothing negative to say. The home easily accommodated the six of us. Everything was clean and taken care of. Loved all the beach stuff and bikes in the garage. Even had corn hole! We wanted a weekend that we could just chill by the pool and do nothing but relax. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back! In fact, I’m trying reserve it now which reminded me to complete the review!

We had a fantastic long weekend at Melbourne Beach and this house played a huge part in that experience. Location to the beach, the way the house accommodates a group, yet allows individual spaces. This was a great stay for my family. First, Erica is a very responsive and very accommodating host. She answered all my questions prior to our stay, and tried to have everything available for us with beach gear, info on places to go / things to do, etc. The house was as listed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great, and my kids used it almost as much as the beach. The beach was a short walk away and, while a public beach, it was not crowded at all even during our stay in July. The house had everything we needed and has been updated. Definitely a "highly recommend". I would not hesitate to say with Erica again. 5 stars plus!

The house was amazing. The area and house give you that old Florida beach charm feeling with resort style amenities. The house is very spacious, clean and decorated with light beach style colors. The beach is just a short walk away and the private pool with the tropical landscaping was fantastic. There were also plenty of beach items that were available to use which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for family, we had a 6 year old, a 5 month old and 6 adults and all the extras to make things easy to vacation with a baby were absolutely wonderful! All of the beds are super comfy and the pool and private beach access made this out best vacation to date! Erica is a dream to communicate with and cares about her guests. We will be back! We had a great time this week. Erica was very attentive and she is a great host. She noticed there was a little sand in the pool from the last guests and she had the pool cleaned at 8 am the very next morning before we even mentioned anything to her. We have been using vrbo rentals multiple times over the years and we had no issues with this well kept, clean home. It was a pleasant short walk to a quiet private beach thru a neighborhood of beautiful homes. There was a nice crystal clear pool in the backyard with a grill for fun family times. We are grateful to have found this home.

House is clean and comfortable and is as advertised. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 2 young kids. The fenced in pool was a major plus! Erica was great in getting us a pack-n-play, and working with the cleaners to get us in a little earlier than check in. She was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Second time we’ve stayed here. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the beach that is very quiet. Our grandson had a a lot of fun playing in the sand and water.
Love the area-lots of good restaurants and we always find lots to do.

The house was a great place for a family gathering. The weather was outstanding while we were there and we visited the beach and used the pool every day. The property and grounds were clean and well cared for. The property manager/owner, Erica, was very responsive and made our visit very comfortable and relaxing. We definitely would book again.

The property was super clean and I really appreciated that after a long travel day. We were welcomed by some treats left for us by the host. The house was roomy and comfortable. We did not use the pool because the weather was cool and it was not heated. We would like to return when the weather is just a bit warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space and the water. The host was very responsive and check out was super easy. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

This is an incredible house! Exactly as advertised, the house offered plenty of amenities. It was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and the downtown. Host, Erica was superb! She was attentive to whatever our needs were during our stay. We will definitely be back next year!

Erika was great, we had a small issue and was resolved immediately.
Our boys (8 and 5 years) love the pool and to run around the whole house, our parents had a blast, the only downside is our vacations where over to soon.

This was a great stay! House was super clean and located perfectly. There were supplies, more than I expected and needed. House is close to the beach and that makes it so easy to go back and forth.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Kennedy Space Center, which was about a 45 min drive away. While enjoying the beach that's only about a 3 block walk from the house, we were able to see the SpaceX rocket that launched on the 2nd day we were there. The house itself is laid out really well for extended families and/or several couples and 3 of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice as well. The only negative was that the room they used for the 4th bedroom looked like it had been a large walk in closet that had been converted to a bedroom. It was extremely small and had no vent in it so when our adult son closed the doors to sleep it got hot in there. There was a ceiling fan but it wasn't able to cool the room. and he couldn't leave the door open as our 3 grandsons were sleeping on the couches in the adjacent living room and they got up way before he did. A small window unit would be a great addition to that room. Other than that it was great and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Property close to very private beach.
We absolutely loved this property. The house was very clean and the layout was ideal for our family. Everyone had their own space and the backyard and pool were terrific. It is a short walk to a very private beach and is close to many good restaurants and coffee shops. The host was wonderful to work with and even shipped us an item that we had forgotten. I would highly recommend this property.
