We we’re coming down for fall break to Vero Beach and we’re arriving a day before the rest of our group. I found and booked this great home for the 5 of us. The screened in pool was awesome for getting my 2 year old some great exercise after a long day in the car. Home was meticulous and the surf decor and pictures were fabulous! Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!! Thank you for the beautiful stay! Danielle

I highly recommend this VRBO!!! It was very clean! Steve (the owner) was extremely easy to work with, answered all my questions promptly. The home is awesome!!! Plenty of room inside the house to spread out. We were celebrating my daughter's sweet 16 birthday so we had my husband and I, my son and 4 of my daughter's friends with us. All the kids were ages 15 - 17. The girls all stayed in the master bedroom with the roll out beds, my husband and I in the second bedroom and my son on the murphy bed in the laundry room area. Plenty of room for everybody!!! The pool and patio area are awesome! Plenty of seating around the pool, and has an outdoor shower. Ping pong table and corn hole games outside the pool screen enclosure AND hot tub too! The house is very easy to find, very, very easy walk to the beach. It was so nice because there is a shed on the side of the house with lots of equipment to use during your stay including beach chairs, a beach wagon, surf boards, skin boards, absolutely everything for the beach. The kitchen is chalk full of pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils and absolutely everything you need to prepare and cook your meals. There is a Kitchen Aid mixer available too! I was able to make my daughter's birthday cake while we were there. Full fridge and freezer, grocery store is minutes from the house. There are bath towels in all bathrooms and sheets and pillows, no need to bring your own. We will be back, we had an awesome weekend! Thank you!

We were worried beforehand about renting a small, 2bedroom, 2bath house for our family, consisting of 6 adults, 3 kids, ages 7, 5 1/2, 3, and 8 month old baby, plus 2 large dogs! However, we loved loved the house, all the surfers history on all the walls, the wonderful pool, and super easy kitchen to cook/bake in!! The week was making memories to the max!!! Anyone…go for the Surf’s Up house, without a second thought!!! You won’t regret it!! And Melbourne beach was a super cute, fun beach town, with good restaurants, markets, hair salon for a “chop chop off” of several inches of hair!

Beautiful home, and really great setup for beach vacation. Home is in quiet and walkable neighborhood, literary seconds from the beach and about 5 - 6 blocks walk to grocery store and restaurants. House has a modern feel with nice Beach/Surf theme decorations and it is very accommodating. Very clean and organized. House has 2 bedrooms and although there is an additional Murphy bed in laundry room area and a couple of rollaway beds I think house is a perfect setup for 4 to 6 people, maybe 8 with kids. House has a couple of bikes, + beach items like chairs, sunbrellas, beach tent, kids beach toys, body boards, skip board etc. Steve was very prompt to respond to any question and issues. I would recommend Steve to anyone!

The pool was beautiful and the house was decorated in such a cute way. The one thing to note was that the grill shown in the photos is not usable due to not being cleaned and the use of a wire brush. The house was clean but there were a few small things if I were to be picky, such as the microwave not being wiped down properly and some small stains on towels. We were able to wash the towels and get the small stains off easily. There was a good amount of cleaning products and the washer and dryer were kept clean as well. Lastly, the master bathroom shower was clean but had white tiles that had cracks in them with little rust on the drain. The decore, pool, and distance from the beach made up for the little things. I would recommend this place and stay again. I was also worried that the place would smell like dogs since dogs were allowed, but it did not! The small things did not affect my stay other than having to run a small load of towels at the beginning (which, personally, I would have done anyway)

We stayed at Surfs Up for two nights. We were in town for our grandsons High School graduation. It was perfect for our needs. House has everything and i mean everything you need! The decor is all surf and you can tell a lot of thought went in to how it was presented. If you like surfing and history of surfing it’s like a small museum with lots of pictures and great descriptions of the photos. I highly recommend Surfs Up if you are in lbourne Beach area.
