Inviting and peaceful beachtown oasis, run by friendly and laid-back hosts

The delicious breakfast was made with extra care; the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was spacious and clean; most of all the courtyard areas were planted beautifully and arranged in a very relaxing manner. Outstanding and friendly hosts!

Perfect beach getaway

The location was great. The Inn was perfect, so many quiet areas to sit and opportunities to socialize as well. The food was amazing! Very delicious and presented lovely. The staff was so accommodating. I felt at home.

Rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Maison sans vie. Petit déjeuner sans choix.

Emplacement parfait à Melbourne Beach. Magnifiques couchés de soleil depuis le ponton de l’Indian River. Dauphins présents tout les jours. Très belle et apparemment unique chambre dans la maison principale (Sunset Suite). Piscine petite mais agréable. A 1H de route du KSC.

Accueil express à 16H. On a fait le tour de la maison en 2mn chrono. On sent que les personnes sont pressées de partir. A 17H, la fontaine est éteinte et la maison se vide. Je n’ai pas retrouvé le côté convivial qui caractérise les nombreux B and B où nous avons séjourné aux USA. J’ai choisi cet endroit pour le petit déjeuner qui est un critère important pour nous . Je me suis fié aux avis des clients et nous avons été très déçus. Les produits sont de qualité et très bien présenté mais vous n’avez pas le choix. Si vous n’aimez pas, vous ne mangez pas. J’ai du mal à comprendre tous les avis positifs quand nous voyons les assiettes à peine entamées des autres clients retourner en cuisine. Cela correspond peut-être à une clientèle américaine mais certainement pas internationale. Pas de pains, viennoiseries ou quoi que ce soit pour remplacer une quiche salade vinaigrette ! Ils font pourtant des confitures excellentes ! C’est dommage. J’avais réservé 4 nuits afin de terminer nos vacances en nous faisant plaisir mais ce ne fût pas le cas. Ménage de la chambre fait très très vite pendant notre petit déjeuner ! Nos enfants font leurs lits mieux que ça.Pas de produits douches ajoutés, il a fallu en réclamer au bout de 3 jours ! Au final peut-être n’avons nous eu pas de chance ou sommes trop exigeant mais au regard du prix de la chambre, je pense qu’on peut attendre mieux. Pour info j’ai donné une note de 10 aux 3 autres hébergements que nous avons eu en Floride.

It was very clean and well kept. The staff were really friendly and great.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it needs to be replaced or if the framing needs to adjusted but it sagged towards the center. Besides this, our stay was exceptional. Great place and great staff.

Meagan was a wonderful hostess, from the very moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome.

The breakfast was elegant: fresh mango smoothie, delicious quiche, and fresh baked orange-cranberry scones. Service was top notch as well. The happy hour from 4-5 pm was a nice touch with complimentary wine and cheese in a relaxed setting with other guests.

Breakfast and happy hour were wonderful. Loved the location near beach and with a shaded pool. Everything was neat and tidy.

I would strongly suggest this B and B to everyone and we will be coming back for sure!

The breakfast were awesome!!!Each morning I was greeted with a smile. I was served juice, coffee and fruit slushie. Then a fruit and yogurt parfait. The last plate was a hot freshly cooked meal. We loved Happy Hour every afternoon!

Too bad first impressions didn’t hold true

The location and appearance/feel of the property; the many seating choices; the pool

There were roach droppings in the drawers, a dead roach in the room and a spider. Each time I had breakfast (I spent 2 nights) I felt rushed. Eating was not a calming atmosphere because of that and she was always rushing about-even tried to take the paper away. When I asked for a glass of ice I was asked what I needed it for - really??? A bit after checkout she entered my room without knocking-discovered I was inside and then knocked a few minutes later. Rushed yet again-wouldn’t my key have been returned or my car gone had I left??? Her husband was gracious, kind, and helpful. Too bad I only saw him once when turning in the key. These things make it impossible for me to want to return. Oh! Let’s not forget about the paper thin walls and ceilings- I heard snoring from next door and a urine stream and flush from above. And loud thumping. Such a shame.

Great hosts, relaxing and comfortable inn in a convenient location.

Absolutely delicious breakfasts. The wine and cheese hour was wonderful sitting outside on the deck with a gentle breeze. They offer a very nice selection of wine and appetizers. Our hosts made great suggestions for dinners and lunch. Each meal was excellent, not only the food quality, the locations too. They have a heated pool that we did not take advantage of, but we will next time.

Wonderful family-owned bed and breakfast close to the beach with a delicious breakfast!

This is a gem of a B&B that is close to the beach as well as to a lovely Steak & Lobster Restaurant. The room was clean, spacious and very cosy. Because the pool was heated, we could enjoy it early in the morning and after dark as well. The owners and staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to come again, thanks so much for making this stay extraordinary and memorable!

Can’t wait to return!

We stayed in “ The Tree Top Loft” Room. The bed was super comfortable, TV s good size, the Bathroom was spacious and had a jetted tub with a rainshower head. The room is two story. The upstairs loft has a sofa bed for extra privacy. The rooms were Spotless !!! The courtyard grounds were well maintained and the area was very quiet. The pool is heated! They provide towels for the pool and the robes in the room are nice and soft! The lovely women who checked us in was very warm and welcoming. She also served us wine, tea and evening appetizers as well as breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was 5 star and so was the service! She made excellent suggestions about where to have dinner. We took her advice snd are glad we did. This Inn exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to returning.

This place is fantastic. Our room had a huge steam shower. The cute little pool is perfect for a cool off. You can just walk up the street for a choice of restaurants
