1) automated everything. You will not get a response even getting the code to enter the property at check-in! I followed up several times and even called the help line and never received a code to get into the lock box. By some miracle the previous renters left the box w the code every so slightly off for me to click it in. 2) when I entered the condo there was an overwhelming smell of campfire probably from the fireplace clogged w soot so smoke just blows right back into the condo (health/fire risk). There are used up scented candles everywhere so they're clearly aware of this. 3) Smell aside, I wasn't sure if the maids had been in there and had to walk through the entire condo and see there were new towels and toiletries before being certain it had been refreshed 4) the ceiling of the only shower in the condo has black mold all over the ceiling 5) Although the listing says 2 bathrooms, there truly is only 1 full bathroom. The second is an extra toilet across the hall - none upstairs 6 The king bed upstairs is broken, so one side is lower than the other so if there's two people in there, you have to lay diagonally to not roll on top of each other on one side 7 The bunk bed sways so badly I thought we were about to have a scene from Step Brothers 8) no towels for the hot tub - use your 1 bath towel *Place was comfy but lots of disappointment. Clearly the property owner has not been here in some time and needs to revisit and get a new property management system

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Checkin and checkout were easy. There’s a small grocery store conveniently located on premises and the bus stop to Vail village is just steps away from the condo. We enjoyed playing games that were available at the condo and the hot tub after a good day of skiing.

I am going to start my review by listing all the negatives of the house: 1. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom 2. The shower rod was all rusted as well as the hooks that the shower curtain hangs from 3. The shower curtain was dirty and yellow 4. There was 2 coffee machines yet no tea kettle 5. There was only 1 pan to cook on 6. The mattress in the master bedroom is very used and when 2 people lay on it it feels as if you are falling off 7. There was so many dents and marks all over the walls 8. One of the bedrooms which has a full size bed is just a walk in closet for the master bedroom that they put a mattress in. The door is so small that I at 5’9 just merely made it in without hitting my head 9. Many things in the house are outdated such as the bathrooms and the living room 10. A dirty towel which was used by previous renters was left behind on one of the bedroom doors 11. There was no detergent for the washing machine. 12. The lighting was very bad in most areas, it felt very dark within the apartment. The positives: 1. The community that the apartment is located in is very nice and they clean the snow frequently there. 2. It’s near the village only about a 5-8 minute drive which is great 3. The kitchen is relatively updated which was nice 4. Lots of utensils, plates, and cups within the kitchen 5. The tv in the living room is updated however in the other bedrooms they are not
