Nestled in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $224 per night is a great option for your next trip. Acqua Dolce Condo #5 Located on the South Padre Island beach side, a two-three minute walk to Beach Access one. Located on the second floor perfect for a family beach trip, you can see the ocean and hear the waves from the front balcony. Conveniently located right in the heart of the Island's entertainment district, one block to bayside Longboard's or Lobo Del Mar, two blocks to Louie's Backyard, and Amberjack's Bar & Grill. CVS is located next door and Rocotto Grill is on the beach side. You can walk to Ceviche Ceviche and a little further to Yummie's Bistro or Gabrielle's. This condo is in a small, quiet complex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sit in the living room and relax, this features a large tv, full size sofa and love seat. You can cook a delicious meal and enjoy the view looking down the pool side. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, king size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv, large closet. Second bedroom has complete furnishings two full beds with comfortable bedding, large closet. Kitchen features full size refrigerator. Both bathrooms included beautiful tiled shower and cabinet space. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Washer and Dryer, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for your convenience to use at the beach. You can see the fireworks from Louie's Backyard on the back balcony and on a clear night you can see them from Clayton's Beach Bar. *This is a family-friendly neighborhood so please be mindful there is no party policy. All guest have to be 25 or older during the month of March. Tandem Parking: There is enough space for two large vehicles and no pass is required. Pets: Unfortunately no pets are allowed. The only negative thing I would say is the wooden stairs up to the condominium. Because of my age and knee issues I had to be extremely careful going up & down. Otherwise it was a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of room & lots of pretty beach decorations. Very pleasant.

The condo was nice ! Tv was hard to control no information sheets . KEPT GOING OFF ??I Was there all alone of the 8 units !spooky ? the small pool area WAS NOT HEATED ...NEVER SAW A MANAGER?? I'LL GET A LOWER FLOOR UNIT NEXT TIME stars were really Ruff for me with the luggage

The location of this rental is amazing! Only one block from the beach and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only complaints I had were the hot tub was not working which was upsetting and the rental did not have any toilet paper or napkins which had us going to CVS to get some for the rental. Overall was a great stay and would come back when they fix the hot tub!

We loved the location. So close to the pool! Near CVS for all your needs. Be sure to trek to the north side of the island for a view! Love the sugar candy shop nearby. The biggest reason other than location that we stayed there was the hot tub and it didn’t work. Aside from the power going out a couple times though (owner couldn’t help that—but called to get it fixed for us)—-we loved our stay. We do wish we were notified ahead of time about the hot tub with the option to cancel reservation. Place was clean-only one dirty pan. Parking was great! Loved being one block from beach!!!

We stayed for a month in SPI at the cute condo a block from the beach. It was a great location to walk on the beach or to some of the restaurants. The condo had most everything that you would need. The hosts we easy to contact and addressed any issues or questions we had.

This is a great property. It's a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Its walking distance to the beach and right off the main road of South Padre. The condo has everything you need. The owner is super responsive to questions and emails. Highly recommend!!

This place was not only clean and roomy, but just a short walk to the beach. Easy to carry items and set up. Loved the small pool, fresh linens and lots of soft towels. Many utensils, cooking items, etc…. Also walking distance to several restaurants! Would LOVE to come back and stay here!

This place felt so cozy and comfy! My spouse, parents & young nephew spent a few days here and loved how close we were to a beach access, CVS & beach stores around. We we able to walk 3 mins and get a golf cart to drive around. It was super clean and exactly what I expected from the pictures! They way it was decorated was also so cute! And if we had any questions we got quicks responses! We definitely recommend & hope to stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for our family vacation. Everything was clean, there were plenty of amenities needed for cooking and enjoying a day at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to South Padre!
