THE TOWNHOME • Master Bedroom: features a King Bed, flat-screen antenna and internet TV, and en-suite bathroom • Second Bedroom has two Queen Beds Nestled in the Continental Country Club neighborhood, this comfortable home contains hardwood floors and wood-paneled walls with a country chic decor. You'll love the spacious interior and vaulted ceilings. The almost floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room reveal tall pines and scenic views. There's generous space to enjoy family get togethers! The wide deck outside the front door is furnished with patio furniture and a gas grill – the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine! The fully equipped kitchen has all the cooking essentials you'll need to prepare home-cooked meals which you can enjoy at the kitchen breakfast bar or adjacent wood dining table. While pets are allowed please note the $100 pet fee. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Within easy access are a number of amenities at Continental Country Club! Here you'll find a restaurant open to all visitors where you can enjoy delicious food and a beautiful outdoor dining experience overlooking the golf course. The 18-hole championship golf course, 3 swimming pools, and pickleball courts may be utilized for an additional fee which must be arranged at the Continental Country Club. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS, DAY TRIPS, AND ACTIVITIES Explore area shops, restaurants, and art galleries when you take the quick 10-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. Cozy and comfortable. Well located in a great neighborhood. Owners have priced the unit appropriately. Large, roomy, with very nice balcony which we used to great advantage. Comfortable living room and eating area. Very nice king bed in a large bedroom. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Highly recommend this condo and host! The condo was perfect for us. It had a large kitchen to cook in and all the required amenities. The decor was beautiful with a log cabin feel. No AC, but it definitely wasn't needed with the ceiling fans and windows which let in the nice breeze/wind that was always there in Flagstaff. The location was perfect as we traveled to nearby attractions including Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Meteor Crater, and Sedona on day trips. This location also allowed us to get a lot of hiking in. Host was very responsive through email, and I could have called as well with urgent issues.

My family was spending Spring Break in Arizona & this town house gave us a great place to call home for a week. It was home base as we traveled Arizona. Loved that it had 2 bedrooms- one king bed & 2 queens in the other. Perfect for our family. Washer & dryer in the town house was a perfect addition. Place was easy to find - right off I90 but yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Even got to see elk in the evenings. Overall we had a great experience.

What a great property. Susan, the owner was super helpful and check-in/out was breeze. My family and I drove from the bay area to spend out Thanksgiving week here. The house was perfect for my husband and our two boys (9 and 6). This was our home base to explore the Grand Canyon, The Petrified Forest, Sedona, Meteor Crater and of course Flagstaff. Kitchen was spacious to cook and well equipped. The beds were super comfy. House location was so convenient to highways, restaurants and supermarkets. We would gladly come back and recommend to any traveler

Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse was centrally located, easy to find and comfortable. Could have used additional blankets but that is a minor issue and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the property.

We loved our Flagstaff summer getaway thanks to this convenient and well equipped townhouse! Great front deck & family room views and plenty of room for our family members that joined us throughout our 5-week cool pines/ mountain getaway! Location is awesome and an easy walk to the CCclub where we enjoyed pickleball, golf, and the Oakmont restaurant! Only ten minutes to downtown and nearby shopping. Hosts were very responsive and we look forward to our next stay here!

The place was clean and location is nice. Everything in the house is very worn. The owners seemed to decide what is considered the bare minimum to be a host and then did that. Mismatched and terrible pots and pans. Sheets that did not really fit the queen beds. Beds squeaked every time any one moved in them and were so very hard (had to be the cheapest mattress around). Towels looked like they were leftovers from 20 years of wear. Shower head actually hurt my kids when they showered. Internet was so bad that if more than one devise was on it, the entire thing would freeze. Even though we stayed for almost a month, they would not provide enough toilet paper, trash bags, and paper-towel for our stay. This place is cheap and you truly get what you pay for.

Fantastic location! Away from downtown but only a 10 minute drive to shops, food, and breweries. Condo was very comfortable for our 12 day stay. Within walking distance to hiking, walking, and mountain bike trails.

We stayed here for 4 days while skiing. Easy to get to and not far from amenities. Maybe about 30 min from Snowbowl? Nice large kitchen and living room. My son appreciated the Roku. Very clean and the master bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!! I usually struggle when it comes to mattresses but this one was perfect and I fell asleep easily each night. Loved the idea of the fireplace, but I kept forgetting to stop and buy wood. That would be my only suggestion, a small pile of firewood for guest use. Check in and check out process were super easy!!! Will definitely stay here again!
