This three-bedroom, two-bathroom, corner condo is in pristine condition, allowing you to relax in style amidst high-end decor, plush furnishings, and hand-painted murals. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, two flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, and a soaking tub in the main bathroom to welcome you home from your daily excursions. Enjoy a wide balcony with great views of the Sunset Island pond and fountains, as well as a location that's an easy walk from the beach and the community pools and clubhouse. Conveniently located just a short walk from the pools, clubhouse, and private bayfront beaches, this Sunset Island condo offers access to an endless number of activities right within the community gates. The community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, three private beaches, a center, boat slips, a crabbing pier, the Island Cafe and Pool Bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain. When you're ready to venture out into town, this great 67th Street location puts you just a few blocks from famous Ocean City hotspots and a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk, outlet shopping, world-class golf courses, movie theaters, casinos, and other attractions for all ages. And at only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Things to Know Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association): A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $75 Spring (May 1 - May 25) = $110 Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = $150 Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $110 Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community. This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. While we loved the location and Sunset Island, however, we had a few issues with our stay that caused inconvenience on our part. (1) we were not given correct code for door keypad. (2). We were not given correct code for beach locker. (3). Shower did not drain properly. (4) there were no directions on how to run any of the tvs. While some issues were corrected 4 days into our 6 day stay, these did cause inconveniences to us during our stay.

We had a nice stay! Fully stocked home in a great location across from the pond and fountains. Everything seemed clean and relatively new! Loved the beach theme and OC artwork! My only little feedback is about the tvs - we had a few rain days and we’re stuck inside and the living room tv only got a few channels - there was a fire stick remote but no actual fire stick device plugged into the tv which was inconvenient for us with an 18 month old and a 3 year old. We like to have kids shows on for them and there wasn’t a single kids station on the few channels we had access to watch. Also the remotes were all discombobulated and placed at the wrong tvs upon arrival so it was a crazy few hours figuring them out w the little ones after our long drive it might be a good idea to label them and put a little instruction guide. One had a sound bar which we didn’t find the remote to until the end of the trip and the sound wouldn’t work without it, otherwise everything was great!! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!

The unit was gorgeous but missing a few staples (dishwasher, laundry detergent, broken keurig). Great view of the fountain lake, and amazing end unit location that was central to all the amenities. Our only issue was with the facility check out policy. We assumed we would be able to use the pool on the day we checked out, but the staff basically told us the indoor pool was for owners only until 10am, and we had to leave the grounds at ten. They were pretty rude about it as well. Would have been nice to know that policy beforehand so we could plan accordingly. Otherwise an amazing trip!!!

Dealing with Vacasa was a nightmare. We had questions and issues throughout our stay and they did nothing. Every time I called someone was there to listen to my problem/question and I was assured someone would follow up with me and no one ever did. We had to pay out of pocket for items that were supposed to be available to us as part of our rental. I did not get what I paid on multiple levels. This property is nice but do not book if you have to go through Vacasa. You will get the door code and then you are on your own.

Our trip was overall nice and the condo was very comfortable but needed a little more cleaning. The dining chairs needs to be replaced with any other material besides fabric bc it was soiled.
The check in and check out process needs to be a little more easier.

All 5 of us ride scooters around in the evenings and the children loved playing in the fountains. I’d recommend staying there to anyone.

The Landing had great food and market was convenient but pricey! A lot of repairmen around our condo blocking off steps and streets for work. Overall was a comfortable accommodation.
