Beautifully decorated and equipped with high-end furnishings and finishes, this spacious property is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream come true, with spacious granite countertops, upscale appliances, and plenty of utensils to assist in making whatever you desire. Additional luxuries include six TVs, three DVD players, free WiFi, a soaking tub in the main bedroom, and four balconies with bay views. - First Floor: Entrance, two-car garage, laundry room, bedroom with two singles, full bathroom - Second Floor: Kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, laundry room, balcony overlooking the beach, pool, and bay - Third Floor: Main bedroom with a king, main bathroom, bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle, bedroom with a queen, bedroom with two singles, full hallway bathroom - Fourth Floor: Private suite with a queen, full bathroom, sitting area with a TV/DVD player, sleeper sofa, balcony Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island includes every amenity, such as stunning bay views, walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, an interactive fountain, a fishing/crabbing pier, a clubhouse, three private bay beaches, The Landing Restaurant, a market, boat docks, and a convenient midtown location at 67th Street. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Dock details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is not a beach property. The large resort complex has a TINY beach - it's mainly a path along wetlands. House was very dark - overhead lights in dining room and our bedroom had no bulbs; lamps had very dim bulbs; some rooms had electrical boxes in ceiling but no fixtures. Some electrical wall sockets did not function. ON THE OTHER HAND, very large house, steps from wetlands path, good gym and large indoor pool (3-5ft depths)

Lovely property located in a great spot on the bay. Close to the sunset isle beach and waterfront. Definitely would return to this rental!

Great house for a large group. Plenty of room. Beautiful house grounds with a location right near the pool and clubhouse. Has easy flat walking trails for seniors with mobility issues. Love the porch and multiple balconies. Reported a few minor problems, one of them a burned out light bulb, and got quick resolution. Just watch the upstairs marble bathroom thresholds. They are higher than they should be and could cause you to trip if you aren’t careful.

Overall, this is a really nice property. It was pretty clean and well equipped. There is mold in the master bedroom closet as well as the bathroom on the 4th floor. It looked like there had been a leak at some point. Other than that the property was very nice. The location is great for going to the pool, the gym, the bar, and little bay beach which is really nice for small kids and people who don't want to get into the ocean. It is a bit of a walk to the ocean so I would recommend a wagon if you have a lot to take over with you.

This is the second year in a row we rented this place. We love the views and the closeness to beach & pool. The only complaint is they seem to have the minimum package for cable. We were not able to get a lot of the sporting events on the TV

We have stayed at 5 Beachside Mews in Sunset Island for the last 2 years. This place has everything you need & is located right across from pool & bayside beach! The Ocean is easy access across the street! Renting is easy with key code entry! Wii definitely rent again next year!
