Our cottage is very cozy, newly built with brand new very comfortable king and queen size mattresses in the two bedrooms. The designer bathroom has an incredible shower that you will love. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meals and snacks. There is a new washer and dryer off the kitchen. Two soft couches in the living room and a separate dining room. Free wifi and off street parking for three cars or perhaps your truck and boat. My family and I had a great stay while visiting family. The house was perfect and the hosts are very welcoming. A quick walk or drive to parks, restaurants and shops. The house was equipped with all the essentials and very clean. We will come back again!

The house was perfect. It's quiet and very solid. Everything was as advertised. We used the kitchen and cooked meals and had everything we needed. This was my second time here. When i return, I'll definitely stay here again.

Jeff and Michelle have thought of everything! Their home is clean, comfy, well laid out, and they have been so thoughtful and thorough in the little extras like dish detergent, laundry detergent, a clean sponge, plenty of towels, and pillows and blankets. Super easy to check in and they were quick to answer every question we had. I cannot recommend it enough!

We had a very restful stay during our week at the Q and wouldn't hesitate staying here again when we're in the area! The beds were super comfortable and the home was clean with an excellent use of space. In addition to the comforts of home, our hosts thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary! The Q was a great home base while we visited Whidbey Island, Friday Harbor, and Bellingham.

Anacortes is the perfect getaway, close to many parks and trails, marinas and the the ferry stop for the the SanJuan Islands. Our rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. It was exceptionally clean and decorated really cute! Many nice touches like night stands with reading lamps make the stay so enjoyable.

The "Q" is an excellent vacation rental in all aspects. Jeff and Mechelle are communicative and kind. The property has been spotless and cozy both times we've stayed. I appreciate that there isn't a long list of "chores" to do upon check out. The kitchen is very well appointed - this is the only rental property my snobby chef husband has ever cooked a meal at! We'll be back someday for a threepeat!

This B&B was just what we were hoping for—a quiet, spotless, peaceful retreat both evenings when we returned from a huge all-weekend family celebration. It had everything we needed and the furnishings were exceptionally comfortable. The shower is large and attractive, and the bedding and towels were exceptionally nice. We were very happy with the excellent communication, but the place is so functional and the instructions so clear that we didn’t need to contact them during our stay. If you’re looking for an attractive, immaculate 2-bedroom place, it’s right here.

The Q is a wonderful place to stay in Anacortes - on a quiet corner in a residential neighborhood. It's easy to get anywhere in the town from there - grocery stores, boat tours, Mad Hatter Ice Cream, Washington Park, the ferry dock... The property is spotlessly clean, well maintained, and comfortably modern. Highly recommend!

The Q was immaculate & beautifully decorated. I’ve stayed in a few short term rentals and this was definitely the cleanest. The host left us a nice card and a bottle of wine which was so sweet! The neighborhood is ok.. some houses are run down. The only thing that would’ve been nice was some Bottled water in the fridge.

The Q was just fantastic! Easy parking, nice privacy, modern, clean, well-appointed, and perfect for 3 adults. During our stay the A/C went out (needed service to function), which will happen on any property sooner or later. The hosts treated it with utmost urgency and respect for our privacy, and it was repaired and operational within 24 hours. They are very nice people that care about their guests and take pride in their home and reputation. Thanks Mechelle and Jeff!.

We had a perfect time at this property! Its a super cute, spacious 2 bedroom home on a quiet street. It was the perfect home base as we went out to explore the area and in a very central location near a couple coffee shops/restaurants. We were able to walk to a beach that was a few blocks away and there is a nice bike/walking trail that we found. The house itself was really nice! Beds were comfy and just all around had a good vibe. Parking and check in were super easy. Not to Mention we left my sons stuffed animal and our hosts promptly returned it to us when it was found! Overall just a great time! Thank you!

This is the only place anyone with a family of 3 maybe 4 should stay in Anacortes. My wife, 19 year old daughter and myself stayed here for 3 nights. All of us wish we could have stayed longer. Jeff and Mechelle's place was PERFECT!!!!!!! Location is perfect!!!!! It was probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. And it was so cozy. The couches and beds were so comfortable. While there we ate at some amazing places and got to see orcas and humpbacks. If we ever get to come back we will definitely stay here again. The hosts were awesome with their communication and recommendations. 5 BIG HUGE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our stay at the 'Q' house was great. This is a very clean comfortable place to stay. The owners have stocked with everything necessary and some extra goodies to make you feel right at home. Perfect jump off location to explore the islands. Also, any questions I had were quickly answered. Hosts were amazing. I would definitely rent again.

I am so happy that we chose the Q for our trip to Anacortes. Jeff and Mechelle’s communication made our check-in a breeze and the house is conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. It was as so clean and well appointed that we felt at home immediately. We slept particularly well in the extremely comfortable beds which accommodated our group of 4 perfectly. We hope to return someday and will absolutely seek out this location for our stay.

We absolutely loved the stay at this property! We needed a clean place for my son since he has some health issues. This was amazing. Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Had everything we needed for our stay in Anacortes. So cozy and warm, just like being home. Convenient location to everything. The Ferry, Sunset beach, and all the restaurants and shopping. Plus a great view when you wake up in the morning. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

The hosts have thought of everything you might need and stocked the place so well. The check in process was a breeze and communication with the hosts easy. We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The location is in the heart of Anacortes but off a quiet side street in a cute little neighborhood by the water so close to everything but nice and private! My wife, our 2 friends and I stayed at the Q for two evenings. The unit is nicely appointed and stocked with everything that you need for your stay. Your hosts do a great job of providing communication and references for adventures in the region. It is located within 2 blocks of the sound and boat moorage. We were introducing our Arizona friends to Island life in the great Northwest, and the Q's location was an excellent balance of jetting off to the San Juan Islands via the Anacortes ferries, La Conner and the remanants of the Tulip festival and the bridge at Deception Pass. We look forward to coming back in the future.

This was our second time staying at the Q. We made the trip from upstate NY in July of 2020 for our oldest daughters wedding and here we are again for our youngest daughters wedding, March 2023. The wedding was held in Anacortes and the Q was less than 10 minutes from the venue. This place did not change a bit. We were so happy about that. CLEAN ,Comfortable and had everything we needed.. Love Love Love the shower. It is truly a home away from home. (We were actually sad to leave). Jeff and Michelle you have once again made our stay memorable. Thank You for being such great hosts.
