The 17' wide balcony offers 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50 " Smart flat screen with internet. Blue Ray player with 60 movies. Cable with lots of channels. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs , real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing store and a convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, Pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! This unit is perfect for a couple looking to get away and stay on the beach. The view is top notch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The tiki bar on the beach was the cherry on top. We ate and drank there at least once every day. We rented a car and paid $60 to park across the street for 4 nights, but to be honest we didn’t even need the car at all. Once you’re there you either don’t need to leave the property to enjoy yourself, or you can walk to grocery/stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I'll start with the positives.. We could get in early the water pressure in the shower was great and the towels were good quality. The negatives for us were that I think the photos weren't recent and the condo was pretty tired. It didn't feel clean for multiple reasons and everything was plastic including the silverware so not sure how everything could get "truly" clean since there is no dishwasher. The bathroom is very small and the sink for the bathroom and the "kitchen" is the same which unfortunately didn't drain.. and when you were brushing your teeth or washing your coffee cup the AC vent dripped on you and created a puddle on the floor. The Tiki bar is great but is right below the the unit so with the slider open to listen to the waves (reason I rented) you hear the bar noise (open 1/3am wkends) and the wifi had been changed and not to our knowledge and when we contacted owner they told us to get in touch with manager. Great view you make the decision.

Bruce and Maria were so accommodating right from the start, beginning with flexibility about rescheduling our stay. My husband and I stayed there.The place was beautiful with direct ocean front views as described in the listing. It is a studio, but they make excellent use of the space and it has everything you need! The tiki bar downstairs was great to grab a quick breakfast or lunch with oceanfront views. We had some questions during our stay and Bruce and Maria were incredibly responsive and took care of everything! We will definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves back in Ft. Lauderdale!

The room was perfect for me and my wife. Absolutely amazing view. Super clean and loved the little extras like sunscreen, lotions, coffee, beach chairs etc. The hotel tiki hut/bar restaurant was great! Grilled gouper bites were amazing!! The host went above and beyond to see that our accomdations were what we needed. Would definitely stay here again! The view was amazing!!!

We reserved the beachside condo with pool and tiki bar and were happy to discover so much more. The view is actually the best, and perfect for watching beach fun & fireworks. The location is within walking distance of eateries, retail shops, and the local Circuit that is a free ride service connecting to other neighborhoods along the shore. We appreciated the service offered for beach towels, lounge chairs & umbrellas, but the condo has plenty of beach chairs and toys available. The hosts were very responsive from start to end and friendly. All in all, it was a fantastic stay!

Listing is accurate and the hosts are so quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was great, the view from the balcony is amazing!! The tiki hut gets loud and doesn't close until 2 a.m., so an ambient noise machine might be a good amenity to provide. The beds are comfortable (most comfortable Murphy beds we've ever used). There were great items at the condo for our use, such as an umbrella, chairs, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Very nice view. Grocery store was nice and close. Tiki Bar was very convenient for getting something to eat or drink. Can get loud later at night because of the Tiki Bar being open tell late at night.

Great location and view! Within walking distance to grocery’s and bakeries.Very functional layout. The owners went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed.. The owners are very responsive to questions. You do need to pay for parking. The kitchen while well equipped only had paper plates and plastic silverware. Both beds are very comfortable.

Loved this little slice of heaven! Perfect for my husband and I. In walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you could want. Exactly as in listing. Loved sitting out on the patio listening to the ocean. View is phenomenal! Hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Had a nice stay in the studio room. It is very convenient to shopping and supermarket. We used Uber to get around and we never had to wait more than five minutes for someone to get us. Pro’s: Felt very safe in our room and walking around town. Quick responses to my questions. Comfortable Murphy bed. Very nicely put together for the space size. Very nice sunrise/ocean view. Nice beach chairs to use. Shower was excellent. Con’s: Bathroom was small. Sliding door to deck was EXTREMELY hard to open. In fact my wife could not open it. Very close to the Tiki bar which stays open well after 1am.

Just wanted to say thanks! We had fantastic weather while staying at Ocean Manor. The accommodations were comfortable and offered everything we needed to eat breakfast and lunch in the unit. Would have been nice to have real silverware and a paring knife….Location was convenient for groceries as well as within walking distance to many establishments for evening food, drinks and entertainment. We would come back again.

The property was as described, well stocked and had a great view. It's nice to have a place to eat and have some drinks so convenient, however the Tiki bar is located directly below the unit and is open until 2:00AM. The music and bar activity make it difficult to get to sleep before closing time.

We had a great time on our trip. The owners were easy to communicate with. The property itself was clean and neat. There was a tiki bar, Italian restaurant, and coffee bar on the property which were all great! If your looking for a quick getaway I recommend this property!

Perfect cozy condo in a great location. Great view. Only issue that we were not told about was we had to pay an additional $75 for parking for 5 days. The tiki bar was awesome and very friendly workers!

Everything about this property and our vacation experience was amazing! Bruce and Maria were so flexible with us when we needed to reschedule our trip twice! But when we finally arrived, we were blown away by the awesome view of the ocean and their place is so cute. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the property itself made it hard to leave to explore anywhere else! We spent most of our time at the incredible tiki bar and we were literal steps from the beach. The staff were super helpful and we made so many new friends while we were there! We already can't wait to come back, so we will be planning our next trip soon! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place...we truly enjoyed spending every moment there!

I came to have some personal assessment (kind of) after recent retirement, loss of parents, etc. This spot is very lovely (the best view I’ve ever experienced), with one exception—The Tiki Hut — directly below the patio. The food is excellent and staff are great but if you are wanting peace and quiet, you may keep in mind that It’s a lively spot (food and bar). Host and I did communicate about this and I was able to walk down beach for more peace & quiet.

My wife and I just got home from staying here for a week. I want to go back right now. Place is a little small, but who cares! Right in the beach with a stellar view. The hosts were great with communication and little wait time for a response. Nothing bad to say at all. We are already talking about coming back and staying here again and again!

highly recommend this unit. It is everything you need if you’re looking for a place on the ocean with restaurants, bars and downyown area close by. The unit is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and it’s on the corner of the building so you eon’t hear anyone walk by. My wife and I had a blast!
