The building was well maintained, clean, and in a great location - easy walk to the beach. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the spices in the kitchen - could still use salt and pepper though. Everything felt safe and I enjoyed that residents lived there as well, not just renters.

The door lock was not automated, so a little better instruction about putting in the code, then turning the lock, prior to trying to use the door handle to open the door would have helped. Also a couple of bar stools tucked under the bar would have gone a long way in the kitchen. The dishwasher needs to be affixed to the counter - it kept tipping over when we were unloading it; and the stove needs to be leveled. Little things that did not diminish the stay, but should be fixed.

This is a very spacious unit and was clean for the most part. Furnishings are in good condition. Much of the kitchen and bath finishes and fixtures appear new. There are several nice covered porch areas. The kitchen was equipped well, it just needed a pizza cutter. There is a pretty new bath tub adjacent to the double queen bedroom. That bathroom has a versatile layout in that it is separated from the bedroom and main area with a double door on each side, so it can be used by anyone while the bedroom is in use. Or alternately, the inner door may be opened to incorporate the bathroom with bedroom for privacy. Proximity to the beach is doable for families with mobile kids, (though hard carrying a toddler the distance in the heat without a stroller setup). It took about 7-9 minutes at a moderate pace to walk there, which is mostly shaded and pleasant, though you will need to walk a distance by the Westin's loading zone (not a big deal, just good to know if you have children to herd along). The beach area five minute's walk to the left of that access point is mostly clear of people if you're up for a small trek. It is really a lovely spot. We will stay in this area again next time.

A tall leaning mirror fell on me, but thankfully I caught it before it got my head. We hung it back on the wall, but it needs to be secured better maybe, because someone had sat it on the dresser before we got there, and it got nudged by one of our bags and went toppling. The unit though clean and tidy overall, though was very sparsely decorated, with empty walls much of the place. A couple items around were not kid friendly and had to be stowed away while we were there. I could not use the walk in shower on arrival. I'm sorry to say the shower curtain and plastic liner (and rod and curtain rings) were disgusting and should have been replaced a long time ago. I washed the curtain but it is still stained by red mold and needs replacing. The plastic liner had at least two kinds of mold (red and black) climbing most of it along with white shower scum, and the whole thing had been folded up and over the rod by someone to further grow more mold . So I took all of it down off the rusty corroded rings and tossed it, washed my hands several times, and finally by the next day was able to buy one to replace it. The grout around the floor tile in there has some brown/red staining as well. It was a gross, lingering, drawn-out experience that I did not want at the start of my busy trip.

We had a wonderful stay! The place offered cool amenities like boogie boards and beach chairs for the beach. It was also a short walk to the beach and there were many pools that you could access!

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. For example, the washer and dryer left some stands on our clothes and the refrigerator had a couple issues. The dishes were also dirty when we arrived.

I loved everything! We loved the area, the atmosphere. I loved that the suite had a kitchen, washer and dryer. The rooms were so spacious. We had 3 balconies and plenty of room.

I really don't have anything bad to say!! The only thing I can say it was a little tough finding the ocean and pool but they had a nice binder with a map in it. So I'm sure thats operator error lol!

No private pool and tennis courts were not available although listed as an amenity.
