This home was perfect for our adult children and grandchild. More than enough space for all of us. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. We really enjoyed the pool and having convenient access to the beach, about a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend this property!

To it was a beautiful home for our family and proximity to beach perfect. This home is lovely and well taken care of. Small things like dishwasher didn’t wash well but no worries there are two dishwashers and everything hi tech so maybe it was us! Wednesday evening of our vacation there was a very loud bang outside, pool light went out and so did our internet and cable the rest of the week. The managing company was not very helpful. Multiple calls to them they finally did have alarm company call and walk us through getting the alarm to stop beeping which beeped all through the night. We thought lightning strike but no one came to check. Overall loved the location, nice quiet street and beautiful home.

14 Piping Plover gets high marks from our extended 3 generation family of 12. We loved its location very close to the beach and easy access, ample parking, very high end appliances and spacious bedrooms with 3 king bedrooms with en suites. There were bikes to ride, games to play and large screen tv’s as well as high speed internet. The beds were all comfortable and the decor pleasing. The tv remote is a bit hard to figure out for those of us who are technologically challenged but we prevailed!
The pool bottom needs some cosmetic repair, but it did not interfere with use in the meantime. Ice maker was out of order, but Vacasa supplied us with ample ice.
In sum, well worth the cost and we hope to return.

This was a great house! We took a college tennis team with 16 people and had plenty of room to spread out. The living room / kitchen area was the main hangout area and it had lots of seating and a huge television on the wall with pretty much any channel you might want. The hot tub and pool being heated were great to let the guys relax between matches. It was nice to have a large pantry off the kitchen for all of the groceries that we bought the first day. And the counter space was very large for the mornings and lunch time when all of the guys were making sandwiches, bagels, etc at the same time.
We also loved the little pathway right off of the pool area that lead directly to the ocean between the houses. We went to the beach every day even when the weather wasn't perfect because we could get back to the house in less than a minute. We rented bikes for the guys and it was great to hear that they were able to ride to the clay tennis courts down the road and the Salty Dog Cafe. They also took some longer bike rides to the Lighthouse and Marina in Sea Pines for shopping and eating. The only tiny negatives were that the tv's all had some pixelation at times (must be from the cable provider because the regular internet was super fast) and the pool filtration system didn't seem to be working well as the drains and the bottom weren't sucking well and water got stagnant and had a slight film over the top of the water. But I just got the pool net out and got the leaves and film off the top before they wanted to use it.
One last positive is that they had 4 large garbage bins outside off of the garage to put trash bags in, and with so many people, we filled them up about half way through the week, and then the next day the garbage people came and emptied all of them without even having to call anyone!

We had 18 people and were very comfortable. Large kitchen, large bedrooms, and large family room gave us plenty of space. House is immaculate and well appointed with upgrades throughout. VERY short walk to beach. We would go back and forth easily. There were beach supplies in the garage (umbrellas, chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, balls, fishing poles, etc.), and plenty of large beach towels. Vacasa's customer service is the best I've ever experienced in renting a property. Definitely rent bikes to enjoy the bike trails throughout Sea Pines.

Relaxing Retreat
We were hesitant about this vacation because of the COVID pandemic, but our stay at Hilton Head was great from start to finish. The emphasis on social distancing and masks was apparent everywhere. When we arrived at the property, we could tell immediately it was very well maintained and equipped, from cookware to seating. We were impressed with the pool and beach access. We also liked the neighborhood which was quiet and did not have much traffic. The property was everything that was advertised and more.

PERFECT STAY!!!
Wonderfully updated luxury home that is essentially on the beach with only a very short distance to the board walk. This house could easily accommodate more than the three (3) families we had…kids loved their own space upstairs and all the adults raved about how nice the master suites appointed. Everything was brand new…even the grill! The common areas (great room, large kitchen island, patio) were condusive to visiting and we spent a lot of great fellowship time on the large patio area overlooking the pool with a cold drink while enjoying the cool breeze off the beach. All of the families agreed that this is the place we want to stay next year! And the customer service could not have been better…very professional and responsive staff.
