March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. Everything was perfect as advertised. We had the building to ourselves for 3 days, and had another group come in above for 2 nights. Only complaint we have was the the second floor guest above us was a little loud at 5:30 in the morning, otherwise, it was great!!

The 2nd day we were at the property, we found a roach dead on the countertop. The owners sent a maintenance person the next afternoon to spray and he said there was another dead behind the fridge and he did not remove it ! I just hope and pray we don’t bring then home with us. Please avoid until the bugs are under control.

Perfect location! One block away from the beach, heated pool, pier, restaurants and shopping. All beds comfortable including the pullout couch. The elevator was a “plus”! Footsteps of guests above could be heard at times. Enjoined our stay.

Less than a block away from the beach, and walking distance to the "main drag", with shops and restaurants, this cute little condo did not disappoint! We absolutely loved the elevator access, and it was a huge bonus bringing all the luggage up all at once. For it's size, the bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. Very short walk around the corner (next street over) to the pool, which was nice and refreshing after a day at the beach. We will be back!

Location was great. Close to restaurants and the beach. Just a short walk. The unit was clean and check in was easy. Now for the bad stuff. None, of the property companies or unit owners mentioned that Orange Crush was going to be happening upon our arrival. And when they say “we didn’t know” they are lying because it has happened every year since 1987 or 1988 other than 2019 when they tried to ban it. 50,000 HBCU kids take over the Island Friday night thru Sunday afternoon. And you are on lockdown. We got in at 5pm Friday and didn’t leave our unit until Monday morning. Fights, guns shots, smell of dope everywhere, load thumping music all day and night, squealing tires. Most restaurants closed early but some never even opened at all. Ruined our first 3 days. Now for our unit. This is the first unit that we have ever rented that is this unstocked. When they say basics they mean it. They say bring your own beach towel. We did. But really? Never been to a unit that I had to do that. Most people are flying into the location like we did. No beach chairs, no cooler, no nothing. Oh you can buy a chair at a shop for $52 but then what when your trip is over. Gotta leave it. Most places I’ve been to in Florida they have a cooler, a couple chairs, umbrella, a few beach toys for kids, towels, and even a collapsible wagon to haul it all in. This place, nothing. They give you one bath towel and one wash rag for the week per person. One dish towel to dry dishes with for the week. Don’t rent

We stayed at this condo with our 11&14 yr olds. We loved the condo and it was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and it was well stocked. We liked that it was so close (easy walk) to the beach, pool, and shops. We also walked to the IGA for groceries and just across the main drag we could catch the start of the bike trail. Despite being close to the happening strip, this condo was nice and quiet. The porch was lovely, shaded, with some pretty trees. The pool was clean and super warm, the beds were very comfortable, WiFi was great, and designated parking was easy to find and sheltered. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

We had such a relaxing vacation. The condo was very clean and the beds were extremely comforable. You can hear the upstairs neighbors but we still enjoyed our stay and will be renting again soon! We espcially liked that all shops were close and pet friendly. The beach is only a short walk from condo though it is not pet friendly. The staff is really nice and helpful.

It has a great location for everything that we were looking for. It was a little late in the season so things were already closed but still had plenty to chooses from. Apartment was very clean.

The interior of the unit is lovely! It was spacious and comfortable. Loved the open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room. Decorations were perfect... Just enough but not too much. Cooking in the kitchen was just like being at home.
The location was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and stores.
The elevator was nice to have. The instructions could be clearer on operating it. After a couple of tries we did figure it out
The comments on the parking being tight were spot on. We had a CRV and it was tight but thankfully we didn't move it often.
The pool was the next block over. It had lots of shade but no breeze due to the proximity of the buildings around it.
Would definitely rent again if going toTybee.

Got there and it was so nosey above us couldn’t sleep we had done everything by Wednesday and so we ended our stay left Thursday morning even though we had the place til Saturday. We wasn’t happy with the area

Our trip started off a bit rocky. The information came through and we were all set for check-in, which was simple and flawless. However, one of the guests staying in a different unit (they were in B and we were staying in C) almost blocked access to the elevator and stairwell with their truck. We squeezed through as we walked by with our luggage, but could barely walk through. We had to go out towards the street and around their vehicle, walking between the A and B parking and sqeeze between B and the back of the building (literally, we barely fit through with a suitcase). We could not walk through (even when turning sideways) between the B and C parking space to get to the elevator. Around 10:00 pm that night, the guests staying in B came home and began stomping up and down the hallway for the next 6 or 7 hours. They went up and down the stairs, yelling back and forth to each other both in and outside of the unit. They went up and down the elevator too. Between 6:30 - 7:00 am, all the vehicles from the A and B parking spaces left. We could not sleep the entire first night there because they were so disrespectfully loud and we could not call anyone as we could not pay the $100 fee for calling after hours. Later in the week, another guest moved in. We occationally heard them walking around, but at a noise level that we expected by being in the bottom unit. They were not excessively loud and did not keep us up all night. The first group was not just normal walking noises, we could hear entire conversations and constant walking / jumping / stomping / yelling / using elevator / using stairs throughout the night without break. The pool was so nice, when we could use it. We tried to use it twice. The first day I texted for the code and received nothing. I called and then they texted it right away. The second day I called around 9:00 am and I was told they had to get the all clear as they were putting chemicals in the pool. I called again in the afternoon as I never received the code. About an hour before they closed the pool, I got a text with the code. We got to swim for maybe 20 minutes before they told us we had to leave, even though they did not send the code to us. There were people in the pool that had been there for hours when we arrived. Some communication from the property manager was great and other times they were inaccessible or unresponsive. The unit was almost inaccessible by other guests. The unit was so clean.

We had a really great stay! The condo was very clean and nice. The elevator was really nice for getting your stuff in and out. There was a little noise from the people above but I knew that going in. It wasn’t terrible. Location was great! We could walk to restaurants and shops and it was only a block from the beach.

Nice rental within walking distance to everything you need. They aren’t exaggerating when they say parking is tight, though we didn’t have a problem. It does get noisy when people are upstairs, not voices as much as every foot step and furniture movement, which is always a risk you take when renting a condo. Overall very happy with our experience.

Great space near the beach and shops
We had a great time here. Great to have parking (although is a tight squeeze for a bigger SUV), just a quick walk to the beach and shops right around the corner. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, etc and everything was clean and welcoming. We didn't use the pool - but had a great time. Thank you!

Elevator only worked part of the time before I booked displays asked specifically ask if it was on the third floor they told me yes it’s not it’s the first floor hence the problem with the neighbors. They had some type of smart thermostat on their cooling unit that would change it from what you said it to what they wanted it to be settled so every time you came back in you would have to change the thermostat and it was still also change it while you were there are during the night not cool

It is also around the block from the private pool which is available to guests. That was a wonderful oasis, well designed and thoroughly enjoyable.

Staying at the Lazi Seahorse was the relaxing getaway we wanted. The location is great, a short walk from the beach and around the block from shops and restaurants.
It is also around the block from the private pool which is available to guests. That was a wonderful oasis, well designed and thoroughly enjoyable.
The home was well-furnished and maintained. Management reached out to us to make sure everything was ok. Appreciate their interest in making sure we enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyable stay
This property has some very enjoyable qualities and some things to consider when booking. The bed was very comfortable - always a plus. The kitchen was well stocked, and the furnishings were quite sufficient for us. The TV is large, but half of the time, exactly half of the screen was dimmed, which was a bit annoying. Having parking is great for a Tybee Island stay, but if you have a large truck, it is very tight fitting in between the under pillars into the garage space. Although doable. This unit is under the two apartments above and you can hear pretty easily the moving around and the voices of who is above you. The unit has a nice little porch, which is shaded by a large tree so it was a quiet little outdoor reading and relaxing nook. The place has a good supply of “starter” supplies. We were initially given a wrong code for our door lock and so had to rely on the elevator entrance the first two days - which is fine unless the elevator has a glitch. The first night, something happened to the elevator and we heard incessant beeping until it was repaired. The management was very responsive though and prompt in answering our texts. Be aware that the shared elevator opens directly into your apartment so don’t speak your elevator code too loudly in the presence of others. It was an odd thing for me to get used to. Overall, the location is great. One half a block to the main road and restaurants and one half block down in the other direction to more restaurants and the ocean. An easy walk to the pier. At night, I was a bit nervous walking alone without my spouse with me, as there are many alleys and at times people were in those alleyways. Whether or not they were “”lurking” is up for debate, but still a bit disconcerting. In the daytime I felt perfectly safe by myself anywhere. Overall, we would return to this property.

Communication with Southern Belle vacations was prompt when we had issues. The pool is very close and nice, but only open 10am to 5pm. It would have been nice for it to be open a little later.
Be aware, the tandem parking is very tight. There is an elevator to access the property, but it was not working Saturday night and Sunday. The elevator company came Monday, but the elevator was still not very reliable. We only had one key to the property which caused issues as we had adult children who need to come and go separately.
Also, because this unit is underneath 2 other units, we heard footprints and walking constantly along with chairs being moved and items being dropped. It was very hard to sleep in the morning depending when the ‘neighbors’ above started moving around.
This unit says it sleeps 6, but the bed in the sleeper sofa was not able to be used. There really wasn’t a mattress on it and there was a metal bar underneath. There was no way you could sleep on it. We ended up having to purchase a couple blowup mattresses.
This unit had pros, but it wasn’t big enough for a family of five and it wasn’t very private.
