The sound was beautiful landscaping was beautiful Hilton Head Island is a clean beautiful place they offered to move us to another room on the ground front but we had already been there two days with a week's worth of groceries and off our luggage two flights of steps it was my 62-year-old birthday that I booked in March wow

The bed was probably 20 years old harder than Rock very low to the ground I have a pillow top Sealy Posturepedic cooling mattress at home it was on the second floor we were supposed to be sound front my husband found the handle to the refrigerator and the pantry and he put screws in it and had some glue with him and glued and fixed it had to unstop the air conditioner the dryer vent did not have a thing to take the land out of and it was hell checking in they couldn't find my reservations other than that we stayed the whole week and made the best of it

It was the BEST WEEK

The beach was so close, it was very relaxing and peaceful, the grounds was nice.

The location was great the pool was grest the grounds were beautiful

The apartment was very outdated the dryer hardly worked the twin beds only had a box spring with a piece of foam carpet very dirty an awful smell the patio door wouldn't hardly close very disappointed

PEACEFUL & CALMING

I loved where it was. I loved they left native flora as much as possible & built around it. Absolutely beautiful setting.

An elevator. I am a mid-60s small woman. It was a struggle with the steps.

Very poor

The dishwasher would not work. Once it did decide to start working it was so loud we could not enjoy watching tv. The dryer was loud and made a crazy noise, was afraid to use it after that. There were only stairs to carry our luggage upstairs. That was not okay when we had 4 of us and lots of luggage. We found roaches in the cupboards with the dishes and had to rewash everything to be able to use them. There was no broom in the closet to be able to sweep the floors of the sand and dirt we had throughout the week. We ended up leaving 2 days early because I couldn’t take anymore of it.

great experience overall but very expensive.

the location was perfect

the grounds maintenance was too loud during the weekday mornings. I was trying to work and have conference calls but could barely hear because the maintenance of the land started early and went most of the day.

no deep water swimming, beach was only good when tide was high

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property and would consider recommending to friends.

It was clean and comfortable. The location was great. the view of the beach was beautiful and the pools and amenities were just what we were looking for.

There were a few repairs that needed to be done on the property. Also housekeeping showed up too early and were anxious to get in. They even waited right at the door as we were leaving. This made us uncomfortable.

Laid back. Wonderful views.

Close to the pool and the beach. Easily accessible. Layout of condo open. Very comfortable furnishings.

Pool by the dock entrance needs to be cleaned. Not as nice as larger pool.

Loved the ocean still upset over the cockroaches and bites we got bit every night

We had no breakfast

Well to start with on our 1st night we saw multiple cockroaches in kitchen and we got bit while sleeping me and my wife have bite marks all over us we had to eat every meal out because of the cockroaches I really did not plan for that I at least wanted to cook breakfast and lunch there in room to save a little money.

Pleasant

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Dead batteries in one remote, so we had to keep swapping from one remote to another. No tv in the guest room. Had to call maintenance twice, but very quick response! Pools dirty, not really beachfront, more like ‘swamp front’. Filthy basketball court. Constant confusion of how to get onto property at gate every time we entered.
