The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 people, plus recliner sofa sectionals and a large comfy recliner. The house is also equipped with a high chair, pack-n-play & stroller for your little ones. The 600 square foot game room is so much fun! The roof top deck includes a patio table for 6-8 people, propane fire pit, hammock and smart tv for you to enjoy. Washer and dryer stocked with detergent & bleach. Pets considered on a case by case basis.

We were in town for son’s BMT graduation, this property provided plenty of room for 7 of us to visit with our Airman, eat, play some games etc. Owner’s communication was great and was always quick to respond to any message. The driveway was tricky for a large van, however just had to go slow and have a spotter when pulling in and out - this was included in the communication from Owner so we were not caught off guard and would not be an issue for any regular sized vehicle. Overall a very good stay!

This location was great for us. All of the places that we traveled to (Airforce Base, airport, Riverwalk) were all 15 minutes away. The house was perfect for us to hang out and enjoy some family time together.

We stayed for my son’s Air Force BMT graduation & it was perfect! We had 9 family members & my son for 1/2 a day when he had off base liberty. Very centrally located to everything we needed access to. 18 mins from base, 20 mins to Riverwalk, 15 min to the Pearl district…very convenient. The space was really, very clean, and very accommodating. Ping-pong and air hockey for the young adults, lots of space to relax… The rooftop deck was great to just sit and talk…worked out perfectly! The owner was very easy to reach & timely with responses to any questions. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay to see our son graduate BMT. The house is a great location to Lackland. We were able to avoid major traffic. Great location to visit the Riverwalk. It was the perfect house for our family of 9 to relax and connect with our airman. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. Check in/out was clear and smooth. House looks exactly like pictures. The surrounding neighborhood appears a little rougher than we are used to, but it was quiet and the people were kind. I would stay here again for future trips to San Antonio.

Check in and communication with the owner was seemless. The house had everything we needed, and it was close to all of the attractions. It was perfect for our two families. The outdoor deck above the game room was awesome! Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with everything about this property. The house was tastefully decorated, up-to-date, clean, spacious and well-stocked. We had our family Christmas here so I did a lot of baking and the kitchen was perfect for that! We also really enjoyed the game room and outdoor patio! The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. The host responded promptly to my questions and was pleasant & accommodating. This was our first experience renting a VRBO and it exceeded all my expectations! Thank you!!!

Our two families met in San Antonio for a family reunion. The amount of bedrooms was perfect, the amenities were what we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the game room after a long day of sightseeing!

Our family enjoyed our stay for my brother's USAF BMT graduation. Breakfast on the roof top deck was lovely and the house is very spacious. It was clean and comfortable with room for everyone to spread out. One of my favorite rental houses so far, I would stay again.

The house was an awesome experience. Everything you could ask for was there. It was just minutes away from downtown and the neighborhood was very quiet. We took a group of kids and the patio and game room was a huge hit. We did have a little hiccup but the owner was just a text away and everything was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. When there was a problem with the AC he immediately went to work to get it fixed quickly for us. He was quickly responsive to questions and concerns. The home was perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the game room. We also found the location was good. It isn’t to far from any of the main attractions of San Antonio. I would definitely recommend this property!

The house was exactly what we needed for our family/friends vacation! The game room was a huge hit with the kids and the upstairs deck was a huge hit with the adults. The house was centrally located to all the places we planned in visiting. David, the property manager was excellent! He answered all of our questions before and during our stay. We would definitely be staying there again!
