Summary: Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town- adjacent to downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV for streaming only. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. + one free parking garage space. ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Space: One king bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa is a queen. This unit is on the 1st floor, but there are a few stairs to reach the door. There is no elevator. The Smart TV has streaming capabilities ONLY. So, you'll have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.) This condo is 850 square feet. Guest Access: To view all Golden Swan properties and for our very best prices, please find us at goldenswanmgt Getting Around: You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage. Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES. HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.) Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined. EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout. Other Things to Note: Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.

Really enjoyed out stay here, the location was great, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Rental had everything we needed for your stay.

The condo is located in a great spot….close to restaurants, shops and the beach. It is very clean and modern and stocked with all the amenities you’ll need. Also, the owner is very responsive and provides you with all the information to ensure you have a great stay. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back again!!

The place was comfortable, clean, quiet, well located. If you are cooking you will need everything. Pots and pans are good, but only salt and pepper. So many restaurants nearby, cooking not necessary

Great location, was able to walk to dinner and stores. Place was nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings. Thoughtful touches throughout the place like coffee, local wine and a nice personalized welcome note! Communication with Katy was great and instructions for check-in and check-out were detailed and helpful. Definitely a repeat for our next TC trip.

Overall this property was great. It was clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The location is fantastic for walking downtown or to the beach. The property felt secure, safe, and updated. The only cons is that we definitely had to utilize the parking garage at $20 per day because the lot availability was limited, especially during certain times. The only other thing I would say that needs work is the furniture in the unit. It was not very comfortable to sit and hang out on but we made do.

Loved our condo in TC! Price was better than local hotels and more room to spread out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This was a cute and convenient spot located right near downtown. I stayed here with my husband and 1 year old son and we wanted to be able to walk everywhere so this was perfect for us. There was plenty of space to set my son up in a pack n play in the living room so we didn't have to share the bedroom with him. If you have a small child just know that there is no bath tub, but that wasn't an issue since we were only staying one night. There is a very small parking lot that is first come first serve, but we never had an issue getting a parking spot. There is an unloading zone if you need to just unload your car as well. Overall this was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This was our 4th time staying at Capri. It’s the perfect location, nicely appointed, quiet, and walkable to downtown. I’m ready to book next year’s weekend!!!

This condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and delightful in every way. The location was perfect for us - only blocks from downtown and right across the street from the Blue Tractor, the Parlor, and Rare Bird. We walked everywhere, and parking was ample and convenient.

Very clean and comfortable condo in the heart of Old Town. Walk to restaurants and shopping. I was able to park right next to the condo and walk everywhere. Will book again.
