The Sunset at Calypso is a premium luxury unit containing 3 king suites in a western facing, mid level, corner unit. Yes, you read that correctly - 3 bedrooms each with king sized beds and each with a dedicated full bathroom. This sunny and light filled corner unit features unobstructed views to both the south and the west. The kitchen - dining - living areas are oriented to the west for the most incredible views found anywhere. You'll be able to view the famous Russell Fields Pier from both inside and outside your unit which makes a special and beautiful backdrop for the best sunsets you've ever experienced. Of course, you'll be able to take a short 300 step walk to fabulous Russell Field Pier and Pier Park shopping and restaurants! This unit comes with a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in the OWNERS GARAGE, directly under the tower and FREE BEACH SERVICE (from March to October) which includes a two lounger set-up with an umbrella. If you're into beautiful sunsets and stunning gulf views along with being close to everything, this is the place for you! This unit perfect for three couples, as well as families. It's also great for the popular girl's trips or men's fishing and golf trips that so many enjoy. The sofa also makes a queen bed for a unit maximum of 8 guests. This unit features tile flooring throughout (no carpet or vinyl). The furniture is beautiful / comfortable and the bedding is first class. Throughout the unit you'll find granite counter tops in the kitchen, a wet bar, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The unit has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living room / dining area features both southern and western views. You're just going to love this floor plan and long-range views at the perfect 8th floor height. CHECK-IN PROCESS You will be able to park one vehicle beach-side, directly below your unit in the Calypso Owner's Garage. Entry to the garage is by private key code. You will then take the elevator to the 8th floor to our luxury unit. If you have a second vehicle, it will be parked across the street in the Calypso North garage. Entry to garage is by pre-printed pass with barcode. The crossover from the garage to the resort is on the third floor. You will proceed directly to our unit, by-passing all the lines for the elevators and condo offices. You will then enter a private key code to unlock the door and enter. You DO NOT have to go to a lobby to "check in" or to a different location to "get your keys". Calypso Resort charges a $50 registration fee per party which includes access to all resort amenities and one parking spot in the Calypso North Garage across the street. You do not have to pay any additional fee for use of our private parking space in the Calypso Owners Garage (beach side). If your party has more than two vehicles, a third parking space can be purchased from Calypso for an additional $50. The fee covers the entire duration of your stay.

This was an awesome place to stay especially for the Ironman Florida triathlon. Easy to walk to all activities with great ocean view. Recommend Highly!

We have been coming to PCB several times a year for years now. We always stay at Calyspo but this was the first time to stay in this unit. We absolutely loved this condo. It was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the tv’s and the simplicity of using them. We loved the 3 King size beds since we had our 2 adult children with us and they each had their own bathroom. The private parking space under the condo was so convenient! The beach chairs that came with the unit was a big plus, also. We will definitely be staying in this unit again. It was perfect in every way. Penny was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had.

We absolutely love this unit. Clean, equipped with everything we needed, beautiful sunrises, and sunsets, perfect location to all local attractions. We will definitely be returning. Penny was great to work with and handle any questions very promptly.

We loved this condo & the owner was very sweet and responsive. This is an end unit, so we had fantastic views of the beach & ocean from 2 sides. Very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of games for the kids to keep them entertained (Legos, cards, Connect4, Skipbo). There are 2 pools at the resort, but there are security patrols that will absolutely not let you have any drinks in the pool (even just water in a plastic bottle), and they don't allow any balls. We observed one of the security employees who was extremely rude to the guests. We thought the rule was silly, especially given that they have a tiki hut selling drinks not 25 feet away. For families with little kids, just be aware that we could smell weed almost every time we stepped out on the beach or balcony. This is not a reflection of the condo owners as their property was wonderful, spacious, and clean. But I'm not sure we'll return only because of the resort itself. We appreciate the owners & their hospitality!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect in every way. Starting the most amazing vacation, with a seamless check in to the most absolutely beautiful condo. The condo was filled with every amenity. Location was best in town not only for the 4th of July fireworks display, but shopping and dining. Penny went above and beyond to make our stay cozy and comfortable. Loved, loved this condo, views are stunning from this balcony. Most amazing sunrise and sunset. Definitely looking forward to future PCB vacations here ❤️

This was a perfect condo for our group. Eveeyone had their own space and plenty of room in the living room area and kitchen. Penny was wonderful and made the process so easy. If I had any questions (and I had tons) she was quick to respond and extremely helpful. The condo is located within walking distance to shops and a very quick drive to anything you need (groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc). Beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back and rent this condo again!

The Condo was in a perfect location and had everything we needed. The owners were great at communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a large group and this condo had plenty of space for everyone and was quiet enough you couldn’t hear in the other bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend.

The condo was great - clean, comfortable, walking distance to pier park, and had truly amazing views from the balcony as well as from inside. The owner parking was very convenient too! Penny was kind and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

I came down with friends for my 50th birthday and loved this place. We all had our own room and bathroom which gave us space when needed. The balcony looking out in the ocean was a hit with all! I’m on a cane but everything was manageable for me and i fell in love with the shower as the floor was not “slick” but textured. Having laundry in the unit was a plus - come back from the pool or beach, and towel went in the washer. Location of the condo was wonderful- didn’t have a vehicle but that wasn’t an issue because of proximity to places! Obviously Penny was great to work with and waking up back in my landlocked state made me only more wanting to come again! Thank You!

Outstanding! We have been staying in different units at the Calypso for the past 12 years. This unit, by far, has been the best. A beautiful unit, with very comfortable bedding, great views, extremely clean, private parking space, beach chairs, and a superior host (Linda). We have found are forever spring break vacation home. You will not be sorry if you rent this unit!

It was a perfect location! Beautifully decorated with luxurious towels. All three rooms had a king bed. Two bedrooms had an ocean view. We walked to dinner and took a morning stroll 3 days to Starbucks and back. Penny shared the garage spot with us and was so helpful with obtaining another parking spot for our other vehichle. Penny was also great with communication! Definitely looking forward to staying in this one or one of their other condos again!

We spent a wonderful week at this condo over the July 4th holiday. The condo was perfect for our needs, and the property was located within walking distance to major attractions, including Pier Park. We couldn’t have had a better spot to view the fireworks, and the corner condo with wraparound windows made the experience truly spectacular. Penny is a wonderfully attentive and gracious hostess, and was very responsive and proactive to ensure we had a great experience. Five stars!

We have stayed at the Calypso many many times, but nothing has ever compared the unit we stayed in listed by Penny. The unit was so inviting with the perfect coastal decor. She has I included everything a family would need in kitchen for stay at home meals. My family raved about the comfortable beds, and all the attention to the smallest details. The owner responded quickly any time I reached out, and even offered tips and suggestions. The added bonus of beach service and owner’s parking were just icing on the cake! We are already planning our next trip, and from this point forward we will always stay with Penny!

The 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and king size bed, were perfect for our family. Being a corner unit overlooking the west the sunset views were amazing. The underground parking spot made it super convenient for getting our things to and from the unit. Having reserved beach chairs every day was a definite plus and we always love the proximity to Pier Park.
Penny couldn’t have been better to work with. Her communication was terrific. She was quick to answer all of our questions and give recommendations when asked. I can’t say enough about working with her to plan this fantastic vacation. Thank you Penny for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

The only glitch we had was the key code disengaged several times but the property owner gave us the new code right away. She was very accommodating and nice to communicate with. That's why we chose her property as being a Premiere Host. Loved the private parking spot in the tower.
We were very pleased with our trip except for the noisy helicopter that was giving rides right across the street all day long. But this is a tourist mecca so I guess that could be expected. However, inside the condo, the windows seemed to be quite soundproof.
